We were driving through North Carolina on our way to Florida when we hit something in the road that tore up our splash guard under the oil pan. It was dragging on the roadway at every bump. We found 301 Express Auto on Google Maps, only a ten-minute drive from our location. The owner dropped everything he was doing to help us out, tying up the splash pan with plastic ties so that it wouldn t be damaged any further before we can take it to a dealer to have it replaced. Great and friendly customer service! Many thanks!

Went up on Friday with an oil leak, and they immediately found out the source and even fixed it that day. Extremely experienced staff and they went out of their way to help me out before the long weekend. Absolutely will return in the future.

My experience with them five stars isn't enough stars. You won't find better people that the shop reasonable prices excellent work. Now the owner he respectable understandable and treats everyone the same. If I was ask to put a decal on one of my vehicles for his business I won't even hesitate.

After going to another place first and waiting over an hour and half I Google several places found this one. I'm so thankful I did. As soon as I got there I was greeted and told how much and how long. Great customer service, friendly, and being a veteran was able to get a discount that was offered not me having to ask. I will definitely use them for any vehicle service and would recommend them to anyone needing anything done.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I was driving up I-95 to Virginia and started to hear the noise of something dragging on the bottom of my car. I found 301 Express to be the closest Auto Shop, so I drove my car there. The friendly mechanics greeted my wife and I and took care of my car right away and had us back on I-95 within 30 minutes. This was much appreciated as we had a long way left to drive. I would recommend this business 100%.

Tad and Joe really resolved more than a bad situation in my travels. They made the experience fun, gave me options of what the damage could cost, length of time it could take and even offered a ride if needed. They also provided an alternative temporary solution to get me back on the road quickly for less. I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the guys who helped us with getting our tire all patched up, and re-balanced! We were on our long trek home from South Carolina to Pa when we ran over something that sliced a hole in the tire. They took us right away and went to work on pitching is up so we could get back on the road to head home. They were super nice guys and did awesome work! Thank you!!

My wife and I broke down on the highway the day before Thanksgiving on our way to visit family in SC. We had to wait several hours before AAA could come tow us to the nearest mechanic shop. As every shop was closing for the holiday weekend, the great guys at 301 Express Auto stayed late to make sure we made it to them safely. They were able to diagnose the issue and get it taken care of first thing Friday to allow us to get back to Raleigh in time for work. One thing I appreciated was when they chose the replacement parts, they did not go for the lowest price bargain brand. They chose a brand that they were comfortable with doing the job right the first time. Great ownership. Great mechanic team. Honestly, this is the best mechanic I have ever been to. They won t screw you over with ridiculous prices or not knowing their stuff, and they are absolutely trust worthy. I haven t had the best experience with other mechanics, but when I took my car to this group of guys, they actually knew what they were doing and didn t just talk big game. I had a big issue with my car, and Tad was right there to help and fix it in no time. Thank you guys, and you will be seeing me again! I would recommend to anyone looking for good techs. Go see them!

On I-95, we realized we had flat. After replacing the flat with the spare, I looked up tire shops near me and pulled up 301 Express Auto Repair, and long story short we were back on the road in less then 30 minutes with a fixed tire. All for a great price! I would recommend this place!

Great place for a quick fast inspection mine was only $40.00 but it depends on year, make, and if your overdue so keep that in mind. Got tint no problem only $10 on top of your inspection fee.

I stopped by to have an emissons test done. A young guy holding a dog told he didn't know if they could plus they were about to close. He said I'll go ask. I waited. Someone else came in and requested something while I waited. As time passed I asked again were they able to help me. The young guy looked me square in the face with an annoyed look and said man I'm doing something else right now...

My first time coming to 301 Express Auto Repair and my experience was wonderful. The workers were courteous and friendly. The wait time was less than 60 minutes for an oil change and inspection. The price for my oil change was much cheaper and faster than the Dodge dealership. I completely agree with all the recommendations on the Nextdoor Neighborhood App for coming here for your car needs! #SatisfiedCustomer

We were fairly new to the area. Looking for a place to take our vehicles. This is it!! My car was ready in no time, they show you the parts they actually took off. I use special oil. They ordered it, and still had my car ready in record time. Communication is spot on! Extremely nice and caring family owned business.

I am writing for Mr. Hudson who they charged over $400 for a repair to his front right tire that is having to be repaired again. He was visiting from SC; they kept his car over 7 days and now it's broke again. He is a veteran and deserves better.

I cannot thank Tad from 301 Express Auto Repair for everything he did for my family. We were headed down to Disney and the air decided to stop blowing. We were in above 90 degree weather and knew we would have to stop to get it checked out. Thank GOD we googled and found 301 Express Auto Repair. We were greeted immediately and had Tad look over the car. In what seemed like no time at all he had us out and the car fixed amazingly! I cannot thank him enough for technically saving our trip. Seriously if you want a shop that caters to their clients and makes sure things are done efficiently and smoothly then you have to take your car to 301. Thank you Tad!!

Incredible experience! They are truely trying to help the people and don t just see you as a number for their books. I had a lot of work done on my truck and was amazed at the level of expirence as well as how quick they had it ready. I will take my vehicles here as long as I live in the area. Truely impressed at the expierence as well as customer service. I will recommend this business to everyone.

Amazed with the work done on my boyfriend s Cobra! After big dealers couldn t fix the issue, Tad was definitely a lifesaver. Definitely his go to mechanic from now on! 10/10, 100% recommend!

You won't meet a more honest mechanic in all of Fayetteville. He will tell you just as it is and isn't the kind of shop owner to take a project on if he knows they can't get it done. Tad, Tee and John are great at what they do!!!

On a trip w my daughter when my tire is going flat, I goggled the closest place to get it fixed. They couldn't have been more helpful, or accomodating and the price was more than resonable. Good people!

This is my kind of place. Someone that will explain to you what is going on with your vehicle, discuss cost beforehand and did not overcharge. Very respectful and knowledgeable folks.
