I recently brought my car into Pinnacle Automotive to address a blinking check engine light, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened attentively to my concerns. The technicians promptly diagnosed the problem and explained the necessary repairs in detail, ensuring I understood the process every step of the way (but not talking down to me). The work was completed efficiently and with precision, and my car now runs better than ever. Overall, I highly recommend Pinnacle Automotive for their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service.

Great experience! After having another garage misdiagnose a problem I was having with my car the guys at Pinnacle immediately diagnosed and fixed my van. No one likes car problems but Pinnacle was so great to work with.

Dan and Derek are amazing! I had issues that another shop charge me a lot to fix and it didn t fix anything. Took it to them and it was fixed in a day! I will be a customer for life!

Finding this shop was the best thing that came from my car giving me grief this summer. Derek and Dan are informative, honest and have your best interests at heart. To me the most important question about an auto shop is: Are they trustworthy? In my experience over the past several years, for Pinnacle Automotive, the answer is a resounding YES! Of course since they are trustworthy, they also do great work at very fair prices. Dan, Derek, and the whole team always give helpful advice, and I've never felt pressured into putting money into my vehicle for frivolous reasons. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Triangle!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have been going to Pinnacle for years, when it was under the original owner and it's original location. Was concerned when I was told that it was going to be sold. Better than I could have hoped when Dan became the new owner. He has continued the honesty and excellence that I come to expect. I respect them so much, that I have them work on all my vehicles and those used by my daughters. I have NO reservations in recommending them to any and everyone. They are not the cheapest, but are fair and reasonable.BTW, Robin (who will likely take your call) is extremely knowledgeable, and can assist you in more than just scheduling your appointment.As an update Robin no longer works for Pinnacle but Derek has joined the team and he is extremely knowledgeable as well very helpful very friendly and has help me through getting some repairs done with a very reasonable cost

So, a little background on me. I have some previous mechanical experience, no professional but enough to get me in trouble. On top of that I am very finicky and want things done right. I was referred by a friend to Pinnacle and have had several vehicles in for various repairs thus far. Pinnacle is amazing!!! Hands down. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and honest. They will search options on what s best for you and your situation and go out of their way for you. Something I have never seen in an automotive repair shop. I can't say enough about my family's experiences at Pinnacle. This is the most honest and reliable autoshop around! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond and explain vehicle diagnoses in an easy to understand manner and answer any questions. Honest and fair prices. Great work. Never have felt pressured. It's also nice to have an honest shop that I can call anytime with general vehicle questions. Highly recommend!!

Not a great experience. I do not recommend using them. Pinnacle automotive replaced one Valve lifter in my truck. Everything I have read or have been told, recommends replacing all of them. I trusted their recommendation. I drove 200 miles after I picked up the truck and the engine died. Only 200 miles! Same error message came up as before along with a new oil pressure issue. I had to get the truck towed and I stayed in a hotel overnight. Not one thing was offered for the inconvenience. I called Dan and told him the truck broke down and he said to let him know what was wrong. The mechanic said several other lifters were out and that he recommended replacing the engine based on the cost of repairs. Cost of new repairs exceeds $4k and cost of a new engine is around $5K. I called Dan and met with him face-to-face to discuss, he said would let me know what he could do. At that time, he offered a new engine at cost, but has not called once to follow up. I called and he answered and seemed flustered when he knew it was me. Pinnacle Automotive charged me just under $1k in labor for the one lifter they replaced. Not happy at all with their customer service once work was completed. Warranty? What warranty? I will never recommend this business.

The Pinnacle Automotive management and staff are wonderful. They are honest, hardworking people with an excellent focus on customer care and satisfaction. After 30+ years at my previous mechanic, I have switched to Pinnacle Automotive. My previous mechanic shop gave me the run-around regarding my vehicle, and after years of having problem after problem, I brought my car to Dan and the crew. They were honest about the situation, up-front with any and all options, and treated me with respect and care. If you are looking for quality service, look no further. Pinnacle Automotive is exactly what you are looking for. Stop reading my review and give them a call!

Great experience from honest people! We were able to get the recommended suspension repair completed on our Ford Edge for less than the dealership s estimate. While it was at their shop, their general inspection found we needed routine brake work and we were glad to get that taken care of as well. We will be back!

After getting my Tahoe new tires put on and taking it to Meineke for alignment and new breaks, they completely messed up my alignment and caused an error / trouble light to come on which stayed that way for months because they didn't know how to fix it! I took my Tahoe into Pinnacle and they were extremely up front and honest, got the alignment fixed, and got the error message to go away all for a very reasonable price of what id expect to pay. Its hard to find a really good auto mechanic place, but I've found one and can't see myself going anywhere else. BTW, the dealership wanted to charge me like $900 to fix it! No thanks.

Just had a motor mount replaced and I can say hands down it's the best experience I ve had with auto repair. The owner took the time to come over and say hello (from a 6 distance of course) and thank me for for my business. I felt so welcome that I had the crew do an oil change and it was the best price I ve had for synthetic.My biggest compliment I can give is that I will be a repeat customer, thanks guys .

When comparing automotive shops in this town it is important to do your research who does the best job who's the most informed and who gives the best price. Pinnacle Automotive is run by a group of guys who between them have got 70 plus years of Automotive know how. Any vehicle you bring them with any problem that it might have they'll be able to figure it out be honest with you and get it fixed Within a good amount of time.

