Both my husband and I have been taking our vehicles to 55 Auto Works for over 10 years. We've had repairs made and regular services performed. Every time we've taken a vehicle in, they were able to find and fix the problem, and we've never been disappointed. In addition to doing a great job in a timely manner, they have never overcharged us or attempted to sell things we didn't need. We both have older cars that we are trying to keep on the road and we are grateful to have such a dependable mechanic in our area.

Derek and his team did an awesome job on my truck. I got it back quicker than I expected and the communication was excellent. I have never had a more pleasant experience with an auto repair shop. Will definitely be taking my vehicles there in the future.

Been going here for a few years and Derek is trustworthy, reliable, and has competitive prices. He s responsive and realistic, so he helps me determine which repairs are necessary and which parts aren t an emergency. I really appreciate a trustworthy mechanic, and Derek is my guy.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Derek and team at 55 Auto for a number of years now. I am constantly impressed by the exceptional and honest service provided. We were selling our car to a young man today and we needed to have a belt replaced before we gave it to him. I contacted Derrick to see if there was any way he could get us in to take care of it as he knew how important it was, so he was able to make it happen. He also discovered that our brake pads were going bad so he was able replaced them at the same time and still was able to meet our tight deadline. I love their automated estimation software and how you can pay online. 55 Auto has been servicing our cars for several years now and we will never go anywhere else!Service: Auto brake repair

Brought my car here for the first time to get an oil change. Very nice people and weren t pushy or overbearing about the recommendations they had for my car. They texted an estimate that was clear and easy to understand. Very much trusted them!

My wife needed her brakes done and we were new to the area. This shop was highly recommended and I can see why! All work was done and completed within hours and everything was smooth. I want to acknowledge the outstanding work of the entire team. From the first interaction with Derrick, he made me feel comfortable in sending my car over and the same day turnaround was great. This is an amazing mechanic! They were decently priced, really quick, and easy to work with. Great customer service. The ability to text with them and view estimates and pay invoices online is really nice. We've found our new mechanic in Holly Springs!

Super happy with our experience & quality of work!! We took our Hyundai in to get the Turbo looked at, and the entire process from start to finish was wonderful! The team did a very thorough diagnostic on the car before relaying info to me about what is needing to get done and why. They made sure I knew exactly what they found wrong with it and what they need to do to proceed and fix the issue. Once we had the car in for the work, they stayed on top of communicating with me about a few things that came up before it was finished! They sent invoices promptly and made drop-off & pick-up a breeze! We will be returning to this shop for sure!

55 Auto Works got my vehicle right in after my car started leaking fluid. I used the night drop off and they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it W/I i a few hours. I approved the work and paid all via electronic links and picked it up after hours. It made it as easy as possible!! I ll definitely use them in the future.

This is THE best garage in the Holly Springs area. Derek is very knowledgeable and a straight shooter when it comes to telling me what needs to be done to my car. He gave me a very thorough and accurate assessment, and I trust him and his mechanics 100%. Their work is top notch and timely. I would not take my personal vehicle anywhere else. Derek and his mechanics have helped me maintain 3 vehicles since I found them. They've also done all my pre purchase inspections and saved me from costly purchase mistakes. The best thing i can say is the communication is clear and they have never pushed me into unnecessary repairs. These guys are fantastic and have done a great job addressing all repairs and oil services for my 2004 4Runner and 2018 Tahoe. I recently moved to Fuquay Varina and wanted a local shop to look after all my car needs, and so far, they've been the only place I would want to work on my cars. They are very quick and thorough when updating you on car's condition and repairs. They were also very flexible with timing (for picking up and dropping off the car) and communication.The thing that stuck out most to me though was their honesty in the situation. The car that I had them check out was pretty old and needed more repairs than I expected. After describing the repairs they suggested I consider getting rid of the car instead of spending hundreds of dollars on it when more issues would likely come up soon. I've had friends that had really bad experiences with other mechanics trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of them, so this was a nice surprise, even though it was bad news for me.I guess I can't really speak on the quality of repairs since I decided not to have them done, but their communication and customer service is excellent!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Derek does excellent work and has always been responsive to emails and phone calls with requests for service or just general questions. I have taken all of our cars to him for everything from minor maintenance to a head replacement on a V8 that someone else didn't put together correctly. My wife and I broke down 48 miles from Holly Springs on our 710 mile journey on a Sunday. Monday I made many phone calls to the Dodge dealer and local shops to try and fix my van as quickly as possible. Derek s voicemail was very professional and detailed. When I called him back he explained they use quality parts ( I needed an alternator), they were going to change the belt so it wouldn t squeak so no comebacks and they could take it right in. They had it done by lunch Tuesday. Their timing was excellent, they were honest and reliable. I would highly recommend you use their services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I had my VW worked on last week to diagnose and repair bad a/c. Derek was quick with communication and honest with the estimate for repair. I had the car back same day as I dropped off with perfectly cold a/c. I am pleased with services provided and came back today to have a leveling kit installed on my 4runner. This business is amazing! My van had multiple issues and they addressed each one of my needs.
