I called Monday morning after the other mobile mechanic company your mechanic canceled on me. He was at my house in 10 minutes. He saved the day. Worked hard, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Got the work done and made sure I was happy. He also gave great advice - don t panic. Relax, follow procedure and everything will work out. It did and I will for sure use his service again. Finally getting around to this review, but must do so to highlight this honest mechanic service and how they try to solve your problem and put customer first. My window was stuck in the down position. I called Horus mechanic for help. They quickly responded, asked more information about the problem via text, and politely explained that I could press the window lock button to allow window to be rolled up. LOL! I was so embarrassed, but super appreciated that they could solve the problem without having to physically come and see it! Saved us all a lot of time. I appreciated their honesty and desire to help above any monetary reward.

I was visiting my sister in Mebane, NC when I picked up a bolt in my tire on a Saturday night. Nothing was open until Monday morning (when I needed to leave). I called the number on Sunday morning and got an answer immediately. The mechanic was at my sisters house within an hour and a half and had my tire off, plugged, reinstalled, and re-inflated within 30 minutes. He was super friendly as well. Takes payment with Venmo and Cashapp. I highly recommend his service, especially when you re in a pinch!

I called at 3:30pm on a Sunday when my car wouldn t start. He immediately drove to my home, sharing his location so I would know exactly how long until he arrived. He made a quick diagnosis and waited for me to run up the road to exchange my car battery. He explained the issue with the battery (it wasn t the first time I had this issue, just the first time a jump wouldn t start the battery again) and quickly installed the new one. He had me turn the vehicle on and off so we could be sure there were no issues. Wonderful customer service - so grateful!!!Service: Battery

This guy is a lifesaver, needed some fuel filter swapped out and old diesel drained. Guy did it in under a hour and had me back rolling. Ever in the area he is you guy!!

My car all of a sudden became over heated and the danger light came on. Thankfully, I was able to pull in the hotel parking lot. I contacted the owner and he came out immediately. I provided him the location and he texted me and told me he would be there in 26 minutes. He arrived on time and immediately began checking my car to figure out the problem. He was able to locate the problem, which was a loose hose. He was able to pick up the parts needed and came back. I would say that the total time from which he came to diagnose the problem and fix the problem was about 2 hours. The cost to fix the problem was such much cheaper then if I would have taken it to the dealer. I appreciate that he was available when I called because I was literally in a state of panic. It s no worst feeling then have car issues while your driving.

I had unexpected car issues and Horus mobile mechanic came right to my home diagnosed the problem and fixed it! I was back on the road in no time. I definitely recommend this service because he was very knowledgeable and didn't try to scam me like some of these other mechanics. He is very affordable worth every penny! I had to get my rotors and pads replaced a month and a half after getting him to change them. I took my car to the dealership because my car would not stop rattling. They told me it s definitely something he did and that I would need to get the replaced again. Not only that i had to get a tire replaced because he left a couple nails on the ground. Not only that. I had to beg this man and chase him down just to get him to finish the other set. Which I had to reschedule for later that day because it took him a couple hours to finish the first set.

Mohammed came out to do my brakes. Originally I thought it was the brake pads but turned out to be a brake line. He replaced it & put in brake fluid. Afterwards my brakes still were the same. He explained that he needed to bleed my brakes and would return tomorrow to do so. I paid him in full with the belief that he would return the next day. I also asked if he could replace my front driver side light and that I'd pay him to do that. He agreed. So today I message him 1st thing in the morning asking around what time would he be able to come. Hours later no response. So I called and he answered and said that he would text me when he is available. Hours pass by and I reach out again. He then informs me that he can come now. He shared the GPS location to show that he was on his way. He then asked for cashapp payment for the light job and I informed him that I have cash. Assuming that wouldn't be a problem because he had to come bleed my brakes anyway I didn't see a problem with cash. He then stopped sharing his location with me, sent my calls to voicemail and has not returned any messages inquiring if he was still coming to at least complete the brake job that I had already paid for. I would not recommend using this service. I am a single mom of 2 who just got scammed and is still without a driveable vehicle.Service: Brakes

He did a great job at coming to my apartment and inspecting the vehicle, finding out what the problem was when given little information, and allowed my van to be put back on the road!I'll be using his services again as well as recommending him to my colleagues. Thanks again!!

Very accommodating and adorable. Did what he could do to get the job done. He drove to me to fix my break pads with almost no advance notice. It then turned out I had the wrong part, so he picked up the right part and returned to get it done! Solid and hard-working guy!

Mohammed got to me within a hour of me calling him to replace my alternator on my CTS was friendly and fast had my part replaced within a hour on a Sunday short notice but he got it done

Called them for assistance today, because of a language barrier the guy told me to text them. After almost an hour I messaged again, to which he responded he was researching. Another half an hour rolls in, check in for an update and never heard back from them. Called again, no pick-up or voicemail. I was left stranded.

Total scam! They wanted cash upfront and would not give a business name or insurance info. Don't fall for it!
