Great shop. I miss them now that they are closed on Saturday. It is the only day I can get my inspection done, now I have to go elsewhere near work. They were always busy on Saturday!

Very fast and efficient. I got there right when they opened and literally was done in 6 minutes. No frills, but fast friendly service.

Very fast. And, the only car service place I have been to that was not impregnated in air freshener. They were able to do Durham County inspections too, which another location I went to was unable to.

Older gentleman is professional, friendly, and super quick in and out in a few minutes. He can inspect all electric vehicles as well.

Honestly they are fast and close if you re around Hillsborough area. But the older guy there always in a bad mood he s very mean to us most customers is you re not white . You ll get trated bad ! So sad because I usually take my cars there but getting tired of his attitude

Super quick, simple service with a smile. Got in, got out, and had an excellent experience!Be aware that sometimes, as with any inspection station, the NC state computer system is old and kind of janky, so that can sometimes slow down your experience.

The main older guy is just a plain grump! If you don t like working at your business, go somewhere else. Won t be going back after his attitude towards my wife.

It's always great to find a local place that is quick and efficient when it comes to car inspections. We especially appreciate that this location is open on Saturdays to provide options for people who work through the week with little flexibility in their work schedules.

I'm used to car inspections being a hassle, but thos place made it extremely easy! I was in and out with no appointment in 15 minutes. This will definitely be my go-to place from now on.

Best inspection location I have ever been to! Very fast and the inspector is a kind and personable person. He takes care to not get the car dirty. Will be taking all cars here from now on.

Love this place . Fast and efficient . But lately they have been closing before their posted time. The time that they posted on their building. which is hand written and can change at anytime. But they were closed 3 days in a row when I was trying to get inspected in the evening but they were closed . But other than that they are great fast and efficient.

Always go here for my inspections and it's always a quick in and out visit. He's straight to business to keep the flow moving and not to hold anyone up. Open on Saturdays helps a lot, unlike a lot of the local garages. Stop in for a quick and Quality Auto Inspection.

Wonderful experience. Was being given the runaround with unnecessary repairs, by another place, I googled for inspection locations near our home. Wow, inspections is all they do! Not going to push you for new tires, light bulbs, etc. 10 minutes in and out..$30.00 for my PASSED inspection. Great location. Easy to find. Clean comfortable waiting area with magazines and TV...though you won't be there long enough to finish a show/article.

The staff are really helpful. They will not try and cheat you here. If you are the only one there, the wait isn't long. But with only 2 bays, if you are 3rd, 4th, 5th in line you could have a 30 Min plus stay.

This is the only shop within a 20 mile radius that I could find that would actually do the state inspection. Don't waste your time elsewhere

Was the 3rd car in line and it took an hour. Also got charged $10 for a tinting inspection--I've had this car 8 years and no other place has ever charged me for a tinting inspection. When I asked about it, the tech wouldn't even look me in the eye, and his only explanation was, "We're allowed by law to charge that," while vaguely pointing to 3 pages of fine print taped to the wall. I've had a much better experience at every Jiffy Lube I've ever been to.

Horrible Phone service. i just called to get information about inspections services and was trying to get him about 20 vehicles or more for service but ill take my fleet of truck elsewhere. he said "i have 3 cars here and i need to get to work i should not be on the phone" and then hung up. very rude. suggestion" if you have that much work get a secretary" have a great day.
