Toxic work environment that is lead by Q Noor and Mike Koontz. One of the worst work experience I have ever encountered and would not recommend anyone to seek employment there until the leadership team is revamped

This is a opinion/review of ATD's corporate office. Massive egos in leadership have led to a severe lack of control. Embody the "lipstick on a pig" expression. This is personally the worst environment I have ever worked in. There are great employees and great leaders within the company, however, they are silenced and ignored. Fear to speak up and it's related complacency are both rampant. They preach change, ingenuity, diversity, etc, etc but when it is brought to the table executive leadership isn't interested. It's difficult to understand the direction of the company due to words vs actions. Only yes people need to apply. If you're planning on making a difference and going home with pride in your job.... forget it. This company seems to have lost its focus on the industry and on it's people... a lot of talk, very little substance. Don't rely on these handful of reviews, check elsewhere as well.. you'll see a pattern.

I personally did not find this employer of align for a young well experienced individual like myself, set on intentions of thriving within the workplace and career. The atmosphere consisted of those not adaptable to change and stuck within their ways. I found that HR issues were not correctly acted upon and poor lead by example acts exhibited of management. Everyday there seemed to be a cloud of negativity making it difficult to work as a team. I departed from the company only after 6 months of employment.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY TREAT THE SMALL SHOPS LIKE GARBAGE. THEY ALLOW THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS THE ABILITY TO CANCEL A DELIVERY AND GO HOME IF THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE WORKING ANYMORE. THEY DON'T LET THE SMALL SHOP KNOW THEY AREN'T GOING TO DELIVER THEIR TIRES. SO THE SHOP WAITS AND WAITS AND WAITS. AND, OF COURSE THE SHOP'S CUSTOMER IS WAITING ALSO!! RUDE, SELF ABSORBED LIARS IS WHAT ATD IS FULL OF. THEY GIVE EXCUSES RIGHT OUT OF AN EXCUSE PLAYBOOK!! GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH THEM WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!

Beautiful FSC for American Tire Dist. State of the art building with plenty of space to work, collaborate, eat and play. Close to hotels for easy commute.

The largest tire distribution company in the US and most people have never heard of it. I guess if the company's success were based off the Ego's within it than it would be a great company but it's not .. the company has high turn over , a serious issue with sexism within the work place ..and it's still the "good ole boys" club...if your someone looking for a career this is definitely not the place ... It's very sad to see coworkers who have worked there 15 + years working at Walmart part time to pay there bills , meanwhile the company spends more time building a bar and lounge in the work place , versus investing in the people there..

ATD provides the lazy and incompetent with a paycheck. That's about it. They will say, as my manager did, "tire people, they are not smart". Of course he also told me it was Dante's 8th level of hell. Of course there were 9...which makes this 10. No surprise, he's a "tire guy".

They wrong wheel caps arrived and I called America tire asked if there are other sizes but they can t tell me because I m not a distributor but they sold them to me what the hell is going on
