Buying my new 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Vann York was an easy and a hassle free experience. Mr. Bryant Tate was the salesman who assisted me through this process. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me. He took the time to show my the new features on my SUV as well as reassured me during the test drive. His professionalism was superior. Truly Vann York builds relationships that last. Thanks Mr. Bryant Tate. You're the best.

I am a proud owner of a 2017 Cadillac CT6. I actually traded in my 2018 Cadillac XTS. I loved my XTS and have had several Cadillac sedans over the years. I simply always wanted a CT6 AWD and couldn't believe one became available online at Vann York Cadillac.The management staff was excellent. Joe English, Bryan Lawlor, Zack Frame and Grant Anderson did a remarkable job meeting and surpassing my expectations.My sales rep Tyrone Reese did an excellent job explaining the differences between my 2018 and this 2017.The F&I manager, Kenny Hawkins had my paperwork ready promptly.I highly recommend this store, and it's team.

I purchased my brand new 2020 CT5 from Mr Tyrone Rease at Vann York in High Point, and let me tell you my complete experience was nothing short of Awesome. When I arrived to pick up my car, Tyrone had placed a huge red bow on the hood and had it looking spotless!! I took a few pics before we went and did some paperwork. After that Tyrone did a complete delivery showing me all the bells, whistles and functions of my new ride. He was so patient with me and i really appreciated that. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with everything.I love my new car and loved my purchasing experience just as much!! Thank you Kenny Hawkins for the finance work you put forth in helping me get approved. I am a returning customer for the 4th time and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE who's interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle to check out the staff at Vann York GMC of High Point!!

The service from start to finish was great. They followed up on every step and every inquiry like true professionals. I don't like sitting in the dealership for hours negotiating and getting financing in order, so I didn't. We started our process online and Grant was great with communication. We came to terms and we spent less than two hours at the dealership, including a test drive. Hands down the best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. If you are in the market for a new car or truck, give Grant and the team at Venn York a chance to earn your business.

We have purchased several cars from Tyrone Reese at Vann York Buick, Chevrolet, GMAC in High Point, NC over the years. I just recently as of this past Friday purchased another car from Tyrone. As usual he was very courteous and professional and got me a great deal. I have always enjoyed working with him which is why I call him every time I plan to trade or purchase a new vehicle. I would recommend Tyrone to anyone who is wanting a professional to help them with a car and who will treat them fairly. The dealership is very professional as well and is always very helpful. Definitely a world class experience at this dealership. My salesman Tyrone did a fantastic job getting me into the vehicle I wanted. The staff was very accommodating, and gather the information on what I was looking for, and found the right vehicle at the right price for me. I couldn't ask for a better experience, would recommend this dealership and Tyrone to anyone looking to get a great deal on a new vehicle.

We started out a little rocky with our experience, but we ended up pleased as we rolled out with a 2019 Chevy Blazer with beautiful black rims. Grant Anderson was wonderful the entire time and was very patient. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen with our trade. My mom, wife, and I were very pleased with our experience. This was my second trade with Vann York in two years.

Purchasing my new Tahoe from Vann York GM was very easy. BJ was extremely easy going and everyone was willing to work with me regarding the overall price. I did not feel pushed to make a decision on the spot. I felt very welcomed at the dealership and enjoyed my new car buying experience from Vann York!! Very satisfied!!!

Went to get my radio unlocked that was replaced. They weren t able to do it and in the description they gave said due to it saying theft lock activated they can t do it, and to have it removed so they can reprogram it. The vin from the replacement radio needed to be removed and the vin for the vehicle needed to be added. You would think them being a Cadillac dealership they would have the tools to do it but they don t. I was able to buy my own scanner for less then what they charged me and reprogram it in literally less than a minute, while it took them over a hour to not be able to do it. It was a waste of time and money. Don t do business here.

Best experience ever!! David French and Chris Kelley were excellent to work with. We live almost 2 hours away. I found the vehicle on Autotrader and contacted the dealership. Everything was handled over the phone prior to us traveling to the dealership to pick up our truck. Couldn t ask for a better experience. Great people to work with. Professional and care about their customers experience. Recommend to everyone.

Everyone at Van York were courteous, prompt, and fair. Also, the dealer helped us get the best car for the most reasonable rates and did not send us home with what they wanted us to have...we were able to leave with the year and make of our choice. I recommend this to anyone who is serious about purchasing a vehicle.

I had such an amazing experience at Van York Cadillac! Just recently picked up my 2020 Camaro after searching all over the southeast for a specific color. Once I found out Vann York had it.. I immediately began the process over the phone. I spoke with Mark, Zack and Kenny and they were all VERY nice and helpful. We made an appointment for me to come in that Friday to pick up the car. I drove an hour from Charlotte and once I got there, Kenny greeted me at the door. I immediately looked over at the car and was amazed at how gorgeous it was!!!! I mean beautiful! We signed the paperwork after test driving it, he handed me the keys and it was official, I m the new owner of a brand new CHEVY! This was such a great, quick and easy process, and of course got a great deal on the car. I couldn t be more happier!!! Thank you Vann York!!! :)Alia

Great experience with Salesman Luis Prado for his knowledge of the truck I was purchasing and answering all the questions we had. He was always available to help before and after the sale. He spent a lot of time going over all the details and features and helping to activate the services that come with the truck. Chris Kelley was awesome in making the purchase happen too. Highly recommend Van York Cadillac.

