NEGATIVE STARS FOR THIS BUSINESS IF WE COULD.My husband just called this business for towing service to a show and after telling whoever answered the phone this they answer with okay, do you want me to guess where your house and the shop is. Didn t even give him the chance to say the locations before saying that.

Edit: after leaving a bad review from a miscommunicated phone call, dude gave me a good back and forth and stated if you leave a bad review, I m at least going to earn it. Which is respectable and hilarious to me which caused me to change my review. They ended up helping me out with getting my car and speedy processing for the paperwork.Service: Car towing

got my exhaust done here for the second time on my second truck. reasonable prices and super fast turnaround. beyond perfect job by my mechanic tom. highly recommend if you need any special vehicle work done. 100% will come again for any future work.

I have recently moved to the area and knew very, very few people. I was given his number so he could tow my son's car on two separate occasions. After each time of towing the car, he contacted me to let me know that the car had been dropped off at the requested location. They were affordable, fast, reliable and courteous to me and I will contact them again, if needed.Thank you for such great service!

I was having issues with a bolt to change out an O2 sensor. So went here to see if they could help. They were so nice and helpful! They even changed the sensor for me and they were so fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend going here!

It's hard to support local shops when the local shops don't support the locals. Not friendly, not caring and zero help. Only about money which is becoming a trend. Thankfully we found another facility that was amazing and understanding. Not all local shops are bad, but we will not return to this one.After reading the other reviews, I should have known not to go. It is clear this man is rude and unprofessional. I will be sure none of my friends or family go here as well.

Great automotive garage. I have been using them sense they opened. They do small to large repairs and are very thorough with any work they do. Highly recommend this garage. They also sell tires and do state inspection as well.Very fairly priced as well.

Awesome job!!! So I live across the street and have used Brocatos multiple times for motorcycle and car state inspections and Im always in and out so fast!!! Recently one of my vehicles had what we thought was one screw in a tire. I called and he was very willing to plug it. Got the vehicle over there and turns out had close to 10 screws in multiple tires from the hurricane debris pick up on our street. We had to leave the car there but the service was some of the best Ive ever had.. tires prices were great for purchase and installation. THEN because we were at work and I only live about 100yards away he drove the car home for me and left it in my driveway!!! I will continue to use Brocatos anychance I can as well as recommend to whoever I can ... wish I could give them 10 stars

I have a Truck that I've been working on and off and began driving it Monday afternoon stopped for gas.... Upon starting it I had a problem with a connection and Truck stopped running no power. I called for a tow had it taken to his shop after dropping me off at my house thinking might take a few days..... Nevertheless, it was repaired and running by the next day Tuesday morning on an oversight on connection shorting out....I really appreciate the prompt response and service and glad decided make the call.....Service: Car towing

Excellent service! Changed my battery on Cadillac, couldn't change gears. He came in and fixed it! Turned out after a battery changed I needed to reprogram it. He did it fast. What a great guy.

I took my vehicle in to Brocato s Towing (AKA Hubert Hot Rod and 4x4) for a problem with a center support bearing or possible U joint problem. I dropped the truck off on a Friday morning and spoke to the front desk girl (the owners daughter) told her what was going on and she told me that they would try to diag i.e. (diagnose) the problem. I asked how much that would be and she said it shouldn t be too much, I wouldn t think any more than $50 or $60. She then proceeded to tell me that I will receive a text or call before any work is done to the vehicle. Friday comes to an end and I don t get any calls or texts. They re closed on the weekend so fast forward to Monday, 2pm hits and still nothing so I decide to reach out to them. I get ahold of the front desk girl and she says oh yeah I think they ve looked at it but my dad went to lunch and he s still not back but he ll give you a text or call when he gets back 2:40 pm hits and I get a text from a random number saying call me about your truck so I give the number a call and get ahold of the owner. He proceeds to tell me the whole rear end is blown and it ll be $1,500. I ask if they ve already taken anything apart and he says yes so I kindly ask him to please put it all back together and to refill the diff with fluid *which they drained and took apart without my permission*. 45 minutes goes by and I get a text your all set ready for pick up so I drive down to the shop to pick my truck up. Walk in to the office and speak with the owners daughter who says you re all set that will be $107.00 if you pay card or if you pay with cash, that will be $100.00. We then go out to the back lot to get my truck, before we get to my truck my wife kindly says to the owners daughter just for future reference it would be really nice if you contacted the customer to let them know how much the work is going to cost before you do the work on it she stops my wife and says we definitely called and texted him on Friday which they didn t she then says nothing is free here accept air annoyed with the rude owners daughter speaking I turn and just walk away to go to my truck. I crawl under to see the diff covered in oil and look at the back cover which looks like most of the bolt heads are freshly stripped. Still frustrated with the rude front desk girl I get in my truck and drive home. Not even 5 minutes down the road I get a call from the owner asking why my wife is raising hell with his daughter. I proceed to try to discuss the problem with my truck but he won t let me get a word in, then calls me a dick head and brags about how he s a USMC vet (congratulations buddy so is everyone else in Jacksonville NC) Side-note I m still active duty USMC. Anyways long story short if I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer service was nonexistent. The communication was as informal as can get and my truck sat in a junk yard for 3 days to get the diff fluid changed. I would NOT recommend anyone who lives in the Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, Hubert area bring their vehicle to this shop or use this tow service for anything. Worst mechanic experience I ve had in NC which is pretty hard to do given all of the bad mechanics in this area.

Very helpful and friendly have been here several times for auto repair work they fix what you ask them to look at. they call before fixing anything and will give you a price if you need other work.
