Took my GMC truck for an oil change here last week and my issues are as follows:1. Oil filter not tightened so oil leaked overnight and had virtually no oil to get to another shop the next day2. When they checked my cabin air filter they let debris collected at the top drop into the blower motor- this is the second item that had to be corrected by a second shop and I had not requested this to even be checked.3. When they reinstalled or took out the cabin air filter they broke the plastic pieces that secure it so this had to be replaced as well. My second mechanics exact words were who ever took this out went at it like an animal $200 down the drain here, and then additional money spent to correct it all. Do not recommend this location, although the staff were very nice and the service turn around time was quick.

When I pulled up, Robert greeted me in no time. He guided me to which lane and where to wait. Their waiting area is clean. Michael, Eric changed my oil and were very thorough. Robert and Michael is who I am impressed with. Not only were they attentive, mindful of everyone needing service but their helpful attitude, and tact is just something you do not see in customer service anymore. I have been to several other oil change places and I am thankful to see in an uncaring world, the trajectory change. Thank you, good fellas. Keep up the good works.

I was completely unexpected and elated to see how quickly they performed. Last time, I had my car inspected at Firestone, and it was a very slow process. At Jiffy Lube, I decided to wait in the lobby and the seat didn't even get warm before they were completed. Very efficiently run! I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Assistance - Robert the store manager took my call and was quick to offer when my car had issues following an oil change. He thoroughly checked my car (stranded in town in a parking lot) and helped me troubleshoot. Ultimately, it was an unrelated engine issue that he was able to ID. I was able to get to a mechanic to complete the repair.

Will NEVER go back to this place. I had good service for a couple years. In June took my car for inspection and oil change. It took a long time compared to previous visits. They came into the waiting area holding the air filter telling me it was very dirty and wanted me to change it. I said no thank you. In order to get to my filter you have to disconnect hoses, unscrew the cover. They never asked, and I never asked them to check it. They had never done that in the past. (They did not even put it back together correctly.) I normally drive with the windows down. It was about a month before I turned it on to find out it no longer worked.Today I finally had a chance to troubleshoot the problem. It turns out that a multi-pin connector behind the glove box was disconnected. I plugged it in, it was a tight fit, and clicked like it should and everything started working again. Those connectors don;t just come loose. I was the only one that had driven the car and no one else services my cars. I did not see them disconnect the cable, however, they are the only ones that touched my car. It took them well over 30 minutes for my oil change and inspection. (Normally less than 15 with 4 people working on my car.) They will not get another chance to touch my cars.

Went for a car inspection. They Wanted $10 to add a little coolant. Wanted $35 to change a headlight. Told him that was crazy. He refused to do my inspection. Manager threatened to hit me and call the cops. Another employee came out acting all tough. I will never ever use them. Calling corporate to complain. Stay away from them and go to the jiffy lube on 401 in Fuquay, much better service.

Very expensive. The price has gone up. People are nice but they always try to up sell: filters, wipers, etc. usually at exorbitant prices.

Definitely forgot to write my review! I do apologize. Back in March I had a oil change done for my vehicle. (I work across the street) and so I dropped my car off, they let me pay ahead of time and to top of their top tier service the employees brought my car over to me when they were done! Every employee I interacted with was pleasant. Thank y'all.

Very helpful team and quick service! I don t feel like I am being sold services that I don t need and they do a great job of explaining what services my vehicle needs and why, so can make a more informed decision. For routine car maintenance I definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.

So friendly and quick! Went in for an inspection. Did not recommend anything I didn't need (personal pet peeve for places like these), they were super honest.
