Excellent service, Mrs Brittney was calm and collected. She helped me think things through and was very patient with me. She didn t rush or make me feel like my business wasn t wanted. She helped me decide what was going to be best for me and my family. I will be telling everyone to come to Jamroc for all their car needs.

Bought a Chevy Cruze limited from them, had issues right off the bat, took it to there mechanic several times and within 50 miles the check engine light was back on. Never offered wave diagnostics fees and never resolved the issue. I paid out of pocket and used the warranty I bought from them and have easily paid out of pocket what I paid for the warranty. I honestly do not suggest buying a car from them they have done little to nothing to even try and help me out.

Brittany was amazing, made everything a smooth and easy process and when I noticed the air wasn't working properly they fixed the problem immediately, nothing but good things to say, would definitely recommend

I put a down payment on a car and the damage it before I could pick it up . Then I got it and had to put straight in the show for engin and transmission work . The Mazda shop told me that they had put it in the shop for the work then canceled the work order then sold it to me . Shady auto company

Got the car on a great start everything was fine but they don t call you when your warranty is up to get what needs to be fix take your car to a real car repair shop not to there s it s all sketchy they don t tell you everything wrong with the car tried to get a new warranty on a car nd found out more stuff was wrong with it don t waste your time unless you can find a good mechanic

I appreciate it the service I got from the two young lady. I been too so many dealerships in last two week. I never felt so welcome in my life until I went to Jamroc auto sale. This two young lady need to be recognize for their hard work and appreciate they bring to company. If I could rate them I give them a 10+ more. Because they deserve it. I would like to say thank you

The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth. We didn t feel rushed or pressured. The seller was honest, printed a car fax and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them.

Deal started out and finished great, however made a payment through their third party online payment system. Posted to my bank and shows the deduction but then days later they turned the car off. Emailed bank statement to them and asked for third party info to get it taken care of and imagine this only the dealer can communicate with them so my son is stuck in Vermont with a car that won't turn on. Have been round and round with them a out it and still no resolution. Guess I ha e to get an attorney involved and spend more money to fix this problem. Buyer beware....

From the start to finish everything was handled smoothly. I do like that they are very easily reached by phone call, considering my home being in Fayetteville. 10/10 highly recommended lot. I felt comfortable, and relaxed, certainly not pushed, to purchase a car. This lot has so many great options to pick from that it was hard to choose my new love. I Finalized on a 2016 Kia Sorento, and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED. thank you Jamroc!

This is the best professional dealership I have found in years. They specialize in quality vehicles at fair amounts for a broad spectrum. I have used them 3 times and this family owned business cares about getting people quality vehicles. The customer service is sharp and organized and very clear! NEVER AGAIN! Put money down on a Chevy Cruze literally left the car lot and car was shifting Soo hard! I had my personal mechanic take a look at the car and it was no oil in the car whatsoever it haven't had an oil change since September of 2021. I took it back and told them and they trying to make me pay them for an oil change when THEY KNEW they never even did any work on the car since they got it!

Went in to buy a car but then they asked for $2k more than what they told us it costs and what they had listed it at. I was very shocked. Very unprofessional. Needless to say I did not end up buying the car. Beware that the prices they list their cars for on Facebook Marketplace are not what they actually will charge you for the car. They ll ask for more!

It was a great experience. Mr Gray was so pleasant. I was so satisfy with my purchase, I drove off and forgot my husband was there. My Gray was so nice, he took my husband home.lol. I highly recommend Jamroc Auto Sale for your next car purchase.
