Worst service ever. It took over 2 hours and a half to get a simple oil change. I wasn't told it would take that long upfront. If I had been told that it was going to take that long I would have never gone there in the first place. I can find a better place to get actual reputable service for my vehicle. This whole ordeal is completely beyond any way that an establishment should treat their customers.I will never go there again and never recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT go here without an appointment. i walked in and needed an oil change for my car. The attendant said it will take 40 minutes so i sat down and waited to be done. I went in at 10:10 am. There were a couple people ahead me waiting there.I dont know how but i just sat there and waited for my turn. 1 hour went by and then the other hour and i was mad at myself that i was just waiting.At 2:23 pm they got my car done and i cant say enough about how much I regretted going there.When i asked the cashier you had 40 mins and it took over 2 hrs he just said i got backed up. I do not recommend this place.

Do not take your vehicle to this place! Very unprofessional and will charge you for something they did not perform.. I do not recommend this place!! Take your vehicle elsewhere

Awesome experience! The guys really took care of me. I set a same day appointment and came in desperate with my car overheating at 1pm! Not only did they get me in within 20 mins, but they adapted my sense of urgency and got me checked out by 4:54pm! And as a "broke college student" they also offered Easy Pay. I was qualified within moments and didn't have to pay a dime today. I cannot express to you how much precision came to my rescue this weekend

When I got there everything was good everyone was nice to me pretty professional for the most part while they were changing my oil the realized that they didn't have the right oil filter for my car so they put the old one back in. They should have checked first to see if there was the right filter for my car. It took almost 3 hours because the one guy didn't know what he was doing and the more knowledgeable guy came over and started working on my car. I bought Pilot Sport 4S through Precision Tune about 2 weeks ago. I brought my new wheels in and had them mount and balance them with my new tires. Service was awesome and my wheels look amazing. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and anyone who needs good, reliable work done.

Have always came here for services on My vehicles and my daughters cars. 6/24/23 I followed my wife up there because we had to have her car inspected. I parked at the curb due to no parking spots but plenty of room for cars to pass just long enough to go inside drop off the key and pick her up. One of the service techs started mouthing at me for parking there as I went in the store. He kept mouthing through the door so I asked him what his issue was with me! He pretty much said I was inconsiderate for parking there and he just kept running his mouth. Then the service manager asked what was wrong I told him and then I just said you lost a 12 year customer today because of him. All the manager said was sorry, didn t try to make it right or anything. Pretty sorry when you let your workers run your customers off.

Needed a last minute oil change b4 I took a 6.5 hour road trip. They were able to get me in & out less than 30mins. Had coupon which made price reasonable. Friendly staff.

Do not go here. Anthony lied to me when I live in Kernersville saying he could get a fallen window up so I could tape it and he could give me a quote. I get there and in 10 seconds without the door removed said that he could not do what he said, and that doing it would cause him to have to do all this work and it'd be $500. Went right up the street and a gentleman working at advance auto took his tools and had my window up in 15 minutes. Money racket here on top of the misdiagnosis. I'd hate to need any serious work done here. Probably pay triple for it

My car was towed on Saturday 5/12 to Precision Tune. I had called them before hand and spoke with Brandon and advised what we thought the problem might be (timing chain). He gave us a quote of around $1450. He said would be fixed by Tuesday afternoon. I called on Monday spoke with Brandon around lunch time and he said they had not looked at car yet , that he would call me back as soon as it was looked at. Tuesday afternoon came and had not heard anything, spoke with a lady and she advised me that her A tech was out Monday and that day as well. I asked why couldn't have let me know and she had no answer. Wednesday mid morning Brandon calls me to advise that the timing chain looked good and that was not the problem, that it was the starter. He quoted price and I asked was he sure that this would fix car and he said his tech said yes. I said ok.. cause I didn't want to go down a route of them saying one thing and then come up with another item messed up. Then Brandon calls me mid afternoon and says they got the starter on but then informs me that the engine is gone. He advised there were metal shavings in the oil and that he could show me a cup. I was in shock because it's a 2012 Honda with 149k miles on it. He said the car had plenty of oil in it. So, I got charged $917 for a starter, valve cover, diagnostic fee and labor. I had to go pay that so my car could be releasedI had another mechanic to go pick it up, he sent me a picture on no oil on dipstick, he states that I did not need the starter and that the timing chain was broke. I'm very upset that I was charged this and was mislead.. im planning going higher now at Precision tune after finding all this out from the other mechanic.

Got a great oil change but when I have to wait 15- 20 mins. after my car is done to check out is a problem. Brandon talking to a friend, ect knowing that I'm at the counter waiting is unexceptiable.

