Wagner's is my "go to" for all of my automotive needs. The fellas up there are always on top of looking out for their customers, and are on top of communication! Never a question unanswered, and I've never been disappointed with any part of servicing there. When I take a vehicle there, I trust them enough to tell them to just fix whatever it needs. That speaks volumes! Both of my personal vehicles go there.

This is the only place where I will bring my car. The staff is great; they are straightforward and honest. I have always been very satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them. They have been servicing my family's cars for years.

I had a wheel balancing done there, but after one month, the balancing weight fell off while I was driving .. brough car back to have it fixed, and was charged for balancing again. I think I need to try another auto-shop.

Wagner's consistently does good work and is reliable. I have been bringing my family's cars there for years and they are respectful, honest, and communicate issues clearly. Their prices are also pretty reasonable.

Very happy with the service provided at Wagner Tire! The owner is super awesome and very helpful and certainly gave me piece of mind.My van was in need of urgent repairs while my wife was on on a road trip with all of my children (I had to work). She pulled into the shop and they promptly began diagnosing the issue and ordered the parts. Unfortunately the repairs would not be completed until the day after.Essentially stranded, the owner was able to drive my wife and kids to a nearby hotel for the night when she was not able to get a rental vehicle on such short notice. Then, once the repairs were complete, they were able to drop off my van at the hotel so she wouldn't have to grab an Uber.They did good work on my van at a fair, comparable price. I highly recommend Wagner Tire!

My mother and I have been customers for years and after the past 3 experiences, I'm done. When you pay 110 dollars for an alignment, then have to take it back because the wheel is crooked, leave it all day with no apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, then get the car back again and it's perfectly obvious to anyone with any automotive knowledge that they did absolutely nothing to the car. The wheel is still crooked; but I was told the problem was fixed. This isn't the first time something of this nature has happened, but it is the last time I will trust them. Happily taking my business elsewhere. I advise the same until whatever is going on in the shop is figured out. Cheers.

Great service and quality work. Had a similar issue happen twice with the car and they got the repeat taken care of quickly (note, this was not the same issue where it was not done correctly, it was two separate problems). I've found them to be reliable and always communicate updates on how the work is going. Will definitely continue to use them.

We have been taking all of our vehicles to Wagner's since we moved here 10 years ago and could not be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, fairness, and service they provide. Over the years our vehicles of course have had issues, at times expensive issues, but when we compared prices with other service providers and dealerships, Wagner has always come in significantly lower in price. They will also check to see if issues would be covered by warranty before starting any of the work. We would highly recommend Wagner to anyone that has any type of service needs.

Take your business somewhere else. This place is own by father and son, son is the manager of this place who refused to see the damage they did to my rims, scratches, paint chips, chunks taking out. Spoke to the manager twice on the phone he kept refusing to see my car and said that they didn't cover that damage unless they crack the rim. Then my husband spoke to him over the phone as well after several phone calls as they kept hanging up the phone he agreed to see the car but when my husband� got there the two guys that had worked on my car was the ones that saw the car again and one of them had claim to be the� manager which he wasn't and said that they didn't cover that damage. I again called the manager asking how they not gonna cover that after he had seen the damage. The manager responded that� he didn't see the car and explained that the two guys who worked on it was the ones who saw the damage. I again said to him that he as the manager needed to� listen to the customer and that he was the one that needed to see the damage not the same people� who made the damage he again said that they don't cover that, after multiple phone calls between me my husband� and the manager as he kept hanging up on us he finally agree to see the car, when my husband went back the manager came out saw the car for 10 seconds he said to my husband that they don't cover that damage he turn back around that's when my husband ask to speak to the owner he looked back at him and said he was the owner and walked away. Manager was very rude on the phone and in person didn't even apologize for the damage at least!

I was provided a detailed description of all work completed on my car. I was called prior to all necessary repairs letting me know what needed to be done and anticipated cost. I was also alerted to some things that would need to be addressed in the near future, which is especially important since my car is an older model.

I had my vehicle brake down on my way to the coast for vacation. So had it towed to this garage where they proceeded to tell me they could fix it for me within the next week so I could drop my rental back off and be on my way. They called me the day before my return to tell me they couldn t get the parts and it wouldn t be fixed so I canceled all the parts and said I d get it towed home. So after it being towed to a local garage and getting it fixed this garage had taken the new battery from my vehicle and replaced it with an old battery. It may be good for the locals but if you have an out of state license I d steer clear for sure.

Wagner is a business you can trust. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to get my car inspected at other places and they've said a brake light was out just to pad the bill. Wagner has never done that to me. They're top quality people.