We have purchased 3 GM cars thru Tyrone over the last 10 months. He has been knowledgeable and professional with every purchase. He has been honest and willing to work with us not only during the sale, but in all subsequent encounters that followed. He also reached out to family that was in an unfortunate accident and passed along his best wishes for a speedy recovery. If you need a GM product, check with Tyrone first. You won't be disappointed.

We purchased a new CT5 from Vann York Cadillac and thanks to a very kind and professional salesman, Mr. David French everything went great. Mr French answered all our questions and worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Mr French should they be looking for a new vehicle. We were in and out for the whole process in 2 hours and that was great for us!

Had a great buying experience with Sales Rep Mark Edwards and Sales Manager , Zach Frame, at Van York GMC on a Eastchester Drive in High Point. We were given a fair value for the trade of our Audi Q7 toward a fair price for a new 2019 Yukon Denali. They were efficient and accommodating. No hassles. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you find yourself in the market!

Larry Davis was awesome! We pulled in with our Big RV and toad. He was happy to move a truck so we could pull through. He brought us the Canyon we found online and we loved it!!!He got us their best price and we went for it! I searched SC and NC for this Canyon SLT in this brownish color! So excited to pick it up on Friday! Larry even promised to send us free tickets to next years Wyndham Golf Championship! Thanks for your help, Larry!

Our experience at Vann York was superb. We searched over four states for the vehicle we wanted and drove from Virginia to North Carolina to make our purchase. Bryant Tate was our Cadillac expert/salesman and he went above and beyond our expectations and made it worth our 3 hour drive. His knowledge and attention to detail was impressive along with his personable manner. If you are in the market for a Cadillac, we highly recommend working with Bryant Tate at Vann York in High Point, NC.

We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from vann York. My go to man has always been Kenny Hawkins because he went way above and beyond to get me my 2016 chevy Colorado, when other dealerships said the red rock color couldn't be found. I have the red rock Colorado with the package I wanted, and love it. So when it came time to buy my wife a car, I called Kenny. He was promoted to financing, so he put me with a hand picked salesman, and we got the chevy spark. We outgrew the spark and my wife needed something bigger..so I call on kenny again, and he sent us to Tyrone. We got excellent service with Tyrone, and brought home a 2019 chevy trax. She was so happy, but it was short lived as when we took the trax home with 35 miles on it, we noticed a rubbing sound when we made sharp turns. I called Tyrone and he went right to work to make this right. The trax had problems with the awd clutches releasing. We didn't want a car with problems starting out, so Tyrone and Kenny rallied the troops, searched for an identical car to no avail...we brought home a 2020 Buick encore, for the same price and payment as the trax. My wife is happy, I am happy, Tyrone and the staff at Vann York believe in customer service, doing the right thing, and staying after hours to make a customer happy. Tyrone is so easy to work with, he is very efficient and doesnt give you the dreaded extended car buying experience. He truly cares and respects the customers wants and needs...and their time. If you are looking for a great salesman, give Tyrone a try. He won't disappoint you! Vann York wants and will work to get and keep your business!! We also had the pleasure to meet a salesman named Luis, he made a point to connect with us while we were stressed about what was happening while our trax was out of commission, engaged us with very caring and understanding conversation while things were being worked out. Super nice, kind man. Wanted to include him, as he is such a kind man, and the time we spent with him was perfect to help defuse a bad situation.

I had an awesome experience in buying my 2019 XT4 Cadillac at Van York in High Point, North Carolina. The salesperson Luis Prado was excellent throughout the entire process, they took my trade in and made my purchase a pleasant adventure. I would recommend them and this salesperson to anyone. Mr.Tyrone Rease provided great customer service with the purchase of my 2020 Chevy Trax. Bryant Tate did a nice job before and after the sale was consummated. It was fairly complicated as we live in another state and Vann York had the exact car we wanted, so shipping was involved. Very nice experience, everyone we dealt with was professional and took the time do deal with us in a professional fashion.

We recently purchased a Chevrolet Silverado. The sales representative that we worked with to make the purchase was Mr. Mark Edwards. The experience thanks to Mark was a good one. He was professional and low key, but quiet knowledgeable. We found him to be helpful and we did not feel pressured to make the purchase. If the opportunity arises we will definitely recommend that our friends see Mark should they need to purchase a vehicle.

Had a great experience working with David French when I bought my 2018 GMC from Vann York. He answered all my questions and then some and made my buying experience rather enjoyable. I had went to several other GMC dealers in the area and none of them came anywhere close to having the same welcoming environment and friendly staff. I will definitely be back the next time I need a new truck.
