I had my car a 2 dealerships and another local repair shop all 3 said it was the transmission. Wanted 4 grand+ to install a new one. I knew it was not the transmission, it was something electrical.Took it to Holly Ridge Auto and they figured out it was the alternator. Had it fixed in a few days and saved me thousands of dollars and time.

I called this place to inquire about fixing my car under an extended warranty.He picked my car up, said he would call the next day, and we didn't hear from him for 5 days. My husband then called this place and was told the car had been fixed, the repair wasn't under warranty, and the cost.He never called us to tell us the diagnosis and an estimate, he never called us to give us a chance to shop around, he fixed my car without my consent. Mind you, I told him that my husband hadn't worked on 3 MONTHS and I was only working part time due to health reasons, and if the warranty did not cover the repair, we would NOT be able to have it fixed.He has had my car since the first week of March and refuses to give it back.I feel we were scammed as I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT have authorized him to fix the car without the warranty being used.I am reporting him to the BBB, and filing a complaint with the Attorney General office, and contacting news stations.His actions are unprofessional, fraudulent, and causing unnecessary emotional issues, as I'm about to lose my job.Do not do business with this man.

I needed a repair done at the last minute and completed the same day so I could be safe on a trip out of state with my two children. They were not only fast and accommodating, but very fairly priced and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to support local small business instead of wasting money at larger chain operations. In the case that I need more work done, I will return.

I promise you if you go to this place you WILL regret it. Im mechanically inclined but at the time due to work I didn t have time to work on my truck. The AC motor went out in it and had them replace it. Finally got free time and started working on my own truck again, come to find out the owner or his mechanics had wired the negative connection to the positive and positive connection to the negative, causing the fan motor to not operate correctly. Not to mention all the other OVER PRICED stuff they did. Please do not go here, cant stress that enough!!!!!! I had to learn my lesson the hard way.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Very nice folks down to earth . And reasonable rates. They shuffle / drive me back and forth to where I was staying cause I didn't have a 2nd car big plus.I love the local people in holly ridge

I love this place I'm always welcomed with a smile and Timothy Edens owns this place he is always very friendly and I'm lucky enough to get a hug every so often he's always willing to help whenever I'm in need he's like family definitely appreciate him and everything he does and his mechanic guys that help LOL

Total rip off. They have a yard full of past customers vehicles they overcharged so the ppl wasnt able to get their automobiles. DO NOT GO THERE, NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGE $65 JUST TO LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE TO "DIAGNOS" IT
