Not really knowing what I was going to do with my car that I had because it sounded like it was hanging on by a thread. As soon as I pulled up a nice man, came to me immediately, and started helping me, and by the end of the day I was driving away in my brand new 2023 Chevy Malibu. I highly recommend Rodney Osborn. If you go to Peters Auto Mall ask for him he s very funny very friendly caring And very attentive. He will definitely make sure you ride away in something that you like.

It was a long day, but JT was very patient in making sure i got the car best for me! He didn t rush or pressure me to get anything outside of my budget or level of comfort. The car did need minor servicing (oil change, some tire air) but small, easy fixes! Thank you JT & Peters Auto for helping me make my first big girl purchase :)

ABED was awesome , he meet with us and didn t have an appointment. We told him what we were looking for and Set us down told us all our options. and made a few phone calls and BOOM , I was able to drive away that day in our new car, the cart is perfect for us

So I went into Peter s auto Mall hesitant, because I didn t know what I could afford, but I knew I needed something reliable. Immediately I was greeted by JT who helped me with my anxiety right away and made me feel comfortable. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he picked out exactly what I needed! The entire process was super simple. He handled it all. This is the first time I m ever buying from Peter s auto Mall, and I will say that I had a really great experience. The entire staff are friendly and reliable, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I m happy to say within a couple days I was able to drive in my new vehicle, and I am so happy that it was so easy! Thank you so much JT for all your help.

We were shopping for a nice car and decided to visit Peters Auto Mall. Smitty helped us out and he was awesome! Great customer service and he listened to my wants and needs. We drove out in a 2019 Charger!Thanks again Smitty!

Chad is super knowledgeable of the vehicles and very prompt and on top of any questions or request I had. Very nice sales person with alot of patience. Whether I choose to buy a truck from here or elsewhere, I can't say enough good things about Chad and my experience with him.Update: We bought the truck! Thanks to Don, Angel and Chad. You three are awesome!

RICHARD GUILES is the best no doubt. My husband and I only came in to look at what options that were available. Didnt know we'd be walking out with an awesome purchase. Every thing was better than i hoped for.We were not hassled or pressured to purchase anything. This was my first time here and i can definitely tell that this will not be my last! Great customer service. Chad helped us out a lot. Him and his finance manager stayed late multiple days to help us out. My husband and I really appreciate their help. Highly recommended.

AB was my salesman and was very kind and efficient. Easy to work with on test driving and buying a used vehicle. He explained things well and was patient when I had questions. I was even allowed to run the vehicle close by to my mechanic to do a quick checkover. I came to PAM at 430 and we were done with paperwork and loan by closing at 7, but I did have to return to get the requested work done (transmission fluid changed, cabin air filter changed). I was there quite a long time that Monday after because they had to wait on the particular transmission fluid I needed from the Honda dealership. I believe I waited about 3 hours that day. AB gave me a drink from the machine and another salesman brought me a pack of crackers. Id have eaten lunch first if I had known it would take so long, or door dashed some food. But the waiting was beyond their control. Overall, they were very thorough and kind and compassionate. I was in a wheelchair and on oxygen, and they were helpful and considerate of that. The place did smell like cigars that Friday night I was there, which I did not care for. But the smell was gone the following Monday. I have been very happy with my purchase. Based on my experience, I would recommend them. Thank you AB

Abed was very helpful when it came to purchasing my car. My plan was to look but he helped me so much to the point I ended up getting one of my dream cars. Any questions you may have he ll answer them! Definitely stop by and ask for him!

I called to make sure the car I was looking at was available and they said yes it is at the north location . So I drive 45 minutes to get there and they were busy with only 3 people working so I had to wait 20min just to try to find the car. Of course it wasn t even there so I did try going by the other location just to make sure and it wasn t at that one either. They wasted my time and gas because they don t really look to see if it is still in their inventory. I do not recommend them.

We have been buying from Peter s Auto since he 1st started on English Street High Point many years ago. Now everyone in my family buys from there. My Grandson wanted a nice dependable truck and found it a Peter s Bryan and Rodney Osborne were awesome, never once did they pressure us. We knew what our 19 yr old grandson could afford and they got the loan in his price range with a wonderful 3.99 % rate. Thank you two so much for making my grandsons dream come true.

Richie Porter was amazing!!!! He was patient with me. I think I drove up there 4 times before I made my decision. He was patient but consistent he made sure I didn t forget about them. He worked with me to help me get the car I wanted! And I m so happy with my purchase. He is a great salesman. lol if Rich can t sell u on a car no one can. Most people would have gave up with me. lol I enjoyed working with him on my car hunt. Personally was amazing as well! I ll definitely be back for my next purchase. "You can't always get what you want," but it seems like at Peter's Auto Mall, I can. Corny--I know--but it's true.I moved away from the High Point area and for convenience sake, went to look for cars at other dealerships. However, after what felt like dishonesty and poor and pushy sales tactics, I had to go back to visit the most honest car salesman I know (Oxymoron, I know) -- Bryan Osbourne with Peters Auto Mall.This is my second time purchasing a car from him and I truthfully cannot say enough positive things. I came into my second car purchase with limited cash down, a tight budget, and a pretty steep list of preferences (newer car, large body, low miles - essentially a lot of car for a little price). Bryan worked with me to find something that not only fit my budget, but that he knew would be reliable. Any concerns I had, both with financing and with the cars maintenance and detailing were quickly addressed and resolved. Peter's Auto Mall and Bryan Osbourne are awesome to work with!
