I have taken my cars to this shop for many years. They have treated me like a valued family member and it will keep me coming back to them for many more years. They'll do what needs to be done to keep you safe, but not add extra services. Thanks to the whole family team at HSVS.

Started going to HSVS a little over 10 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since.They do quality work at a fair price and are not in the business of trying to sell you services you don't need.If your looking for the best kept secret in auto repair, then look no further!

The best mechanic I ve used in the triangle! They are fast, great prices, and thorough. They do a complete check of the vehicle every oil change and recommend any repairs that need to be made. BUT, they don t push you or bully you into making them.The only place I take my vehicles for repairs and inspections.

Had my first appointment with these guys yesterday and couldn t be more impressed. I usually go to the dealership for service or my husband takes care of vehicle stuff, but needed a state inspection and had to go myself. Everyone was sooo kind and friendly and I was in and out super fast! They even fixed my reflector for free (which I thought was broken and had it taped on) when the dealership wanted to charge me $500 to replace the whole side of the vehicle! Will definitely be going back here when I need other service!!

Came in this morning for an oil change and left very happy! The 2 young ladies at the front desk (Jenny and Christiana) were very kind. I was a little early for my appointment but they were able to service me sooner than expected. I was in and out- and the customer service was great. I will be coming back! :)

Great service and honest mechanics. I had them inspect a vehicle I was considering purchasing. I am from out of state and I was unable to fly in to test drive the vehicle, so I needed someone to check it out to make sure it was a good buy. They did this for me with a day's notice and gave me a detailed list with pictures of their findings. It helped me make a decision on the vehicle based on their honest opinion of it. Fantastic service. From PA visiting my daughter and needed someone to check my drive belt in my Suburban before going back home. I was concerned the belt might be defective. These guys are the best. I ve always taken cars here for repair and they never disappoint. Today was no different; I had a tire leak (nail) during Tropical Storm Ian and they dropped everything to get me in the back and plug the tire quick and in a hurry.You won t regret using these guys!

They replaced my ABS Module and were the least expensive out of all my estimates. They had on my estimate that they might need to bleed my brakes but decided it didn't need to do it and no charge, they could've done it and charged me and I would have never known. Very honest, great communication and great price. All my error lights went off on my dashboard. I'm excited. Would highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First time shot at this establishment, and they were everything the 5 star reviews have mentioned. Amazing customer service by the owner, Jenni and Christiana. I was able to schedule a drop off day and they had all 3 services I needed taken care of in a timely manner as not to have to look for other modes of transportation. On top of all that, they offer a generous discount to teachers, first responders and military! You have all of my car maintenance and repair business from here on out. Jenni was nice as could be and let me know motorcycle inspections are walk-in during the week. Was in and out the door in less than 30 mins. Almost afraid to post a review so they dont get too busy!

I've bounced from shop to shop for years and have now finally found the one. They've repaired my son's car twice and have been very honest and trustworthy throughout the process which is all I ask for. This was my first time using them and I'm glad I did. I needed an inspection for my motorcycle and "Googled" the nearest shop that can. Once, I arrived I was greeted at the door by a friendly young lady. Their staff were awesome and got me in and out. Highly recommend my friends to use them. I will be definitely seeing then again.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Holly Springs Vehicle Service in August 2021. You talk to THE PEOPLE that actually own the business and work on the vehicles. They have a vested interest in your satisfaction and it shows. They do very good work at very good rates. Great experience and friendly service. Got my brake pads and rotors replaced today at a better than fair rate. Even though it was my first time there, Denny talked to me as if I was a regular customer and even fit me in for a vehicle inspection. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work!

Our friend told me I should use Holly Springs Vehicle Service when my car broke down. We had an amazing experience at this shop. They did a great job repairing my car, the price was outstanding, and they fixed my car in a few hours. My check engine light came on so I called and they said I could bring it in right away to get diagnosed. It was a semi minor fix so they were able to take it in right away. Excellent customer service, great price, and only took a few hours for everything they had to do to it. Will definitely be coming back here for any car issues and routine oil changes. Highly recommended!

0 for customer service0 for easy to work with0 for availabilityUpdate - new ownership has changed this experience. I was told they were too busy and didn't want to send me a statement. Even with plenty of service history, they claim it wasn't enough to continue to provide me service. Sounds like the worst customer service ever. Must be nice to be too busy to continue to provide service to long time customers.Don't worry there are plenty of others who want your business. 55 Auto and Carroll's would never treat you with such disrespect.

I of course waited to the last minute for a NC inspection, I called Holly Springs Vehicle Service and asked them if they could fit me in. I was there in 20 minutes and in less than 30 minutes, I was out the door. Great service, great employees, great location. What was also enjoyable, they really like what they do. They were GREAT.....

I was more than pleased with the service I received. The staff is very personable and easy to deal with when it comes to prices and work to be done. After going to several vehicle maintenance establishments in the area, Holly Springs Vehicle Service LLC is the only one where the staff is actually honest and won't rip you off.

Fantastic service at a great price, with a healthy amount of humor and sarcasm thrown in for good measure! Highly recommended. Firestone down the street tried to sell me a $1k brake job to fix a squeak, HSVS takes one look and tells me all I need are new pads. Got me in and out same day within a few hours of walking in, and I didn't even have an appointment.

If you are looking for honesty and personal service, this is it. I brought in a used vehicle that I was considering purchasing. They brought me into the bay and showed me exactly what they found. They offered to discuss it with the seller (and did). The seller initially denied the issue but wound up confirming it after further research. Ultimately Holly Springs Vehicle Service charged me $0 for the assessment and saved me thousands of dollars in potential repairs.

I've been seeing Denny for all my car maintenance since I was a teenager. He's the kindest and most helpful person I've ever met. Prices and service from everyone there are the best around! I send everyone I know his way and have for years.

If you are looking for a location to get in, get out at an affordable price Holly Springs Vehicle Service is the place. The owner is a very kind man and his employees are just as kind. You can tell he cares for his customers greatly.When you walk through the doors, you will be amazed at how clean the facility is. Take a peak into the shop. If your car wasn't fixed you would think the shop was a show room for cars.Waiting area is very clean, has coffee, television and free Wifi. Good place for business professionals to do their paperwork while they wait for their car.
