Highly recommend! Nice, friendly people and they fixed my issues I've dealt with for a couple years in one trip regarding a coolant leak. They also replaced my turbo years ago and have had no trouble since.

Great Shop. Great Prices. Got all of my brake pads and rotors changed for only 350 plus tax. (I supplied my own pads and rotors).

Our old jeep broke down when we were on vacation and Kayos was a godsend. They fixed a problem we ve had for months and were always quick to give updates to us whenever we called. Highly recommend!!

They might get your vehicle done in a quick fashion but management is a total tool here. Constant power abuse and a floor manager who you can't even say anything too without being yelled at. There are better alternatives but this place isn't the worst

As the previous review, my car was cutting off as soon as it turned on THAT is not normal. I ask for a diagnostic test which I advised I would pay for if the warranty did not. Two days later they never ran a diagnostic test and they were telling me they re still trying to figure out the problem when I m trying to figure out why can t you just run the diagnostic test and figure it out. On the third day they call me and tell me that they took whatever parts of the car apart and put it back together and now it s fine and nothing was really done and I can come pick up my car. I advised them everyone else in my house is sick so I m gonna have to take a CAB there and if it s after hours to please leave my keys in my car and leave the doors unlocked so I can get it. I spend almost $50 on a cab trying to get my car go down there the car is locked I m not even sure if they even left the keys in the car. Mind you they re not even open on the weekends and I m gonna have to takeoff work for an hour so I can get my car during business hours. In my eyes horrible first impression and I will not be coming back. I hope they didn t lock my keys in my car. So my car is gonna be there for approximately five days for absolutely nothing.

I had my 2001 Excursion in for a driveshaft repair and the staff was courteous, and informative. Took care of my issue at a great price and had me in my way. I feel comfortable recommending this shop.

Excellent overall experience. I had a difficult A/C compressor repair and Kayo's took care of it seamlessly. They even gave me a ride home, so I could take care of other business. Fantastic in every department, so do not hesitate to bring your car or truck here.

I'm the type that I want to know how much something will be before I agree to have it fixed. I don't want to blindly agree to something and then have a huge bill that I'm either not financially prepared for, or for something I can fix myself; so I always ask for the price of the services before I agree to anything. Sounds reasonable, right? Well apparently, Kayos disagrees.I went there with check engine light on a while back and had them do an in-depth diagnostic on it, which was about $70. Whenever they suggested a service, I would ask them how much it cost (since they never would say it outright).I guess I must have offended their delicate sensibilities by asking too many questions, because a mechanic asked me to follow him into the bay. I followed, thinking he was going to show me something regarding my car, but he stopped just on the other side of the door to the waiting room and rudely told me "Look, we don't do stuff for free".I never once even implied that I wanted a handout, special treatment, or anything of that nature. I literally only asked for the costs of the services they suggested, nothing more or less.I guess they only want customers who are willing to be uninformed and kept in the dark until they're presented with a hefty bill.Customers who prefer transparency and consumer-friendly business practices: I implore you take your business elsewhere. With their rudeness towards me, they lost my family's business and we will never recommend them to anyone.

My mom needed her brakes fixed and they did them. They were so courteous and so professional. I was very impressed. The receptionist is the he has a very warm and welcoming personality. It made our experience there one to remember.

I am a single woman who knows very little about cars, so when my car struggled to start I was on the verge of panicking and remembered I had an appointment next week with Kayo's it was 11:30 a.m. on Friday when I called and spoke with office manager, Christina, I am assuming she is the manager since she knew what she was talking about and made things happen. I explained my concern and before I could say anymore, she asked, can you get here today which was music to my ears....I will be right there.......I won't bore you with all the details, they addressed my concerns, did what they could and I was on the road, feeling safe with more work to be done but have a plan. Without hesitation they helped me when I needed it the most and I am grateful. They were competent, helpful, friendly, reasonably priced and timely. Thank you, Kayo's......you were a blessing to me today and I appreciate you!

Very expensive. I have an old classic car and they wanted $300 to do a front-end alignment. I found a place skilled with the older cars and they only wanted $100.

Very great place awesome waiting room, the owner actually came and took me in a drive in my car to explain and show me a few things they could and could not do because of the style and make of my car. Very knowledgeable experienced clean and awesome people!! Highly recommend

This is the first independent shop I've used for any type of maintenance in over 7 years and I'm more than satisfied with them. Normally I'm a DIY'er but they've gained my trust and haven't taken advantage of either vehicle I've taken them in the last 3 years.

I won a gift card They had donated to Onslow County DSS. As a foster parent you don t really get many breaks in adulting but I am so grateful for their donation bc it was nice to get a financial break.Oil change was fast and the employees were friendly. Definitely recommend to family and friends and we will be back.

Came up from FL to visit my Marine and broke down with ignition problems. We dropped it after hours and had it fixed in a reasonable time, during hurricane Dorian, at a fair price. You have earned my trust and business when coming to Hubert. Tyvm.

I have been here many times for little jobs here and there but this time I needed a lot of work done on my truck before I retired but I wanted to just get the brakes done for now. I took it to FS on base and asked if they could look my truck over. First they didn't fully diagnose it right and second WAY overpriced! Kayo's not only diagnosed it right, they went out of there way to show me what was wrong and the owner worked with me to find a great price! he is a former Marine that knows how to take care of Marines! Semper Fi Sir!

Went to Kayos with one problem, left with 3 more. About a month ago after the heater core blew in my jeep I took it to kayos. The next day after I got it back my amplifier and radio went out, 4 wheel drive wasnt connected, and my shifter knob was missing a screw that held it in place. When I called kayos they refused to fix the radio and amp saying it probably just went out... but if you mess up something as simple as connecting the 4 wheel drive linkage and miss a screw on the shifter, how can you tell me you wired the amp right and it isn't fired from being improperly wired? Or if the battery wasnt disconnected when taking out the dash that could have also fried it. Not to mention that they said the stock amp was $400 from the dealer and the radio was $600. One thing being messed up is a coincidence, 3 things is a pattern. Nothing I can do but leave a review so here it is.

Had them look at my truck. Last mechanic just checked for codes and said nothing was wrong. These guys actually took the time to diagnose the truck and find the exact problem. Felt like I was dealing with people that were completely competent and trustworthy. Defintely go back to these guys for future issues.note: google maps had the wrong location. They're about two miles east of the piney green gate. Across from the ranges, on the left side of hwy 24.

My vehicle broke down straight across the street. This shop showed no interest in helping. The person at the desk said we don't have anyone to assist you;however, there were a few mechanics standing around in the garage. This shop is a not a place for anyone to go to because they have poor management and customer service.

Wonderful customer service! The receptionist is extremely friendly and knowledgable about services offered. Fastest oil change and inspection I've had. Kayo Jenkins is great!!

They kept my car for a week said it was fine and clearly did nothing to it as it broke down again a week later. It also came back with an infestation of ants.
