Having worked in the automotive industry, I have seen the good and the bad. These guys are the best! My auntie had an emergency and needed new tires, they were very kind and professional (shoutout to Laurie for the help!) and did it at a reasonable price. I am very glad and will recommend to everyone from now on!

Came because I had a leak in one of our tires. Lori was easy to work with and very friendly. Ended up being a loose valve core so they tightened it up and fixed the issue for free. Excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back here. Thanks Just Tires!

I try and be positive when writing reviews but this time I can't and posting this review so others can be aware. Took my wife's car for a tire repair. They had the hood open (why I don't know) and took over 30 mins after taking in the bay to say the tire was unrepairable. I told them to put the spare on. The manager seemed surprised. I took the tire back to where I originally purchased and they patched it. They showed me where the hole was and it was no where close to the side wall. Another lady in the waiting room was also told her tire was unrepairable.

Highly recommend this location. Laurie and Dale lead by example with their calm presence and effective communication. They don't push sales or extras, and won't debate you if you decline something offered. This is a very well run shop.We've have used them for all three vehicles now and each experience has been great. They follow through on promises and delivery quality work. When they couldn't correct a complex brake issue we we're having, they didn't even charge us. Love that they stand by their work.PS - get the 3 yr alignment plan with your new tires. This plan includes alignment checks (and fix) and tire rotation every 6 months for no additional charge.

I went in as I had a screw in my tire, and I thought I could just have it plugged. Staff informed me I could not due to the screw and where it was. The staff gave me options and even gave me a good deal on a new tire and insurance that covered all 4 of my tires. The staff was beyond friendly and was not trying to push sales. The environment was nice and clean, warm and inviting. I know it's a tire shop, but that's how it felt, and this was all due to the staff and their demeanor. When they called me informing me, my tire came in, and I can get it installed. I had no issue coming and setting up my mobile office to continue working from their. Who knew the tire shop was setup to accommodate several people to do remote work with a laptop, external monitor, and phone. I forgot to mention the service was fast but not to fast as you can tell the mechanic took pride in his work. Old tire removed, new tire cleaned, balanced, and mounted. All 4 tires checked and aired up, and I was out the door in 45 minutes.

Called about a humming noise comin from my car in the front right area. They got me in, and took a look. They told me it was the brakes/ break assembly and would be under warranty. The front desk then came out and told me it wouldn't be, because the issue was actually in the rear and that wasn't covered since it wasn't the front brakes. Got that repaired and they test drove it. Still not resolved and they recommended the front wheel hub assembly. Why am I paying for something that didn't actually resolve the issue? The gentleman up front is nice, just really confused as to why I would pay for something that didn't resolve any issues.

Laurie and the service techs do a great job. I value honesty and integrity when shopping for a mechanic. This location earned my business several years ago and have failed to disappoint. There are many shops in the area, but this one is the best.

Highly recommend! I called on a late Monday afternoon asking to drop off my car the next morning to have a tire repaired (screw removed and patched). I spoke with Dale who indicated that they were fully booked but if I got there when they opened at 8:00am that they would work me in.I showed up at 8:00am and true to his word, they had the tire fixed and added air to all tires to ensure they were all at the recommended PSI in less than an hour. I should add that this was the first time that I had my Tesla service at somewhere other than the Tesla Service Center and Dale was quite reassuring in letting me know that they service Teslas all the time and know proper jack placement, etc.Lori helped me with payment and I was quite pleased with the cost of the repair. Quite a bargain compared to what I was expecting!So, thank you Dale, Lori and the rest of the Just Tires team for a job well done.

Laurie over at the Holly Springs Just Tires is AMAZING! When we moved into our new house I needed to find a new place to take our vehicles closer to our new home. I am so glad I found her. She has gone above and BEYOND to help me with multiple vehicles! She always greets me with a smile on her face and the guys do an excellent job! I know we are in good hands with them and we won't be going anywhere else!

I ve been going here for years over three different cars. They are always courteous and helpful and can get me an appointment either the same day or the next. They are always great about checking (and putting air in) my tires when the tire light come on at no cost.

