I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. One of the few places around that will actually work on Minis and their work is top-notch! The service is excellent, they will tell you what's really going on and get it fixed for a reasonable price. They try to be flexible and adjust to your needs based on your time frame and how soon you need your vehicle back. I've had the tremendous amount of work done here on my Mini Cooper S and both the cost and their ability to get the work done quickly and correctly has exceeded any expectation. Anybody who complains about costs don't understand the vehicles they are having worked on... Mini's, BMWs, and Mercedes are always much more expensive to maintain... if they don't understand that, then they should have bought something else.

I was charged twice as much as it should have been. I researched the repairs that was performed on my vehicle. I had struts and shocks replaced and an oil change I was charged $1800. I couldn't believe it and he even said he gave me $100 off on the parts. I'm a women and was screwed over. What goes around comes around. I will never go back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Honestly the best bunch of guys in the foreign car maintenance business. I wouldn't even be the owner of a BMW if Perry Keller wasn't in this profession. Always accommodating and helpful, these guys are sharp and know what they are doing. I'm thankful because the peace of mind I have when I need their assistance for my car.

Bess Auto has been my go to Mercedes authorized mechanics for years for my Mercedes 550 and E320. They handle extended warranties and not quite as much as the dealership.. although the dealership is quicker. I would definitely recommend them but don t be in any hurry because they stay covered up.

Perry and his team are more like a family business non corporate with a ability to make you feel comfortable while having fun , great experience with them that helped me with issue on a BMW 5 series headlight which in return made my customer who I sold the vehicle very happy.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My wife s Mercedes s battery died months ago, and all the windows stopped going up. I had one that was down a couple of inches and would not come up. I was going to fix it myself because the other auto service companies quoted me $300 a window. After a few months, I decide to go ahead with Bess Automotive to fix the one window in the back and the driver side too. When I called him back to check on the car, they had fixed 3 windows by reseting them, and replaced the one. Plus added transmission fluid and charged my AC. All for just over $300. I would high recommend them for any German car.

I called in and talked to Perry. He was recommended by a friend that had sent in his BMW. Bess sent me to Conley Motor Sports instead cuz they don't work on VWs. I wish I had talked to this folks earlier....mighta save $388 I spent with some jerks in Marion that overcharged me, lied about it and didn't even fix it right.

Top Service in the area for Mercedes and BMW. Knowledgeable and quickly find problems and explain necessary work required. Prices are very reasonable.

To the truth seeker,I gave one star due to minimum requirement of app.I've thought long and hard about this review before deciding to release my transpired chronological events on 9-7-17. Coming from an honest person, this the right thing to do regarding purposeful reviews.....After I trusted the posted written reviews, company website 'about us' writeup and Mercedes Benz of Charlotte parts guy recommendation/suggestion......I had power steering pump replaced and brake booster at Bess Automotive on my 1999 ML430. Workmanship to my addressed pump and booster repair seems ok at this time BUT, they broke my radiator and tried to cover it up, blamed that the car is old, then costed out the radiator replacement and repair to me (at a discounted rate).After arguing in person during my vehicle pickup (telling me of my personal character issues while I said leak occurred AFTER other repairs), then I called back by phone (after I found the makeshift repair/leak and fresh glue), he said no hard feelings, then apologised and said "I've thought about this and I don't want bad publicity, I'll fix for free, just get it back to me".Folks, I worked Law Enforcement for nearly 10 years, I'm not accepting his offer as my integrity (not pride) is of utmost unwaivering stature.....I am a lover of truth, not deception.I plan not to visit again nor trust after this occurrence. I really wanted to hope I had found a trustworthy mechanic. I have a 1 strike rule, not to be burned twice (has happend too many times with other people)! I will repair it myself, at my ADDED unexpected cost, for something that was working with no leaks before taken in for other repairs.signed,Integrity Rules and everything else pays.
