These guys turned around an otherwise terrible day for me. I had a tire go bad on me and was mentally prepared to pay $200+ and wait 2 hours at a big name service shop. They got me in and out of their shop in less than 30 minutes with a great used tire for a phenomenal price. No frills about it and very honest gentlemen who deserve all the recognition and respect they gave me. This is the fastest I ve ever run to google to leave a review.Service: Tires

Owner and team are very nice. He explains things upfront. They sell new and used tires. He's my go to guy. They will also balance your tires, but don't offer alignments.

The owner is a excellent example of what customer service is all about. Instant communication with a great enthusiastic attitude to get your issue resolved quickly and at a fair price. I love this place, no fancy ads or flashy signs to lure you in, the service screams volumes over the competition.

I very been a loyal customer of Triad Tire for over 10 years and 6 vehicles! Great tire service and general repairs. Honest estimates. Easy to get flat fixed or car inspected

Honest guys!!! This is a mom & pop type of place in a good way. I moved here from out of state 8 years ago and was so happy when I found Triad Tire and Auto because I knew if I had any issues I could bring it to Mo and his guys and they will tell me the truth. Many times I brought my vehicle to them when others said I needed work and usually he would tell me I didn't need most of it but what was needed he would do for less. I highly recommend this shop!

I have gone to Triad Auto for several years now and have never been disappointed. They are always super nice, professional, and timely. They offer great prices on used tires and give honest advise on future car repair needs.

Awesome place. I have done business with this establishment for years and Mo has always been more than accommodating and more than fair on pricing. Charlie is a very knowledgeable mechanic and I feel very comfortable leaving my cars with them. Highly recommend!!!!

Great group of mechanics and excellent owner. Came in at 8:30 left at 9:00. Unbeatable prices and super honest guys. This place is 30 minutes from my house but I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I've been going to these guys for seven years. They're always helpful and never hassle me.When I was nineteen my car needed a repair that the mechanic on N.Main street said I needed but it was going to be $1200 (Aprox). After inspecting the damage Moe told me to not put anymore money into it because I would be better off buying a used one. How honest.If they can't do it then they always refer me to a local shop that can.

They took me in right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They diagnosed the problems with two of my tires, repaired one and replaced the other at an extremely reasonable rate. I would definitely go there again.

Honestly one of the best experiences I ve had changing tires and getting an inspection done . They are fairly cheap too! I was also shocked at how polite they were to me . Will definitely be returning here in the future . Thanks!!

I am what one calls "Car Dumb". I went in knowing I needed to replace my left front tire. It had a crack in it and a slow leak plainly obvious. When these men were done, I casually asked is my front right tire OK? I truly expected to hear YES it is, just to make an extra sale. But they did not, I am on a very fixed monthly budget. I just want to say that I HIGHLY respect and appreciate their honesty. I visited on Saturday 3/28/15.

Beware! I called and asked them how much to mount a used tire for a spare, gave them the tire size, and verified that he said TWENTY dollars twice. I got there and they mounted the tire, then told me $30.00. I explained that I had been told $20.00 on the phone and he got very nasty about it, but there wasn't much I could do at that point since I was in a bind and needed the tire. Don't let them take advantage of you like this! Go somewhere else.

I only put 1 star because it was required to write a review. Doesn't even deserve one star. I'm guessing the owner wasn't here today. The two guys that ARE here have done nothing but argue. AND he broke not one but THREE lug nuts! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER HAVE ANYONE COME HERE!

This is by far the best place to get used tires from! Their used tires are cheaper then other places I found in High Point and Greensboro. And if that wasnt enough, they put a 7 day warrenty on their uses tires. I have NEVER found a place that does that with a used tire.

Owner went above and beyond to get me squared away today! He found me tires, went and got them, mounted and balanced, did inspection all in under an hour!!! Will def be going back!
