Gianncarlo Morterrosa is the best. We were on vacation, had a problem with our trailer lights (on the Wednesday of Thanksgiving week). after calls to several closer dealerships, he got us in. Literally the afternoon before a long weekend. He was very friendly, gave us recommendations of lunch places while we waited. I must also say that this is a new vehicle, less than 6 months. Gianncarlo was a great face for this dealership!!
