Amazing service from Holden and the guys there. From the initial phone call which was answered professionally and promptly to my experience waiting for my vehicle and watching other interactions, these guys do a great job: quick, efficient, well-informed and fairly priced. I highly recommend the Tire Max at 619 McDonald crt in High Point NC. They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, honest and dependable, very fair prices and they return your vehicle in a timely and clean manner. The facility is very clean and organized inside and out, no oily floors you have to walk on or junk to walk around. There's no junked cars or parts laying around outside. I came in with no appointment and my car was taken in immediately, everyone here was so helpful and prompt. They spoke to me respectfully even though I am a woman who came in for services alone, which is not always the case. I came in this time with a work vehicle, but I appreciated Justin and Holdens help so much that I will be back with my personal vehicle in the coming weeks. Thanks so much againService: Tires

Great customer service, so much faster service than other places I've dealt with in the area. Worked with me to get the beat deal possible. Best care plan on tires anywhere for no additional cost. I had asked for an alignment as well but after they checked it they determined it wasn't necessary and didn't charge me when anywhere else would have. I'd go higher than 5 stars if I could

Got a flat tire almost quite literally across the street from this place. I threw on my donut and got it across the street to Tire Max and told them what happened. They took my car right away and promptly plugged the hole and put the spare back nice and neat. When I went to pay, the manager said don't worry about it and shook my hand. Needless to say I grabbed some cash to tip the tech and I'll be coming back here in the future. The whole ordeal from popping the tire to shaking his hand took maybe an hour. It's good to know places like this still exist.

My air conditioner is fixed!Everything went smoothly with the exception of some issues with CarShield. Other than that, nothing but mad props over here. I have 2016 town and country. Check your oil before you leave. Went oil change and old filter and 2 quarts overfill owner said bring it back forget that they can t do oil change Kim not going to trust them ever again.

Just had a GREAT experience with Holden and Tire Max. Our daughter is in college in HP and get a nail in her tire. Called Tire Max and they said come on in. They took her care, patched her tire and no charge. This company understands great customer service. We will use them and sing their praises whenever we can!

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change/basic maintenance. I had selected this location as I wanted to find long-term service for my vehicle and the reviews were fantastic for this company. They lived up to the hype! I had scheduled an appointment; no wait, staff were very friendly, and the process was efficient. They didn't try to oversell me on anything which is a big plus for me. I found these guys a year or so ago and since then I refuse to take any of my cars anywhere else. I am always treated with respect and as a valued customer. The work is always top notch and the customer service always leaves me with a smile. I will recommend these guys to everyone anytime I am asked. Hands down the best mechanic shop I have ever had experience with, even when I brought them my lowered STI! I am very thankful I found this shop and will never go anywhere else.

Justin is the man. I had a flat and no time to wait for it he took my name number and keys called me in less than an hour to let me know it was ready all while having bays full and like 4 people in the lobby.Customer service is on point. I feel the pricing compared to a firestone or a national tire and battery is great.

This place is the best. I use these guys for every automotive issue, no matter how small. When I first took my car there, I was hearing a dull knocking coming from the passenger-side wheel well.I had taken my car to many repair shops--and two Kia dealerships for nearly two years. None were able to fix it. I'd had several "repairs" done, from a new strut and strut tower to a simple strut bolt tightening, but over time, the knocking returned.As a frustrated last resort, I was driving down Greensboro Road passed Tire Max, so I gave them a shot. I told them what my issue was. They told me what the culprit might be (the lower control arm) but couldn't be sure without a diagnostic.Fine. I left my car, and the next morning, I got a call confirming their suspicion. I gave the Tire Max rep permission to begin repairs, and they got right to it: my car was ready by 1:00 pm. I haven't had any issues with it in over a year. They even saved me some money by giving me a discount on the diagnostic and some of the labor.No one touches my car but Tire Max. They are very professional and honest and their rates are very wallet-friendly.Last week, I took my car in for an inspection and they treated me with all the courtesy and professionalism they would if I were having a major repair. Was looking for a smaller and local shop to service my car.Scheduled a service but I messed up times and showed up late - they were still able to help and service my car right away. They were very fast and took the extra time to explain what needs to be serviced in the future and why, prioritized the list, and gave me a cost estimate of labor and parts. Justin and this shop are amazing! I called them in a pinch and they offered me a next day appointment as well as offered a temporary fix in the moment to hold my tire over. My tire was leaking air from a temporary plug. The next day, I come the appointment and in minutes they told me the problem! They willing pulled me in as a new customer and got me and my car together within the hour of my lunch break. Along with that, Justin is kind and thoughtful! I can t say enough how grateful I am that Justin picked up the phone!

My car would not start. I had ignition problems. I called several companies. All of them told me it would be 1 week before they could get me in. I called you guys. The appointment was set for the next day. I brought my car at 1:30 pm. My car was fixed at 4:50pm. I did not mention the great hospitality also. I am very satisfied with the service, inspection was quick, and they were able to open my hood...will be back .
