I've been taking my Honda Element there for 10 years now for just about any kind of repair or replacement that a 250,000 mile car would need. These guys are amazing, when diagnosing a problem they do not give up and they genuinely want your car to be running as optimal as can be. Cheers

Updated post 8/31/21: If you live in or near Hillsborough, this is the place to go to get your car repaired, inspected or tires. These guys are honest and deliver quality workmanship at reasonable prices!! I will Not take my car anywhere else!! No appointment necessary, just walk in!! Also everyone had masks and you can walk over to Bojangles for a biscuit and coffee while you wait.Old post : I Walked in with a tire going flat. They fixed it a few hours later. they also checked all of the other tires. Very nice.

I took my car to Braxton Tires to fix a flat tire. The next morning the tire was flat again. I called them to take responsibility for the bad job they had done. I was told that they could not do anything about it. They could have at least apologized, but they didn t and said that I could have hit something on the road. What a lack of honesty.

Not one but four tire punctures in one year between two cars. I'll keep bringing it back to Braxton Tire. They always seem incredibly busy, and yet get my car in and out incredibly fast.Service: TiresService: Tires

Been going here for over 20 years. They are great people. I've taken my car other places on road trips and they've given me all types of things I need to have done. When I get back I take my car to Braxton Tire and they say it was all BS. That's what I really value. They could rip me off and do the recommendations but they don't. Their honest good people. Anyone that asks me where to take their car I always tell them Braxton Tire.

Blew a tire on the interstate and went here - they were extremely helpful, patient and fair and got my tire fixed as soon as possible. Brian at the front desk was very kind to help me find what I needed and Brandon in the shop got my tire on with quality and efficiencyService: TiresService: Tires

This is a great company. We have multiple vans/trucks that get serviced here, including our personal cars. Price is always fair, and we never have to bring them back due to misdiagnosis or workmanship issues. But if you want a real review, go look at their parking lot any day of the week.. it's always full and then some.

I went to them for 6 years until we moved recently from Hillsborough. Now that they are no longer open on Saturday, and I don't live down the street, I've had to go elsewhere. I'm hoping that the new place (a dealer for a car I inherited) will be ok, but I don't expect it will be anywhere near as wonderful. I had alot of stuff done over the years to my Nissan (don't ever buy one, but that's another review), except they unfortunately don't bodywork. They knew I didn't have alot of money and always went over every option for me. They are honest and polite. Brought my own oil and filters, didn't have time to change it myself. Some auto places will still charge for oil and filter even if you bring your own. Good shop rates, realistic time estimations. Much appreciated.

Braxton does a great job with our family's cars. Fair pricing, and friendly folks. They are helpful when making repair recommendations without being pushy, which I really appreciate. We have never had any issues with their service, and I feel that their shop is operated with integrity and honesty.

We have been using Braxton s for over 20 years. Regardless of the type of car (or truck) we owned at the time, they were able to take care of us. From simple oil changes to more complex issues, Braxton Tire is our go-to car repair shop. I just want to share my experiences over the last year. We moved here from the Midwest so we really had no place to depend on anymore. Normally I always take my car to the dealer....and I mean for everything! But I had a very bad experience with Southpoint and when they tried to weasel a grand out of me I was upset and just knew deep in my gut that I needed a second opinion. I came to Braxton tire and they very easily could have told me the same thing but they truly were honest and were able to patch my tire. I was so relieved and I thought these guys really are honest. Today when I woke up I noticed another nail in my tire and I arrived at 7:30am. The place was already packed but by 8am they had looked at my vehicle and once again it didn t need a replacement and they charged me nothing. I truly can say that these guys are so amazing and just out right honest. I will always bring my car here, they have earned my business for a lifetime. Thanks again!

The Team at Braxton Tire Co. is professional, highly skilled, and honest. My SUV had a malfunction during my road trip and could no longer be operated safely. Luckily, this happened near Hillsboro and I brought it to Braxton the next morning. They are the best in the Piedmont! I got my car looked at before driving out to CA because my family told me they are the only mechanics you can trust. If you live anywhere near Braxton, just do yourself a favor and go there!

The guys at Braxtons are top notch. We get all of our companys vehicles and personal vehicles done here. Great prices, friendly and trusting staff and get you complete in a timely manner. Give them a shot!

Very impressed with the service and people here! I came in asking for new tires and a battery with a couple extra things needed done. Being a female, I always expect to get hassled for car places to do extra unnecessary work done on my car. To my surprise, they told me I had 10000 miles left on my tires and I did not need a new battery. They could have easily gotten over on me, but they are good honest people just doing the best they can to help you go the furthest. I have been bringing vehicles to Braxton for several years and have always had quality service. I ve had them do everything from oil changes to installing a trailer brake controller on my truck. Never had to bring the car back for an incomplete repair or lingering issue. Definitely recommend them for service. Best part is they don t up sell on service or repairs that are not needed. I love Braxton! I have been coming here for years. They always take extra time to explain any issues and options to me, and they take good care of my car quickly. I have had good luck getting in and out fast by going first thing in the morning when I am not in a position to just drop off my vehicle.

A wonderful long time family business. Personal friendly service (not like big chains). Competitive prices (better than big chains). You get the feeling they're looking out for your best interests. Glad we found them (thanks to a referral from Swedish imports).

They were able to order the tires I wanted. Fortunately they were delivered next day. They called me when they were in house and said I could come in to get them mounted. They were quickly considering how busy they were. They did a good job. The wheels looked clean and the valve caps were reinstalled. Overall I would come back.

Quick service! This has been my go-to shop for auto repairs for 15 years. I've been treated well, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years they have serviced both foreign and domestic cars for me.Oil changes and inspections are reasonably priced, and they do lifetime free rotation on all tires bought from their shop.

Everyone was pleasant and efficient - a marvelous combination! They ordered the tires I wanted and had them ready for my appointment. They informed me my brakes needed work - which I knew - and quoted a much lower price than I had received elsewhere. They then did my NC inspection as well - and still had it all done according to schedule. Their followup has been professional and helpful.
