Went in for an oil change. He knocked out out and had me out the door in no time. Even fixed the issue making my service engine light come on. Tyler went above and beyond. Prices were great and he made sure I understood everything he fixed. Recommend highly.

Tyler s a great mechanic I ve yet to present an issue to him he couldn t figure out. He ll take care of pretty much anything I can think of, motorcycles/dirt bikes, cars, welding, trucks, RV,s even. He s helped with a few wild issues with my motorcycles that are a bit out of the norm so if you re struggling with something weird he s a good guy to ask.

Tyler came out at 8pm to diagnose my sons car that wouldn't start after replacing the ECM. After testing the starter and alternator, he figured out it was immobilized. After getting a locksmith to bypass the immobilizer it still wasn't saying started. He came back out and realized it was the maf sensor the car didn't like. After replacing that it still was running horrible but he was dedicated to getting it to run right. Had I listened to the dealer my sons car would be in a salvage yard but thanks to Tylers patience, knowledge and expertise he got this car running and haven't had any other problems.. He's reliable, with reasonable prices and super convenient with him also being mobile. We will definitely be using him again for any of our car issues.

Professional and responsive. I had called Tyler because my car had died and triple a could not get it to jump. He showed up 15 minutes later and got my car back up and running. I know I have some sort of electrical issue that s draining my brand new battery as this has been an on going problem this past month and Tyler gave me some options of how to go about fixing it. After the holidays I will for sure be bringing my vehicle to him to get this battery issue fixed for good. Very happy with the service I received. Thanks Tyler!

This man helped me out with not only my issue which I needed in order to register my car but several other issues and even taught me a few things I didn't know. This man is more than just a mechanic, he is someone that will make you feel safe in your own vehicle.

Very last minute job needed to be done and Busted Knuckles came thru, on a Sunday evening! Fixed the issue quick and better priced than all the big name companies. Tyler s great! I would highly recommend and will coming back in the future if there is an issue in the future.

My 2019 civic si lost power as I was driving and could not figure out what the issue was. I didn't know which shop to tow my car to so I googled shops in the hubert area. I landed on Busted Knuckles which has great reviews. I called him which was on a Saturday and he was able to look at the car that day and resolved the issue by Sunday so I was able to make it to work Monday! Labor cost were very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely bring my vehicles there from now on! Thanks Tyler!

I was traveling with my daughter and her three children and needed a gasket replaced on Sunday night. Tyler was so accommodating! He bought the part and got our car up and running in no time. we drove it 10 hrs back to Ohio and it ran beautifully! I have known Tyler (Picasso) for two years and anytime I call or message him he answers as soon as possible. Usually right away if he s not busy already, and is always willing to help. I got multiple assessments done and he has helped with countless repairs. Excellent at what he does and doesn t sugar coat things or beats around the bush. Tyler squeezed me into his schedule, sight-unseen, when I had an issue (a blown caliper). He diagnosed in minutes and got my X1 fixed same day. I felt confident making an appointment after reading online reviews, but I m now certain after conversation and seeing first-hand that he has the knowledge and skill for any mechanical, electrical, aesthetic work that I could want to have done. Really nice guy, awesome work.

This is probably the best and only mechanic I d ever need in the Onslow area. Able to do a near accurate diagnostic of an issue on the spot and is available outside of normal business hours. Yes he s always busy but that just shows the quality of his work is in his customer base. He works on bikes as well as cars and was able to help me out with a tire blowout and a new chain installation. The ability of this man to live a normal life and run a business is underrated. 10/10 recommend to all!!

Tyler was an absolute angel in our time of need this past Saturday! We were renting a home on Topsail Island (southern side) and our alternator went out on us, we had to check out by 10am Sunday morning. After a very unique situation with our first Mobile mechanic that arrived fell through, and numerous calls to other mechanics went unanswered, he answered our call at 8:10pm, listened to us rant and the distress we were having, stopped what he was doing and had us back up and running by 11 pm that same evening! I can't thank him enough for all of his help! Definitely would recommend him to anyone in need!! Thank you for all of your help!!

Shredded serpentine belt just after crossing the bridge on AB Causeway, on Labor Day! After calling many different businesses with no luck, Busted Knuckles came thru! They came out and saved the day! Everyone we worked/spoke with were respectful, courteous and professional. And the best thing, their pricing was fair considering it was over an hour away and a holiday! I would highly recommend this shop!

Tyler has always done a great job for us. We happened upon his shop because we have been burned by multiple dealerships in the surrounding area. We have always taken our vehicles into the dealership for all maintenance and repairs. Since we have been taking our vehicles to Tyler we have had no more issues and everything has been repaired right the first time. He is a wealth of knowledge in both Diesel and Gas. I am glad we have him around! He has always been able to get us in a timely manner. He has always been communicated with us. He has always been up front with cost. He at the moment services and repairs our Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel , Dodge Journey and Hyundai Elantra. Tyler replaced the 4.0L engine in my 2001 Jeep Wrangler and did an amazing job. He is definitely a very experienced mechanic and the attention to detail he has is top notch. Under the hood looks brand new now. After the 500 mile break-in period for the new engine, Tyler had me bring it back in so he could go over everything and makes sure it was good. The engine has a couple thousand miles on it now and there hasn t been any issues with it at all. Starts every time and runs strong. I am certainly pleased with the work he has done for me. I will continue to contact him for future mechanic work and will always recommend him to others.

Tyler saved us! We came down on vacation and my daughter's alternator went out. He came out in the rain and replaced it for us. Definitely recommend him for anyone who needs a mechanic to get you back on the road quickly!
