Was done quickly. The young men were very nice. Definitely going again. **EDIT** They have done another fabulous job at keeping my Miss Daisy running smoothly. A great bunch of people.

I love Take 5! The manager Amy and the whole team with her was awesome and treated me like I was the only person there honestly, but it was just the hospitality given to all customers. They asked me if I wanted a water and they also cleaned my air filters and got the leaves out. Take 5 is the only place that I ll go to get a fast, friendly, clean and amazing service for my vehicle.

I didn t wait long to be seen. Dorian the assistant manager there that day, did a great job delegating task to coworkers and still provided great customer service to all the patrons. I had no idea they provided discounts to GCS employees. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back.

Take 5 always do a great job. To me the staff are cool. Even though they were short staffed they still made effort to make sure I was okay. I just told them politely,"I understand and ya'll are doing the best and all you can. If people can't understand the situation,go elsewhere." It made their day and I even suggested keeping the speaker box and music going. It can help change the atmosphere.

Everyone is always great! My cousin actually took my car for me and came in telling me to do the survey because they were all great! She has asked every day to make sure I took the survey so they get the praise they deserve.

I've been to take 5 several times there's usually a coupon involved because it's quite expensive, but the service is usually a lot fasterthan my experience today. I'm seeing 4 to 5 people on one car. But yet somehow I'm still waiting 20 plus minutes to get my car worked on. Now, if I was at a regular dealership, that wouldn't be a problem, because I expect to be waiting long there, but it's take 5. It's supposed to be quick and so I just don't understand how multiple times I look up and I'm like y'all standing there looking at what? What's going on? My point is, we come here to get a quick oil change. Change the name from take 5 to take 20 or take 30. Because you no longer do it in the time in which you state your capable of doing it. And the coupons are becoming scarce, and in smaller amounts.

Great experience. I don t typically leave reviews however the team worked very well together, very friendly, & extremely efficient and professional. Jacob did my service and he did an excellent job. Amy was in the pit & I observed her working very hard and efficiently helping the entire team. All around Great team. Rarely can you leave from getting your oil changed with a smile on your face bc you actually had fun, laughed, & enjoyed that time which is something not normally exciting

Derick was absolutely amazing in changing my oil and air filter along with adding fuel cleaner for me!!! He was quick friendly and very good at his job! Highly recommend coming here for an oil change

Although they were extremely busy on the day I had my car service, the team was very communicative on when my car would be next and they offered me water. The service itself was efficient once they got started! Overall, it was a great experience!!!

This place in High Point is amazing. So thorough and also helped me figure out why the rear wiper was not working properly. I wish I had all the names that assisted but Isiah was particularly helpful. They didn t miss a beat. It s a little further for me but I m going to continue to visit with all three of our cars.

They were professional, fast, and courteous. They made sure I heard everything they were doing and made sure I understood everything. Asked if I wanted something to drink multiple times and if I needed anything to let them know. Very friendly staff.

I have been driving 35 minutes out of my way for three years to have my oil changed at the N Main location in high point. The service is unparalleled, I am always immediately greeted and offered a bottle of water. The technicians are exceptionally transparent about all parts of the service or if they are offering additional services, more importantly I never feel pressured if I decline additional services. I cannot recommend this location enough, everyone is wonderfully polite, caring, and honest. I also think it says a lot about an auto service company to have so many stellar reviews from women. Personally I am usually anxious and feel as if I am being talked down to when I ve used other companies in the past. Add to all of that, there are several women employed by this location, really great job at diversifying their staff!

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite to me. He took my information in a timely manner. The technician took time to investigate the issue with car. I left knowing that my rear brakes and new tires were taken care of by the time I left. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I love the take give in high point. It s convenient for me, usually quick and the staff are always kind to me! This time I worked with Isaiah, Destiny and Dorain and they were all fantastic! They worked well as a team and were very efficient! They make the necessary recommendations and I never feel like they re talking over my head using terms that I don t understand when they are trying to help me understand why I may need to make additional purchases etc.My car is moving better and I m happy with this company and the service they provide n

Take 5 does a good job changing the oil in our vehicles. They add washer fluid and air as needed. They are always very courteous and polite. Their fleet program provides good pricing.

I was pleased day of service other than the gentleman who was checking me out was a salesman. However this morning I had a pool of oil in my garage. I just went back and they assured me it wasn t leaking or any problem but was runoff that hadn t been cleaned up. I m still not sure how much that oil just wasn t wiped off insides but we will see.

This was my first time using Take 5. It seemed to be the best option in town for getting my oil changed quickly and effectively. The staff here is great! They re friendly and knowledgeable for sure.Dorian is very funny and personable, and he offered me a cold water when I arrived and was honest about how long my wait would be since there was a car ahead of me (which didn t end up being terribly long at all).Amy was also extremely kind, and she walked me through everything that they were doing in the process.I would definitely use them again!

People are extremely nice. My only problem is they wanted to change my cabin air filter without even checking it. It was 5k miles old. That aside. Pretty professional.Will I go back? Maybe :)

Love this place. Great workers who are super friendly and explain everything. Never had a bad experience here, and they also have a HPU student discount. Nick was person I had last time and he was wonderful. Will always come back to Take 5 when I need an oil change, or anything else done.

The personnel worked great together, they got me in and out in no time. This is the best experience I have ever had getting my oil change. I would rate them more than FIVE STARS if It was allowed. Go to them and you will truly know what I am talking about. I would not have my oil change done anywhere else - THEY ARE TOP NOTCH, try them and see.

I've used a different Take 5 before and it was fine. However this time I called beforehand to ask about a price for my car needing a specific oil and they said $45 for a Sythetic blend. I get there and wait 45 minutes in line and they say it's $80 for a synthetic blend, and the woman I talked to on the phone said I asked about a different oil (which I didn't). She basically avoided the question after that, it was a big bait and switch. Wasted my time. At least the other employees were nice though
