The staff at HGR were absolutely amazing!! We were driving from Canada and had bearing trouble on our boat trailer. We called late in the afternoon and they told us to drop in the next morning and they would have a look at it for us. They took our trailer in first thing and we were on the road again less than two hours later! Very helpful, accommodating and reasonably priced!! Highly recommend them if you need anything!

Well I can not say enough good things about this company in this review. We made a 6 hour trip to look at a trailer that was a great deal. We was treated like family. Caleb joked with us and showed us every trailer on the lot that was close to the same ,and went over every option they had.We bought the trailer and my bank took 3 hour to transfer the money, so they sent us to a great restaurant close by. Not only did they give us a good deal, they threw in extra stuff with it. I ask them at the beginning of the deal if they would throw in a generator slide only and they said yes and threw in a lot of other things after finding out they didn't have one in stock. Well today 4 days after we bought the trailer, slide showed up at my door with no charge.If you are looking for a trailer, I promise you wont go wrong with HGR'SThank you guys and girls!!!J.R. HGR trailer sales is the place to go if you want the best. Holly and Tiffany take care of all the details in the office and Raymond the service manager takes care of repairs and outfitting new trailers. If your thinking about buying a new trailer call Wayne in sales he will take care you and answer all your questions.

What can I say .. other than these guys are SAINTS. As we started our vacation, our suspension on camper broke.... I figured there was no way it could be fixed quickly and we would be cancelling our vacation. These guys not only had the correct suspension, but they were able to get it fixed within hours!! Truly unbelievable . Moreover, the were able to change out a few tires and (on their own) fixed a few brake wires that came apart. Saying these guys went "over and above" would be an understatement.... And if that wasn't enough, the prices are totally reasonable.Thanks to the HGR Team... They are THE BEST!!

What an amazing place! Richard and Tiffany were so helpful! Amazing staff and super easy process. I ve spent weeks pricing trailers and HGR had the best prices! We drove 2hr there to get exactly what we were looking for! They have a huge store on sight for all your trailer needs and even inspect everything over before sending you off! HIGHLY recommend!

I realized I needed a hitch installed on my little crossover a few days before a big out of state move. After calling a few places around town, I called HGR and Charles made it happen in less than TWO days!! He was very happy to help me and got me in the shop though their schedule was already full. No BS, no extra costs or drama. Very VERY satisfied!

Came to HGR looking a 6x12 utility trailer. Gentleman come out and picked me up on the golf cart to look at the ones that recently came in. The guy along with all the employees were super nice and helpful. They had to put my trailer together and service it. They had me out the door less than 30 minutes. I ll definitely be going back to them in the future.

Howard and all the guys at HGR are there to help in all of your trailer and accessory needs. Biggest parts department you will find. If they don t have it they will get it, no matter your need.Go by and give them a chance. This is the 5th or 6th purchase from them and the next one will come from HGR s. Never dissatisfied and their service is second to none. Race trailer to utility trailer, flat bed s too. Gooseneck and bumper pull. They have a better supply and more quality trailer than any dealer I know of.

Came in 30 minutes before closing time, interested in purchasing an enclosed trailer. My two little ones and myself were welcomed in like family! And little did i know, I'd be walking out with the paperwork that evening and picking up the trailer the next morning. A special THANK YOU to Miss HollyB. Using my wife's email as she has a google account but I just got back from picking up my PJ Trailers 24ft equipment hauler from HGR's Truck and Trailer yesterday. Man I'm so glad I drove the 2+ hours from SC to buy from these folks. Holly was amazing to work with and helped me select the right trailer and add a tool box. When I arrived to pick up the trailer they were a fined tuned machine. Tiffany handled the payment part and was very pleasant while Holly told me about the trailer. Nathan got the trailer ready and hooked it up to my truck. He should be on a NASCAR pit crew. You could tell these folks at HGR's are pros. Can't say enough great things about these folks. Pleasant, honest, very skilled, incredible selection, and they also have the best prices! I will never buy a trailer from anyone else..I'm serious. Heck I may just drive back to hang out at the store with these amazing people. Telling everyone I know about these folks. Thanks again guys!