Just because they are nice does not mean they are trustworthy. After inspecting my car I was told over the phone it would cost $1000 to replace my radiator. They said my AC would need to be removed and even quoted me for new frion. They quoted me 4 hours of labor. It just didnt feel like this was right. I have been bringing my vehicles to them and thought I could trust them. I had even referred several people to them. To make a long story short. I purchased a radiator with a life time guarantee for $90 from a local company and installed it myself in about an hour just from watching how to do it online. If your more expensive than other shops that's one thing but to lie about the extent of the work your going to provide is shameful. I will be sure to tell everyone about my terrible experience at Pinnacle Automotive. I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Current and new customers you can't say I didn't warn you. Have a blessed day!

Pinnacle Automotive is one of the few existing repair shops that treat all customers as family. You don't have to worry about receiving misleading information about what's wrong with your car for the benefit of the shop. Upfront, honest, high quality repairs at very fair prices. I refer all my friends, clients, and family to service their vehicles here and they only exceed everyone's expectations!

Pinnacle Automotive is truly a refreshing experience in auto mechanics.In the past, I have had the displeasure of taking my car to mechanics and have always left the shop with a bad feeling. As a woman I have always felt that I was being misled regarding the repairs that were being suggested.I have been to Pinnacle Auto in Holly Springs, NC for Brakes, Rotors and other maintenance needs and have always left there with more understanding than when I went in. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and most of all- HONEST.I give this shop 5 stars~Dori

I cannot rave enough about this business! I will never take any of my cars anywhere else- even for an oil change. Dan is honest and dependable and truly cares about the well being of his customers. He is always fair and always honest! Everyone needs a mechanic that they can rely on. Seriously- take your cars to Pinnacle!

This place is great. I had to have my car towed in after it broke down so I could get to work, and Derrek and his staff worked quick to make sure I could get back on the road as soon as possible. I also appreciated the level of communication to keep me updated on the process and costs throughout the repair. Highly recommend due to quality and speed of service, fair prices, and good customer service.

I had a great experience all around. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable mechanic. I took a vehicle in for prepurchase inspection. They took the time to explain the issues the vehicle currently had as well as what issues it could have later on. Before you ever buy a car always get it inspected and if you are in the Holly Springs area take it to Pinnacle Automotive.

I've never been to a mechanic as professional, honest and gracious as Dan. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor with a random noise that 3 mechanics including the dealer were unable to identify. Dan asked me to drop the car off and leave it with him and by the end of the day they had an answer and it made complete sense. He is very fair, and in the auto repair industry, probably too fair if it was possible. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone for any repair needs. They will truly go above and beyond to help you. It is refreshing to know that you will not get ripped of when Dan and his crew are working on your vehicle. Thank you for all your help, Dan!

This shop is run by dishonest people that will try to rip you off! I had an issue with my brakes-the brake pedal was "spongy" and went nearly all the way to the floor making it rather unsafe to drive. This place tried to sell me a replacement of the rear brake pads and rotors (they said my rotors were somewhat rusted). The cost to repair these items saw approx $415.00.I took it to another reputable mechanic on the recommendation of a friend and was told the rear brakes simply needed to be bled and that the rear brakes were in good condition and did not need replacement. Never again will I take my vehicle to Pinnacle Auto...

My daughters car started missing and throwing codes. We took it to Pinnacle and Dan said they would run a diagnostic and let us know. He called and said the problem was with a valve in the intake manifold and it had to be replaced as a unit. But he did some additional checking and found this was an issue covered under an extended warranty and we needed to take it to the dealer for coverage.His extra effort saved her a bunch of money that some other shop may have wanted to do themselves.Hats off to a great mechanic and an honest shop !!!

Super nice guys and very professional. They do extremely quality work but it s definitely pricey. I paid almost $80 for an oil change for a Honda Accord V4. I typically change the oil myself, full synthetic and oil filter from Advance for $30. Not to say I wouldn t go back, just thought it was a little outrageous for an oil change.

Friendly and competent employees make for a job done right the first time, and done well. Honest answers to your questions, and only recommend service that is of a value to you, and not something to line their pockets. I have taken my five cars over the nearly 15 years I've known them, to them, and will continue to do so as long as I'm driving---that's how much I trust them and enjoy their service and company!

What an absolute blessing! I wouldn't have wanted my transmission to fail anywhere else in the world but within the range of this shop because they were absolutely fantastic. With accurate quotes, hospitable receptionists, frequent updates, timely repairs, and quality workmanship I can say that I am a very happy costumer. On a rebuilt transmission I made it from Holly Springs to Daytona Beach, FL with no problems.

BEWARE: After 18 years of loyalty I am extremely upset with the newest owners. 2 months to do a clutch, it took them 3 times to get it right. Then they don't answer or return phone calls. The newer management is horrible and service is unreliable. I have been referring people for 18 years, that stops now. Do Not Go Here.I have documentation, invoices and texts, to show you are not presenting the facts correctly in your reply.Also a professional would tell you to go somewhere else, not ignore you and the problems that they failed to correct on the vehicle . Over 2 months without a vehicle is way too long for a clutch. YOU ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION YOU SUB'D THIS WORK OUT ORIGINALLY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO ANOTHER SHOP. Stop lying.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am that I was referred to this shop. Derek and Dan are by some of the nicest guys you can ever find and they are all about taking care of their customers and providing great customer service. They fixed my son's car which was a misty at the beginning but they got it right and I couldn't be happier with the results. They also where able to fit me in at the last minute and check out my truck and fix a problem that I notice. I will be a customer of there's and recommend them to anyone I know, thank you. Lee Hoenig
