Best car detailing experience I have had ever. Highly recommend this for car detail as a dog owner of two dogs that we walk at a local park daily my car was in very much need of cleaning they not only completed my car wash quickly but my car was like new 10/10 on everything will be going back

I was looking for a place to get my car hand-washed and discovered that there aren t many places. I live in High Point and discovered Ramirez Automotive. They sell and repair vehicles and provide an excellent hand-wash service. My car is always beautiful afterwards. I would highly recommend them!

Do not recommend this company at all!! I had a customer bring me a truck that broke down with him on the way home and then Jose decided to cancel the customers loan and didn t wanna pay me for the services customer asked me to do to truck and finally paid after arguing for a week and I knocked some off of bill and then decided to dispute transaction with his bank saying he didn t make the transaction. So now I have reported the truck stolen since they decide not to be professional about it and block my phone calls

This was truly a great experience! I was honest about my credit situation he told me a price for a down payment. I paid my $500 holding fee came back the next day with the rest of the cash and drove it off the lot with FULL COVERAGE insurance, which he also helped me with.

I purchased a 2012 bmw from them and within 4 months of ownership the engine locked up (jumped timing) and no one is able to help me. Even though an extended warranty was purchased. I do meticulous maintenance on any vehicle I own and I have two service records for the car from the 4 months of owning it. Even though all maintenance was up to date the engine still gave out on the car. These guys don t know how to thoroughly inspect a car before putting it on their lot and I would stay away from them. They pull you in with the beautiful cars on the lot and then boom, you re stuck with a clunker.

I purchased a car I've been wanting for a WHILE from here. A black Chevy Tahoe with black interior and captains chairs in the middle row. The car was super clean and nice. We drove the car and noticed a rattling noise coming from the rear. We discussed it with Jose and were ensured it would be repaired. They replaced the control arms, sway bar links, and lastly put brand new air shocks on the rear. ALL of this even AFTER working out a deal on the price. I was even able to take the car to my own mechanicfor some of the work done and Ramirez Automotive covered the costs 100%. I highly recommend them. They definitely keep their word.

Couldn't thank Jose enough for helping me with Honda Accord! I drove by on a Sunday while they were closed and fell in love with the car, sent him a message online and then test drove it the next morning. He made the application SUPER easy and I had everything finished before getting off work that day, just had to go in and sign everything in person. He handled the rest. I'm currently working on rebuilding my credit and he matched me with a finance office that approved me with a down payment. I would definitely recommend buying a car from him, they always have great vehicles when I drive by.
