My daughter is in school in Chapel Hill. Local Subaru dealer tried to badly rip her off. Faucette s was able to take her car in and give a true and honest opinion. Great service and where we will be going for cars in that area from now on!

Just passing through and my car wouldn't crank. They replaced my starter quickly at a reasonable price and had me on my way. They are honest guys who really bailed me out of a jam!

My engine light came on and I couldn t figure out why! I Googled the nearest automotive shop and went right way. A man came out clean and smiling and I explained my concern. Well, let s find out , he said brightly. He pulled out a diagnostic scanner and explained to me slowly and in great detail what the problem was and how he would handle it, and that I had nothing to worry about! No charge! I try to take care of my old car and you can be sure that I will return to this shop with any problems they handle!

Terrible experience at this place. I just moved to the area a month ago and it was the middle of August. My A/C went out and most of the places I called were booked up. This was the only place with a quick opening, and now I know why they aren't booked out too far in advance. The mechanic saw my out of state license plate and told me to pop the hood. He said I needed a special type of new coolant and it would cost extra. He said he would look at the leak and get back to me, but it could cost around $450 depending on how bad the leak was. I told him to "let me know what he finds." I get a call 5 hours later and he says it is done and ready to pick up. Most mechanics call you to give you a quote and to get approval before work is started, but I didn't get that option. I showed up was was slammed with a bill for over $500. I asked what he did and he showed me the schrader valve that he replaced. He said he replaced the valve ($8 part) and that he topped off the coolant. He claims there were no other leaks along the hoses but I don't know how thoroughly he checked. I thought it was a little fishy so I asked a couple local mechanics about it. They confirmed I was over charged. I was upset because of the lack of transparency and professionalism, the discrimination against someone who was moving from out of state, and the absence of a phone call to confirm needed work and to get approval. Won't be taking any cars there any time soon.Service: A/C installation & repair

Felt like something out of a movie. We broke a belt, limped our truck there, and they helped us get back on the road in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and awesome hospitality. Best service I've had in a long time. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I trust this place like my hometown mechanic. I still go to them when I am home but this place gets my business because I have some knowledge of cars thankfully and friends who also know cars. When I went I had a rough idea of what the issue was with my car and he told me I was doing everything right for the timing of when I was doing my daily coolant refills as I had a coolant leak from the water outlet. It was not the best thing but in I refused to use stop leak and ruin my radiator especially since it wpuld cost more in the long run and I refused to use water since it could freeze in the winter. It just did not seem smart. He gave me a fair price but was unable to fix it that day as Fridays they are only open half days. And I needed it fixed badly it did not need 1 more week this way and he agreed I should not even drive it more that day so he suggested a shop up the road which pained him but was still awesomr and they worked me in and though it was a bit more and by a bit i mean they definitely bit me in th tail, for labor, he could have just had me wait and come back the next week since I traveled all the way to another town and knew no one. I told him from then on he would become my go to shop when Im on town to schedule service and I will send work his way. Believe me when you come from larger cities where everyone is out to get paid and forgets quality will speak for itself and keep you drowned in business it can get hard to find gems like this.

Great pricing and solid service. Nowhere to wait while work gets done, so we usually drop off the car and come back later. They're very flexible.