We moved here 3 years ago from NY, wagner was highly recommended and to date have never been let down! The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Their fairness in diagnostics, work and pricing is fair and competitive. We recommend Wagner wirhout reservation!

Best experience I ve had at a car-related place! Wagner Tire is extremely reliable and their customer service is exceptional. This is the first time I didn t feel as if I was being ripped off by an auto shop so thank you!

Wagner Tire and Auto are extremely friendly and helpful! I came in with a leak in my tire and they had me patched and ready to go in no time! It also cost me much less than I have paid other places. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The staff is very professional and the mechanics know what they are doing. I had work done at Firestone. Had to take the car back twice. In the end, I ended up going to Wagner's to get the repair done correctly, even through The parts and labor were still under the Firestone warranty. I couldn't afford to take more time from work dealing with car issues.Wagner's diagnosed the problem and showed me how Firestone was careless in installing the new part. It was worth the money having experts fix it right.

Had my exhaust repaired and less than 6 months later it had the same issue as before. I talked to the staff and they said they can't do anything about it and I have to pay for a full repair again without any promises that it will last. Seems like they are unable to do the repair properly. Had my brakes done as well and when I left I got halfway down the road and my tire was wobbling. I pulled over and realized the lug nuts were very loose. Very dangerous! I will now use the other reputable shops in the area. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE SO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY GOING ELSEWHERE!!

Highly recommended. Was going to scrap my 2001 Toyota Echo with 200000+ miles after a seriously botched job by a backyard mechanic, but they saved her. She now rides smooth at 85 in crosswinds on I-40.

Honest, fair and efficient. The amenities including free WiFi and Coffee are nice. The staff are exceedingly polite and will explain anything you want elaborated. Trust is a fragile thing and these people live by the golden rule. Have recommended them to all my friends.

As far as auto repair shops go, they seem very honest and respectable. I try and do some things myself and their diagnostics are always reasonable. They seem understanding that I try and save a buck here and there when the issues are simple. The quotes for their services and parts are pretty dang good tbh. Friendly staff.

Ordered tires on Monday the 28th and said I would be in on the 1st to have them put on. I got there this morning and after waiting around 30 minutes they said "we don't have your tires". I said "didn't you order them?" The girl giggles and said "'No they forgot to order them". Needless to say I took a day off from work to get my tires out on. Wasted a whole day. But went down the road and found somebody that wanted my business (Hillsborough Tire) and gave me a better deal. I guess it's your loss Wagner's. I guess you didn't need my $1000.

They got my car fixed and in and out in one day. Besides the oil change and air filter needing to be done, my car was having issues jolting (shimmy/shifting) on the highway and while accelerating. I knew it would need some fixing. What I liked is that they were able to get the prippr parts and fix the car in one day. They explained what was wrong, with charts and pictures, which was very helpful for someone that doesn't know much about cars and I walked out without paying an arm and a leg for it. I'll be going back for all my car needs.

High Quality work done quickly and at the right price. Exactly what you want from an auto repair shop. Kind,helpful staff and good mechanics who will explain what they did to your vehicle and do what they can to save you money if they have options. I will be going back to them for a while.

Free coffee is nice, but after many years of going there I found out that they are all about charging for work you don't need. The last time I went in 2015 i failed inspection and was told that I would need $550 worth of work to change something that didn't need changing. When I asked my brother (mechanic far away), he said I only needed a $30 part. So I bought it at Autozone and changed it myself. Only after I replaced that part did they give me the inspection pass. Their inspector was barely out of school by the looks of it and for all I know incompetent or in cahoots with the mechanic who makes a percentage of his jobs no doubt. Too many middle men for my blood. Not worth the free coffee. Get a second opinion. YouTube it!!!

I only went in for a state vehicle inspection but their service was prompt. I was given an estimate of 45 minutes but it really only took them about 30 minutes to get to my car and inspect it. My only minor complaint is that it was hot in their waiting room and this is in the dead heat of summer! The employees who work at the front desk must get awfully uncomfortable in there...

Stopped by on my way out of town when my tire sensor came on, but my pressures were good. These guys got me in quickly and found that it was just a bad sensor and sent me on my way. Super friendly and helpful!

Poorest customer service and mangment I ever experienced. I have had company trucks going to Wagner Tire in Hillsborough for years. In the last couple of years customer service and qualtity of workmanship has gone from ok to very bad.On Friday September 22 2017 Wagner tire install two brand new tires defevtive tires. After picking up the truck i found the truck was swaying all over the road. Pn Monday September 24 i went back to thWagnerTire and told them of the swaying of the truck. Brandon Wagner told me he didn't have time that day . He said to come back pn Tuesday Sept 26.i asked Brandon what if there is a problem with the tires? Brandan said he would send the tire back.