Bottom-Line Upfront: I highly recommend HGR S Truck & Trailers for your Tires Needs! LTC(R) Matthew Dansbury, Bradenton, FL 34203.My wife and I were traveling with our Travel Trailer from Bradenton, FL with stops in GA, NC and ultimately on to VA for a vacation there. We had a trailer flat tire in SC and another one after leaving VA heading to Smith Lake, Fort Liberty (Bragg). This is the interesting part, I dealt with HGR S on Monday to order 5 new tires (Hi-Run ST205-75-R14LRD 8 PLY) to replace all the tires on our Travel Trailer and had them put on the day we were heading out to Fort Stewart, GA. All of the employees at HGR S are exceptional starting with the Office Ladies Jennifer & Holly both have a warm & friendly demeanor and coffee & cookies are plentiful. Mr. Raymond Hinkel is a subject matter expert (SME) on tires, answered all questions on my tire needs and has the contacts to reach and got the tires there within 24hrs. What I especially liked about Raymond is he makes things happen to honestly help/assist an out-of-towner from Florida that couldn t go home safety, if he hadn t helped us out. On Wednesday when I drove the travel trailer over to have the new tires put on at HGR S, I met Charles and his team of tire changers. Well, these gentleman put the 4 new tires on along with new tire valve stems and changed out the old spare tire and put a new one back in its place - all done in super quick time. So Jennifer, Holly, Raymond, Charles and your Men - Thank you again so much for your attention and care shown in helping us get back on our way home with tires that we feel secure with now. Richard the sales guy and Tiffany at the front dest were wonderful! This is the second trailer I have purchased from them over the years. I was in and out with a new trailer in less than 35-40 minutes. Can you ask for anything better? The prices were worth me driving almost two hours one way, compared to where my business is located. They have a giant selection and all prices are clearly posted on the trailers (which match or exceed what they advertise on the internet). There is NO bait and switch here! The enclosed trailer I purchased is top quality and will serve me well. Thanks guys!

The ladies at the front desk were very kind and communicative throughout the purchase process. Wayne was really nice and helpful. You could really tell he enjoyed his job and was very proud of his golfcart lol. I would recommend this place just based off the customer service alone but the trailers are of top quality as well. 4 months later I still love my trailer. Made it all the way to California and I had zero issues. Thanks to the team at HGR's!

Heard nothing but great things about HGR. Just left with my new car hauler.....best price, awesome service and no surprises. Richard was awesome getting me familiar with the trailer and making sure I was set up properly. Tiffany had everything together on the paper work. Great experience!!me

After searching locally here in South Carolina for a trailer to haul my Harley Davidson motorcycle, my expectations of a quality built unit at reasonable pricing was not to be realized. I then searched google and found HGR,s Truck and Trailer.I drove 3 and 1/2 hours to this dealership and was extremely pleased that I did.Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Richard (sales rep). His approach was pleasant and enjoyable. After deciding on a unit Richard turn the administrative duties over to Tiffany. She was very pleasant , efficient and detailed in explaining the process and what each document represented. Being that I had a long drive home I was anxious to get on the road. While Tiffany was working her magic, Richard has hooked up the new unit to my truck. Ha had his technician look over the unit to ensure all quality standards we met and that the unit was ready to go. He then gave me a very in-depth review of the unit which included a review of the warranty package. Richard and Tiffany were fantastic. I was so pleased to find a dealership that demonstrated intregrity in their processes. I highly recommend this dealership and their product. In my case a Cargo Mate 7x12 tandem trailer.Thank you so much to Richard and Tiffany for making my experience noteworthy!PS: I look at a lot of different trailers at other dealerships and the quality of Cargo Mate far exceeded the others.Great job!!!

I called HGR to have my trailer looked at before a cross-country trip. I wanted someone to grease the quick lube axles and just let me know if my setup looked appropriate to avoid any preventable issues on the road. I called ahead of time and was told to bring it by around 2pm. I showed up as instructed and stood around for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I asked the first representative where I should park for service and he replied "I have no idea." Then, the guy at the service counter said it would be 2 weeks out before it was looked at.This looks like a reputable business and probably does decent work for people but it was a very poor first impression. Tip to management- when a customer is doing their due-diligence to seek your services by calling ahead of time, it would be in your best interest to offer expected wait times over the phone.After my failed trip to HGR, I was able to swing by Leonard trailers in Fayetteville unannounced. Despite being busy, Leonard was able to do a quick pre-trip inspection and lube the axles free of charge. You know where I will return the next time I need to spend $10k on a new trailer.

