These guys are fantastic! I was moving from Virginia to California and had a horrible oil change in VA the day before. They were able to fix the issue and clean up my engine in no time to get me back on my way. Super friendly and helpful! I would make them my go-to service station if I lived in the area. They didn t ask for a review, I felt the need to go out of my way to submit one.

From an oil change or to a new engine I would trust Carrie and the rest of the team with my car fully! Carrie is so kind and really knows her stuff! I know my car is always in good hands with this team

These folks are honest, they do good work and are reasonably priced. Honestly, they could tell me that my car needs all kinds of repairs and I would believe them but they don't do that. I highly recommend them

While we never enjoy sizeable repair bills for our old car, we couldn't be happier to have found The Service Department to take care of them. The staff is knowledgeable, very communicative, and deliver great results! I only wish I had found them years ago.

This was my first visit, but need a repair on my 2010 Chevy pickup. Carrie worked patiently . with me to find the best value on the parts I needed. They seem to do quality work with timely service. Be sure to call ahead for an appointment, they stay busy so you are assured they will do the work as promised.

Thank goodness for The Service Department. They have kept my 2002 Saturn running extremely smooth for years which is better than the new cars with all their digital instrumentation and loud turbo noise. I have delt with Kari at the Service Dept inHillsborough for years and Iwanted to give them thethanks they have certainlyearned from me. They have always not just gotten my repairs done quickly but they have also been the best in price by far. They have alwayspracticed their business with full transparency on what wasneeded or not needed and theirrecommendations Havealways been on point with theleast cost effective waypossible for me. They really dokeep MY best interest as their top priority. I Just wanted to spread the word that there are still honest businesses out there to deal with. If you have a Ford, amd even if you don t, and you need you need your car or truck serviced, this is THE place to go. From oil changes to full engine rebuilds, tires, alignments, suspension work, transmission work, they can do it ALL. They do it right the first time, all reasonably priced. They are highly trained and have all the expertise to make good things happen for your ride. Best service in the Triangle. Worth the drive even if you re not close by.

I've been taking my Ford to The Service Department for the last couple of years and I'm very happy with their service. I recently got an oil change. I set an appointment and was there a few minutes ahead of time. The staff greeted me and they took my car back right on time. I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area and 20 minutes later they had completed a professional job and I was on my way! That's customer service. I've had large repairs and small and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend The Service Department. *2021 Update - Two cars later. Still great service. Honest, dependable, friendly. Highly recommend! *2023 Update - ditto. Love the staff, the service, and the reasonable prices.

I ve been taking my cars here for a handful of years now and highly recommend coming here. They ve done everything from a simple state inspection to brakes and suspension work and I ve always left happy. The crew at this establishment does thorough and honest work and have installed both OEM and aftermarket parts I ve supplied for my cars with no issues. I have sent a couple friends here to get work done and they have had great experiences as well. In addition, Carrie and Whitney possess a wealth of knowledge and are genuinely helpful and friendly.Services: Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Knowledgable and friendly staff (Carrie is the best). quality and fast service. Fair pricing. I was quoted 436 dollars for the work these folks did for 350, so they saved me 86 dollars. These mechanics are a great choice.

Easy to work with, fair pricing, and just nice people. I've always felt good about the work I've got done here and have been using for several years now. I had recently brought my car to the Service Department and they quickly identified the problem, but also informed me it was actually a recall and said I should visit the dealership to save money.This type of honesty goes a long way when I am trusting people to fix things I have limited knowledge about.

Wonderful staff! They do excellent, timely work at a reasonable price. There can be a bit of a wait for an appointment, but that s a testament to the quality of their work that everyone goes to them. Highly recommended!

I'll complete this review after this 3rd visit is resolved. Long story short..roughly $3,000 in repairs 1st go round, 2nd go round a warranty they offered covered all but around $600 to fix (refix same ussue). 3rd trip...currently still there while they try to identify source of the issue to decide if they will fix or I'll be responsible for another roughly $3,000. Again, all the same problem (all within 12 mos on a 2016 Chevrolet). I am not close to the area, so had very little options other than using these folks and didn't do any research prior. I'll update, in detail, specifics, cost, etc and rate my experience after this last experience.Ok, after this above I would take all my cars here! Absolutely phenomenal

Carrie and company always explain what is happening with our vehicles and when they recommend the service or repair. They have a wide range of services they can perform. Prices are very reasonable. I like supporting a local shop too.

The Service Department has been our wonderful go-to place for 14 years now. Never failed us yet! They treat customers like family (in a good way), are always friendly and pleasant and I trust their honesty completely. They work hard on keeping prices as low as possible, keep you informed on what your options are and they just go the extra mile for their customers. I fully appreciate having somewhere like this to go to in this day and age where we have to worry about scammers!

My brakes were squealing in reverse. Two dealerships said that there was no problem. Just one trip to The Service Department resulted in quiet brakes. I'm really impressed with the demeanor of the staff, and their ability to be problem solvers.

The woman who works at the counter was extremely rude, even though I was very kind and respectful to her. I had questions about my repairs, and she kept rudely interrupting me, saying over and over, "it will all be on the print out." She snapped at me, telling me rudely not to touch someone's keys, though I hadn't laid a finger on them. I set my freshly made coffee on the counter, and she snapped at me, "don't touch that!," referring to some else's keys. I was obviously offended and she just said, "that's his keys, he's here to get his car." It takes forever to her your car on their schedule- at least a week.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Spoke with Pat, the owner, about several complex questions about my car and he was very understanding, he took the time to explain everything, he listened to my concerns and prior issues and repairs I'd had. He was willing to assist in diagnosing before quoting me the highest priced solution and was willing to work with my schedule to get me in. Definitely would recommend!

I have used the Service Department for many years---we moved to North Carolina 10 years ago--and I believe we have used them all those years. The most important thing to me about the Service Department is trust. you can leave your car there for service and it will done competently, quickly and for a just price. you can leave your vehicle there with complete confidence that they will treat you and your car right.A side benefit: the staff is personable and always welcome me with a smile and a warm greeting.

We have used the Service Department for many years and have found them to always be professional, honest and skilled. I would trust The Service Dept with any of our vehicles anytime. I can trust that they will only recommend the service and repairs that are needed and at the best price. I followed a guy that works for this company because he's a friend of the family and I'm glad I did. I received great customer service while I was there from the front desk staff and my car was out of an inspection extremely fast. Plus, that waiting room was not only nicely cool, but so comfortable I about feel asleep on the couch. I've already recommended The Service Department to friends and hope they go.

I've been using The Service Department to service my Ford vehicles for more than a decade now. Everyone's very friendly. They do good work. And the prices are very reasonable. It's an unbeatable combination, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The Service Department is awesome! Took my 2014 Hyundai there for its 52K mile checkup for my warranty, and they already had the list of services I needed. Did a great job, very fast and on time, and the staff is extremely friendly! My fiance goes here and has now permanently converted me.

Had a transmission issue while traveling and was able to get the truck to their shop. I was from out of town. They were quick to determine what the problem was. I needed to get my trailer load down the road and they assisted me on getting a rental truck to pull my trailer and even gave me transportation to pick up the rental. They also made sure I was able to get my trailer hooked up to the rental. Could not have met more friendly folks and they went out of their way to help. I would recommend them to all in that they helped me so much from being out of town, I can only imagine how good they are to the local citizens. Great group.
