I was referred by a dealership. I was hesitant thinking this was just a money grab for a friend. This ended up being the opposite. You can hear and see the passion for what they do. After taking my car to Adam and interacting with Mike, I can honestly say for the first time in life I feel safe with a mechanic. We all have to eat but you can't eat if you don't have loyal and permanent support. They got mine! So much more to say but hopefully yall get the point of this review. Customer for life!-Fred

Excellent communication, extensive automotive knowledge, exceptional customer service and very professional every step of the way. Wow what a terrible experience. I will never go back here. All the pictures they supposedly take vanished along with my diagnostics report. They have an excellent salesman on the phone. My car was not finished on the day it was supposed to be done. I feel like I was lured in because the first part they fixed was a fair price. But they of course found multiple new issues that I didn't think I had before I brought my car in. I then get a quote for thousands of dollars to fix the other stuff on the car. I ended up getting it all fixed for half the price K20 quoted me at a small Spanish owned shop. Check a few of these types of shops instead and save half of your money.

I m extremely happy with the service I received at k20. I was able to book an appointment online, availability was great with several slots available that same week. The shop was easy to find; it was a trip for me as I live in North Raleigh, but it was absolutely worth the drive. the guys were great about listening to my wants, concerns, and priorities. Being a woman, I sometimes have a frustrating time at auto shops/mechanics as some people will either talk down to me or attempt to upsell unnecessary services or treatments. This was definitely not the case at K20. I m very happy to have found a shop with whom I m comfortable. Their pricing was also very fair and they were transparent and upfront about the pricing. I will definitely be using K20 for all my future car needs!

Brought my wifes highlander in for some 75k services (spark plugs,transmission fluid, rear diff, brake fluid changed as well as front brake pads) everything came out great with great communication and we look forward to using Adam and his team again!

Honest friendly people, professional service and fast! I had all 4 of my rotors and brake pads replaced in just a few hours. And the price was VERY good! Highly recommend them!

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!! DO NOT GO THERE!! Fast talking guy who runs the office and answers the phone, will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear! They will mislead you, and tell you that they can fix your vehicle, then after they can't, they will still charge you an astronomical price, and try to convince you that it is justified, including the owner of the shop, as he is ultimately responsible for his employees and his business! THEY DO NOT LOOK OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER, ONLY THEMSELVES!! And I am sure they will try to post some kind of response, trying to justify how they do business, but in the end, THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! You've been warned....

Adam took good care of me when needed a repair on my brakes. My brake line busted and needed service fast. Adam allowed me tow my vehicle there and had me taken care of in a couple of days. I appreciate the fast and reasonable service. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for future repairs!

Absolutely recommend this place. This time they took care of my power steering, axel, and a bunch of other small things. My car drives better every time I get it back, pretty good for a 13 year car. I must say that Adam did a fine job on my car. I went thinking I needed to do some major maintenance that I had already done a little over a year ago, and he was honest with me and said all I needed was an oil change. I've been to other places where they tell you things you don't need to get more money. But not Adam. He is as honest as they come by. I came in to get my CVT transmission fluid replaced. Adam gave me a fair price. His price was $200 less than the Toyota dealer. He purchased the FE OEM fluid directly from the dealer. I drove down from Hope Mills to Holly Springs because of the great reviews and the price. I will be returning to him for future work. I made an appointment. My car was brought to the back immediately and completed in less than an hour. I chatted with Adam's wife and the time went by quickly. Adam and K20 Auto repair helps keep our 20-year-old Acura on the road.It's been in the same family since it was new, so it has some sentimental value, and I also like to work on simpler tasks myself!We also take our slightly newer Honda SUV to Adam too!We get great service from K20 without a lot of pressure or upsell. Dropped my vehicle off to have the steering rack and A/C repaired on a 2004 Acura. K20 Auto did an excellent job in getting me taken care of. I was very pleased with how Mike communicated with me every step of the way to make sure my issues were being addressed. A couple of problems did arise from the rack that was replaced, but Mike and his team did not hesitate to address and resolve those problems and for that I'm grateful! "Word of Mouth" can make or break a business, so I think it's very important to let others know how well a business does or doesn't do. K20 Auto went well and above the call of service to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I recommend anybody needing auto service for their Acura to consider K20 Auto for all their auto repair needs! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for it's next service.

First time here, saw all the great reviews and decided to give this place a shot. First off, Adam is a great guy and he will make sure you're taken care of. Secondly, communication is fast and concise. I'll be coming here for my repair needs from now on, will be bringing my wife's car next. I went to K20 Auto Repair & Performance who are Import and Tesla Specialists. I have a Ford Explorer and Adam, the owner, was happy to book my appointment, to get a State Inspection, Oil Change, and a Wheel Alignment. K20 Auto Repair used this Digital Vehicle Inspection tool to do a full inspection of my vehicle, letting me know what addition maintenance I should consider in the near future. Adam and his team were so friendly and very knowledgeable. Stopped by to get a pre-inspection for a potential used vehicle I was interested in and every step of the process was phenomenal and beyond any of my expectations.The dedication to communication so I was aware of every step and genuine understanding of not only the vehicle but of any of my concerns was a breath of fresh air and a model for a quality vehicle servicer.Thanks to K20's commitment to providing me with any incredibly detailed inspection, I was able to narrowly miss taking the plunge on a huge mistake.I can't thank them enough and highly recommend them if you are passionate about cars or wish for such an investment like a vehicle to be treated with the ultimate respect.(Also, I greatly appreciate the time and effort taken to not only investigate the vehicle but also develop a repair plan that not only would not break the bank but also incorporate OEM parts to preserve the stock nature of the vehicle. Great communication. In addition to an oil change (which included an overall check of the vehicle and tire inspection), I had my Forester's air conditioner fixed. The dealership was offering to replace the system, but this was out of our price range, so I'd been driving w/o air conditioning for a year. Adam identified two leaky valves and repaired my air conditioner for 1/2 the cost of a new one. It works great! I was going on a long distance trip in my Honda Civic and needed some diagnostic work done before hitting the road. I started my search for a dependable mechanic and was able to find K20 Auto Repair, who was close to home and had good reviews on Google and Nextdoor. I gave Adam a call and he was able to get my car in within a couple of days. He was professional and straight forward and kept me informed on what needed to be done. Repaired Infiniti convertible roof! We had gotten an estimate of more than $4000 for convertible roof repair that "might" fix it. K20 fixed it in less than a week for less than half the price! Such nice people and tremendously professional. Level of communication was stellar . Highly recommend!

K20 auto is the local, trustworthy, auto shop that you always hear about but have trouble finding. Adam, the owner and technician, is amazing. Adam is always clear on what should be done, he does it at a reasonable price and does his work in a timely fashion. Adam was wonderful to work with- he has worked on both of our vehicles. He does a very thorough job, explains the whole process of the repair, makes recommendations when needed and helped us prioritize repairs. He is very fair, prices are reasonable. Having a trustworthy master mechanic is a big deal! We highly recommend his services.

Attention all women out there who are sick of searching for a trusting place to take your car to get it diagnosed and at a fair cost!!! I was going to travel and needed a trustworthy auto repair shop to get it repaired. I found that K20 is honest, straightforward, and trustworthy.