Just Tires store in Holly Springs is awesome. The crew is so polite and patient to listen to your concerns of vehicle. My wife and I have been going to Just Tires for our tires for years, especially since all the construction has increased. I had a flat on Monday at UNC Rex. My wife had just been released from care when she noticed as I pulled up with a flat tire. I couldn't break the lugs with the tool that came with the car so I was stuck. Thankfully you guys sent someone to help us. Thank you for your assistance. It was late afternoon and you got me back to rolling in 30mins. You guys Rock.

I have been coming to Just Tires of Holly Springs for about 5 years for all my tire needs. The staff are quick to schedule an appointment, are well-versed in all things tire and wheel related, and want the best for their customers. The technicians know their jobs well and keep a lookout for potential problems that need addressing. These potentials keep the customer on the road and out of the shop as much as possible.

Had a protective plate under the car dragging on the road and needed it removed or fixed for obvious reasons. They removed it right away at no charge and alerted me that it came loose because two bolts were missing! Very helpful folks and I will go back! Highly recommend.

The most genuine people. Laurie was very kind and helpful. I had came in with a nail in my tire, it was my child and I and we were not from the area. She immediately got us in and Phil was very fast and efficient when fixing my tire. Would definitely come back! Thanks so much.

I am very impressed and throughly pleased with the service and professionalism Leurie provided. I called mid morning asked about getting 4 tired and full breaks done in a Friday, she didn't hesitate with a confirmation. By the time I arrived she had already placed the parts on order and got me seen right away. After the service she offered to help fill out the applicable rebates as well. I highly recommend you calling up and getting serviced here for all your tire and brake needs!

Started a day on a rough note with a nail in my tire and completely flat. Called and got appointment for same day to have it addressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived to have the flat repaired I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The tech even took the time to return the spare tire to proper storage.They would not take any payment for the activity.The staff here are awesome, would definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service/experience.

The Good: Service personnel were pleasant and professional. They called before starting work on the car to update me on work needed and provided a quote upon request. Work was done in a timely manner (3 hours for an alignment).The Bad: I called 4 other shops for the same work for my make and model vehicle. The cheapest was $69.99 followed by 89.99 and two that quoted 99.99. Just tires came in at $109.99. I am NOT taking off any stars FOR THIS! If they want to charge 36% higher than their competition they have a right to. I chose to go in anyway because no one else had an appointment open for today. But it's still definitely a con and not a pro.The Ugly: 2 things. First they parked my car in the only handicap spot until I picked it up in the afternoon. That's not cool to those who need it and it makes me look like the kind of jerk that would do that when I pick it up. Secondly they added charges that were not disclosed over the phone that were described in the bill as being "for profit". No parts were installed in my car and any mystery "supplies" used should be covered by the $110 that is already higher than normal. May seem like a little thing but it's down right dishonest. Again you can charge whatever you want. Throw in a $1000 supplies fee and a $200 take everyone out to lunch fee but you better disclose it before you do the work. That way i have the choice to take it down the street to the guy who will do it for $69.99. It breaks trust and I want to take my car to a shop that shoots straight and I can trust.

Had a very slow leak and needed to be sure that it was fixed. They took me that day and fixed it within an hour. Not saying this is typical here but I was very satisfied.

Laurie has been great. This is twice now that I ve called her in a pinch. With a business frequently moving trailers, the occasional blow out leaves my guys stranded on the side of the highway. Laurie got me in and out quickly and back to work. Thank you!

I brought my car in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. It turns out that one of the valves needs replacing. They fixed it no charge. Service was quick and friendly and I will surely be back.

Laurie Anderson was very helpful with helping me make a decision on the right tires for my car. She also informed me about the rebates that good year has which really helped me make my decision to buy from just tires. The tires look fantastic and I'm super excited about them. Hopefully they last 90k miles like the original tires. I would recommend and I would go back for service. They were very professional. Thank you Good year and just tires.

We took our car with 7,500 miles in because we got a nail in the side wall. They told us we had to replace all the tires because the treds were already warn out. Took it to two other places and they said the treds were totally fine.

Reasonable pricing and Great service! From calling for a quote to above and beyond contact during my repair. I would definitely recommend Just Tires in Holly Springs.
