I always use this company and the service they offer is A+. Their customer service is beyond amazing. I have used many other places before and none of them compared to Jamroc Auto Services. Trust and believe that what they tell you is what they will deliver, top class service. Jamroc is one of the best automotive car sales and service companies in all of North Carolina. Their customer service is phenomenal and the cars are top notch. Date of service 8/8/22I was driving up from South Carolina and experienced a flat tire near Fayetteville. Stuck in the middle of nowhere with a defective spare tire, I couldn't find anyone to give me a tow to the nearby car dealer.Jamroc Towing was quick to respond, empathetic and their driver Nickoy was great. I was stranded in a dark, rural location, and it was hard for other towing companies to look up my location on GPS. I called Jamrock around 11:30 pm ( they close at midnight).
