Very up front and honest people. Took my trailer there for an axle repair. Instead of price gouging me they pointed me in the right direction for a cheaper/easier fix they could have easily done a more expensive fix and I wouldn t have known any different. Very helpful and kind people. Would recommend

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! A-WORST 1!!A few days ago, about Sep 15th, 2023, i stopped by Advance maintenance Jacksonville, NC location to request for a service on the lift gate for my box truck. They came out and tried to diagnose/fix the problem. The lift gate was on the floor, still attached but not moving up. It took the technician about 3hrs from diagnosing, getting a new part and trying to fix it. It did not work!!! Yet they still charged me over $350.00 I converse with the tech for me to obtain the exact match of the product then give them a call to come finished the job. The new part arrived 3-days later. Made several calls to technician in vain. So, i decided to stop by the shop the following day. The kid literary, at the front desk flat out told me, They can t service the truck with a product that the customer ordered Cool Cool, this could be their policy I guess but I was confused!! It made no sense at all!! Long story short, after speaking to several people including the manager there and another out in Wilmington, I was told that, I, myself ordered the wrong part initially and perpetuated to pay their technician under the table to help me fix my truck!!! Now, that was a total hogwash!!! Mind you, they have already charged me over $350.00 and fixed nothing!! I was left desolated with my truck still requiring work and negative $350.00!! I am a veteran still active, and there was no honor in this at all. Afterall whole that circus, a manager (overall regional I suppose) called me and told me, they will fix my truck with reduced rate of about $90.00/hr but insisted that I wanted to bribe their tech. This off-course I rejected the in totality and seek service somewhere else. The arrival of the new service agent quashed the initial problem perpetuated by the wanna-be tech initially. Turns out I had a cylinder issue and not a solenoid problem!!! Please be warned!! THAT WHOLE ORGANIZATION IS A RIP OFF!! I can t believe to-date that someone charged me without solving the problem and proceeded to call be a corrupt!!!

Brought my Food Trailer in that had electrical issue with the running exterior lights. They were able to get me in on the same day I called which wad a relief since other companies would not even want to work on my Trailer. The crew at Advanced Maintenance were able to figure out what was the issue. I didn't catch their names but it was 3 of them who all worked together as a team to try figure out where the issue was starting from. It's nice to see a company that the employees care about working together and figuring out a solution and showed that they cared about the customer.Service: Electrical

We own a Thor Citation that sits on a Mercedes Sprinter chasing. Have had issues with it for some time. No other shop would even entertain working on it. Not only did Advanced Maintenance fix all my issues, they did it for a very affordable price. The staff was very professional. Thanks guys, Semper Fi!

The only place around that I could find to work on my RV. I was told that it was my exhaust and after looking it over they let me know that it was my transmission. The transmission had to be built and shipped to Advanced Maintenance. When it came in it was the wrong transmission. Dale called in and found out the manufacturer didn't ask him the correct questions and he fought to get a new one shipped at no extra cost. It turns out that transmission was more expensive than the first. They installed the transmission and it works great. They have also been great at recommending other businesses in the area who will work on RVs for matters that they perform.

Very knowledgeable professional business. Had a unexpected issue that I dont have the tools to fix. They fixed it quickly and kept me updated to the progress. Got a bolt in a very tight place extracted highly recommend for any work.

I was in Jacksonville NC at Sam's when I went to start the truck and it was a no go. and I'll preface the review today that it was a storming morning may 5th 2017.contacted advanced maintenance and they sent out a serviceman his name was Grant.he diagnosed the problem had a dead cell in one battery and a shot starter .. hours later he replaced it (and what a booger it was to get to)...so with all that being said GRANT was a great kind and polite man. thxs again grant and the advanced maintenance team. I'll definitely recommend you guys. hope Grant can see this. thanks Grant for all you did and for your promptness and helpful hand. have a great day.sincerely,Chad helms #8529 epes..

Absolutely a horrible experience. They charged me 499.03 and didn t fix the problem. The service tech broke screws holes hold my dash in place! Even said they tried to called me for a hour and that was a flat lie! Do not use these people. Literally crooks!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

We got our Kenworth T680 for an Oil change. Once they were done truck had hard time starting as it had low fuel pressure. The mechanics said it needed to be primed and it will be good. driver left and half mile down the road truck died. I asked them go and check if any of the filters was not tight and it was sucking an air, but they state it must be some other issue and there is nothing they can do. We called tow truck and towed the truck to nearest dealer. 3 days later and more than 3k in expenses dealer found that they put the secondary fuel filter in the primery filter housing.... Stay away from there!!!Service: Oil change