Since I bought this car I have only used Precision Tune for service. I went to a quicker oil change place to get the oil changed and they told me Precision Tune stripped the oil pan bolt and to take my car back to them to fix it. They had to replace the whole oil pan on my car. This should of never happened if those who worked on my car did their job correctly. I will never do business with this location ever again. Ever. I no longer trust the quality of their work. I recommend customers to take their business elsewhere. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT MORE PROBLEMS. THE MECHANICS HERE DO NOT CARE OF THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT AS LONG AS THEY GET PAID. THEY ARE SUBJECTED TO MISSING UP YOUR CAR MORE THAN FIXING IT. THEY REFUSE TO FOLLOW PRECEDURES BY PRECISION TUNE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANY OTHER PRECISION TUNE. AVOID THIS LOCATION PERIOD! IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL DO THIS! The response from the owner is a LIE! This location does NOT follow corporate guidelines nor care about its customers. If it did, they have less negative reviews.Service: Oil change

I went here to have my brakes done, made an appointment a week ahead of time, arrived still waited an hr and on top of that they still didn't even take my car back said it would be even longer wait. Plus I was quoted one price and they wanted to charge me another

They were so nice and helpful. They were able to get my oil plug out unlike a different oil change place down the way. I bought a fog light and headlight bulb with plans of installing them myself buthad bad weather. So, I asked them what they would charge and they did it for me at no charge! Great customer service isn't always easy to find. I will use them again!

Don't go there. I went for an oil change and tire rotation at 9:16 .. Waited so long I fell asleep, car was finally finished at 1:40.. Attended said I needed more work .!! The next day notice the same tire I've been putting air in needed air the next day.. Serious feel nothing was done to my car..

I went in for a oil change and a Courtesy inspection and tire rotation so the shop boy told the message boy that my wheel lock was already stripped out and knowing I just had my tires put on 2 days before I took it for a oil change. My wheel lock key was hand it to me ppersonally undamaged at the tire shop. My rims has been damaged and they will go through your car without notifying you first if they need something. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to these people they are liers and will damage your stuff and will tell you that it was already like that which you knew it wasnt then claiming they order you another part and i still havent received it so warning to all stay clear from these people it may happen to you...Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Do not go to them I had to sit and wait hours just for a oil change I drove my car a few hours out of town and it was smoking no oil on my stick smh they are slow and service sucks the young white boy with the short cut did my oil change btw never again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Excellent and friendly customer service! As a young woman, I am weary about going to auto shops by myself for fear of being taken advantage of. They were up front & honest with me regarding costs/services and completed an oil change, inspection, and installed a new set of tires in a timely fashion... and for a great price. I will be taking my car here from now on. Thanks again!

Quick and convenient! Always nice and easy to deal with. Love how they always gives me updates on my cars if I am sitting there for a longer period of time than I expect to be there. I live 30 mins away from this location and i prefer to come here every single time i need maintenance on my cars! I ve been coming here for yearssss!! The new managers and the team are always great to deal with!

Used to be great. Went there all the time. Started changing managers to much. Used to get my oil changed and tires rotation and alingment done there all the time. It got to the place when you go in they said oil change would be about 30 to 45 minutes. You would be lucky to get out in 2 to 3 hours. Management and employees are very nice but I had to stop going too much wasted time. They are trying to improve I'll give them that. I'm not really bad mouthing them or putting them down by any means. They are trying their best to get back on track. I started going to national tire and battery. I live this place.

Their service is a little pricey however I don't mind because I know that my car is going to drive great when I leave and the service was worth the money because it was done right very friendly people they had actually made a mistake I went back up there with my car they fixed it with no charge apologize and even carry the tow away fee has no charge because of their mistake I was impressed you guys are awesome I will be back

Awesome staff... I have done business with them three times in the past two years and was satisfied each time with. They are very honest people, which is hard to find. Mike is amazing, he really takes time to explain to you what's going on with your vehicle. He really works with you in order to get the job done. I will definitely be referring family and friends.

Once again had a great experience at Precision Auto, I was quoted one price just to come back and here it will be cheaper that's a plus in my book. Nate and Thomas took great care of me very pleased with Thomas and his customer service. I tell everyone go to the location on randleman rd in Greensboro you won't be disappointed. Thanks Thomas

Went in for an oil change for my 2013 Ford Fusion picked it up drove home next day wouldn t crank so they had it towed back called me told me I had a bad battery went and searched found a battery returned to the store I changed the old battery and installed the new one while all the employees and never even ask if I needed any help after completing the battery they simply told me there was nothing wrong. I had my mechanic come on site and the oil was dirty and my mechanic ask if this was how it was suppose to look and Randy the store manager said no not really ask what kind he said leak and then handed me my keys roughly and simply walked away with no help or explained as to why my car would smoke when cracked checked my oil a day later it was overfilled and it was dripping from the stick so I go and have another change immediately and to my surprise I now have to purchase an oil pan and there was metal in my oil pan where they stripped my plug out. I was never offered anything for them messing my car up completely. So if you don t want your car messed up over simple oil change AVOID this place at all cost bc it will cost you more in the end and they offer nothing not even an apology!! If give give 0 stars I would. My next step is corporate bc the local store will just walk away!Service: Oil change

Love the place they get right to work on what u want done and let you know right away if they come across any problems they suggest what you should get done to the car. Just overall every time I've been there its been great no complaints