Jenn, Holy, Tiffany are amazing people. They are fun, energetics, and helped me narrow down what trailer I wanted to buy. I got a PJ dump from them and they made the transaction easy and seemless.Once I need a new landscape trailer I ll buy from them.

I just bought a trailer from Jordan. I was in and out of there so fast that I almost got dizzy, and I got one hell of a deal. I truly felt like I was the most important person in the building, the whole time I was there.Trailer was out and waiting for me when I got there, paperwork was sitting on the counter and she was standing by ready to make a deal.Customer services I lost art these days. This young lady went a long way towards restoring my faith in small businesses and customer service. Thank you!

i bought a trailer from here and the experience was good i forget the salesman name but he was great . no complaints there BUT the trailer that i bought brand new had a vibration @ around 60mph . took it back and them "found nothing wrong" . wheels are balanced and nothing was bent . asked them to test drive and see for them selfs and they dont do that , with my own vehicle with me driving . i just think they could have done a little better . i know i would have with my customer .

Absolutely great service! We had a broken leaf spring on our fifth wheel trailer and they found a replacement for us that got us up and running again. It was so nice that they fit us into their busy schedule. Thank you all again so much!!

I have purchased 2 trailers from HGR and have always been happy with my experience. I recently took a trailer in to get the bearings serviced and a tire changed and I was happily surprised at the more than reasonable price. Then I took another trailer, one I pull behind my motorcycle to get the bearings serviced. I got a call the next day telling me the bearings were in great shape and didn't need anything. When I went to pick it up I expected a charge for pulling the wheels and checking but there was no charge. They took the time to check it out, did the work to pull the wheels and put them back on but didn't charge me anything! I just wanted to give a shout out to Jordan, in service and HGR for being a great company and treating customers so well.I highly recommend the sales and service team at HGR.

I have several trailers of different types and HGR always has what I need. Raymond is very knowledgeable running the service department, havent been able to stump him yet and he always tells it to you straight.The prices are fair and they stick with quality parts. I would recommend anyone around the area to go there. I think they have every kind of trailer from a small utility to full on race car trailers and the shop to work on them too.

Running around Learning the High's and LOW'S of RV life, ran into yet another problem... Our connection from the RV to our towed Vehicle wasn't sending the signals,... Someone directed us to HGR'S and what a BLESSING, ... Mr Raymond Heinkel was our Angel in Human form... Thought we would have to spend more $$$ but, he was so Honest and Helpful (Rare qualities nowadays) ... he went on and assessed the situation and proceeded to fix the problem,... He told us that no, nothing had burnt out, nothing was broken and in 2.5 secs the problem was resolved. And here's the kicker 0. $ was the fee... He could have easily told us we needed new wiring, and new connectors, the whole kit and kaboddle, but he was Helpful and Honest instead... May he Be Blessed beyond measure for his kindness and consideration... HGR'S For all Your Truck and Trailer needs

When true customer service is hard to find we found a gem. HGR s was a pleasure. Jordan, Wayne and Richard did a great job for us. We came to pick up the trailer we bought and decided to have some tie downs installed also. They took care of us right away so we didn t have to wait long. A 2.5 hour drive for us and well worth it. Paper work was quick and pleasantly done. Would recommend highly and we did check out other places and this one was interested in our business.

Wayne was the best salesman I ve ever encountered. We pulled up and got out of our truck to look at some enclosed trailers and Wayne came outside to greet us right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tiffany handled all of our paper work and payments. She was so helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Last but not least, Chris was very accommodating with helping us get all our lights and signals working before driving the trailer off the lot. Great price, and awesome people. I drove over 5 hours from Maryland to save an extra 2k on my 8.5 * 18 ta enclosed trailer. Ms Jordan took great care of me and everything went smoothly with the entire process.I'd highly recommend this company.
