This was one of my best experiences I made an appointment for a oil change and Tyler called to confirm my appointment I m glad he did. When I walked in Preston greeted me with a smile and ask how could he help me and I told him, not even 5min they was getting my car that s a plus. Tyler came out and told me that I needed to get some tires asap even tho I knew that, that just shows that they pay attention to other things and I appreciate that. Preston and Tyler was very helpful, professional, and nice. Oh and they will give you a great laugh too. I will definitely be returning.

I have used NTB High Point about 3 times now and every time I have been very happy with their service. They are efficient and give clear answers. I usually do oil changes as a walk-in, because I am terrible at remembering to schedule them, but the staff work with me, whether that s accepting me as a walk-in or helping me schedule it out. Reasonably priced as well!

NTB has always been my #1 choice for car service. Through the years they remain outstanding and always do a thorough and excellent job. Their prices are reasonable, the staff is nice, and I have no problem recommending this NTB to anybody I know. Thanks for your great customer service and hard work NTB High Point!

NTB has always been there for me, I been going there since I moved here in High Point 20 years ago when it was call Merchant. Brian Cooley, is soooo professional and Honest about your car repairs! Never had any problems there. Staff is friendly, outgoing etc.If you need your car worked on, give NTB a try, I promise you, they will treat you right!!!!

They took my vehicle in as soon as I arrived even though I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment. Great staff, clearly explained what could be the issues and the remedies for each. Service was quick and price was fair. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.

This store is the absolute best! I couldn t have asked for a better experience. The staff all have exceptional service and extensive knowledge on all vehicles. I didn t even have an appointment and they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, amazing! Never going anywhere else!

Outstanding service and professionalism from the entire staff. Nathan was extremely helpful and explained everything. I was a walk in and they were still able to complete all that I needed taken care of. This is my fourth visit here and each time has be outstanding.

Brian, the manager at this location, is fantastic. Takes his time to make sure your vehicle is safe and reliable. He also makes sure you are part of the process and fully understand your needs for repair.

Greetings ALL VIEWERS! I live in Charlotte and was riding through High Point and found out. I had a nail in my tire, Bah hum bug I asked God to lead me 2 a NTB and this is where I came. Very helpful from the moment I walked into the store. Helped make sure that I worked to get the tires I needed and at a great price. Preston walked me through everything to make sure that we got the best value and walked me through the process. Amazing customer service

Came to NTB sand spoke to the manager Nick the manager really helped me out beyond anything I could have ever asked for and I am so great full for what he did I would not be able to keep working right now without my car and he helped me out more than I could have ever asked for THANK YOU NICK i would have lost everything if you had not been there for meMy experience with this NTB was beyond anything I could have asked for I wish I could give this store and nick himself 6 stars.

Great communication and great service. Great customer service. Wait time wasn't long at all. Excellent prices, told me everyhting that was wrong with my car and told me all the options I have (Even coupons to help me as well. As a college student this helped a lot.

I came to get tires and my brakes checked and everyone here has been soooo nice. I've worked mainly with a gentleman named Tyler and he is so nice and has made me feel like he truly cares. I will definitely be back!

Great service very welcoming staff. I recently visited for an oil change and an issue with my tire. They easily diagnosed the problem and informed me about other maintenance services. I would highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs.

It doesn t matter when I go or what issue I have, the staff is always very accommodating, patient, and proficient. I ve been going to NTB since I practically started driving and whenever I feel like there s an issue with my tires it s usually fixed or identified pretty quickly. What keeps me coming back is their attentiveness to their customers and their customer service. Everyone is helped in the same way, regardless of whether or not they have an appointment. Everyone s handled with consideration. What more could you ask of a business than that?

This location has a good and knowledgeable team. I m using this for my vehicle s brake pads and rotor but in past my experience with new tires and alignment package has been good as well. Specially the store manager Brayn is really a nice person and check vehicles after service is done. I d definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I ve been taking my vehicles there for years and have never had a bad experience. One time I took it in thinking I had a serious issue and they were completely honest telling me it was something else which was an easy fix. They charged me ZERO!! So, these folks have integrity that most places lack. I highly recommend NTB, especially this location. 5 stars
