My husband and I recently bought new tires and needed someone to change all four wheels on short notice. As it turns out most auto shops in this area only change tires if they were purchased at said business! Luckily, for me, Kyle & his team were available and ready to help me. Fair pricing, great service, nice people.

I was visiting Highlands when a tire on my Mercedes was low on air suggesting a puncture. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He repaired the tire while I waited and knew how to reset the Mercedes info center. I was at his mercy with no other options within miles and he was great. Thanks. JDWService: TiresService: Tires

I called Rhodes earlier this week with a short list of repairs. I dropped it off this morning and a few hours later everything was exactly as it should be. I m always really nervous about car repairs and the invoices but both guys at the shop were really matter of fact, asked me what I wanted to spend on certain parts and had everything done in time.I am really happy with their service and I would absolutely take my car there again.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My family and I were in Highlands on vacation when we discovered a grinding noise coming from the front of my truck. I called Rhodes and set up an appointment to have it fixed. When I brought my truck in, they gave me a ride back to town, and promptly got started on my truck. They discovered a wheel bearing that needed to be replaced and replaced the brakes for me. They were very fair in their pricing and came to get me when my truck was ready to be picked up. I could not have asked for better customer service. I would definitely recommend them if you need your car fixed in Highlands. I wish there were more stars to give.Service: Brakes

If you are ever stranded eight hours from home at the top of a mountain with an overheated engine I hope there is a person like Kyle at Rhodes Automotive there. He and his shop were professional, reassuring, and delivered what they promised. After getting a hard to locate part and completing a difficult replacement job, they had me safely back on the road on my scheduled departure date. Wish I could give 10 stars!

1989 Lincoln Town Car My insurance provider had someone come and jump start the car. The person felt that it was the battery: "it is dead". After I had the car run for a while, I drove it to Rhodes Auto Care. They knew how to diagnose the electrical system and resolve why the car suddenly would not start when it had been starting just fine.The issue was with the wiring that went to the positive battery terminal, not the battery that had a clean bill of health at 94% after being checked along with the alternator. Both the battery and alternator were replaced earlier this year by the prior owner. New terminals were put in today, wiring was cleaned and properly connected to the new terminals, terminals sprayed with special anti corrosive spray. The car starts instantly. Rhodes Auto Care has people who know what they are doing.

We took our 2005 Jaguar to Rhodes on a tip from the Cashier's NAPA store clerk. It had a terrible shake in the front end and a problems with the brakes. Many possibilities we're discussed from tie rods to warped rotors. Frightening with the cost of Jaguar parts. In the end they discovered a bubble on a front tire and brake lines that needed to be bled. Total cost $105.00. They could have charged us thousands!. Nice to see there are still some honest people still out there. The only reason I give them 5 Stars is because I can't give them 6. John Henderson...Fort Walton Beach Florida/ Sapphire Valley N.C.

Recommended by gas station in town - Lost wiper blade near time to leave town (next morning) - they didn't have one for my car so kind man working there took blade off his own truck, installed on my car so I could drive back to Kentucky in the rain -- Such a wonderful thing to do - Warmed my heartService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
