Great work and attention to detail. Chris and his team installed a new sub, head unit, amp, remote start, and retractable running boards on my truck. They did a great job communicating and addressing concerns or changes. Quick, great quality, very fair prices and organized. Very professional.

Took an older car of mine that was aready tinted by. I was thinking of upgrading to a ceramic tint. However, Zach said that the existing tint was well installed and suggested keeping what was already on. Also, he mentioned that the cost to remove and install new tint would be very expensive.I really appreciated his honesty, since I am not well versed in the area of window tinting.

They did my window tint a few years back (awesome) and now they did my back up camera and new audio! He took the time to explain it all to me also. Love these guys! Go see them!

Amazing, straight up guys. Got some sundown subwoofers from them 6 years ago and they still work perfectly. They are very honest when it comes to recommending products/services. Very quality work and highly recommend these guys!!!

Long story, I was sent to NU-Image due to a theft of my stereo at a repair facility. I spoke with Chris and told him what I needed and what had happened and he was very informative. I made an appointment and the work was done as scheduled and very cleanly. I was well pleased with the pricing and service.

Dropped the car off at 6am. Was GUARANTEED over the phone the car would be done by 5pm. Plenty of time so I believed them. I had an appointment in hickory at 6 I missed because the car wasn't finished until 530.

Mark is excellent! He listened to what I wanted and new exactly what I was talking about! He corrected my stereo that another stereo place messed up. He has it sounding like it's supposed to!! I was so happy I could have hugged him!!! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Mark!! Thank you Chris for your excellent customer service from the moment I walked thru the door!!! I highly recommend these guys!

Chris and his crew are awesome!!! I get them to do my personal vehicles here and now that I m selling cars at Morganton Honda I had a customer wanting tinted windows and they were my first choice! They do amazing work and are quick and friendly! Thanks again y all for getting me in so quickly!!!

They are amazing here. Mark created a sonic wonderland that I know I will never be able to be part of again. Sometimes after work, my wife has to come out and get me to come inside. I'm in the driveway feeling the sounds.He takes his time and it comes from love of what he doesChris did my windows. It is ridiculous and impossible to explain except to say sometimes it's so clean and clear I almost think it is not really there it is dark and beautifulI am Chris and I approve this message. I have no financial ties to this business. This is a real review! Believe that.

I got speakers, radio, and tint from them in April and about a month later my radio, turn lights, brake lights, and automatic back sliding glass stopped working. I took it to them and they were rude and ugly to me, they tried rushing me out of there and didn t believe anything I was saying. The owner proceeded to bash on my truck because it s a dodge and they have horrible wiring inside them .

Did a better job than the Cloninger Ford, took time to explain and to fix the sound system..besides suggesting pricey things that wasnt obviously the problem

I called and they said they don t do audio stuff any more and I was like u should take it down off the internet and they hung up on me so I wouldn t recommend anyone going to this place. He was also very rude
