I am a return customer of this Mavis location. They always do a fine job. Angel took great care of both me and my vehicle. I came in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised that the prices had actually been better than I anticipated from my last visit. I received great customer service from him as well as from Kadeem. When I went out to my car to retrieve my bag. He actually stepped out to make sure I was not leaving because there was a problem (was there wasn t). This place truly cares about the complete customer service. Thank you!

Had a flat tire and needed a new one/tire change. The staff was extremely patient and helpful with finding a tire similar to the others on the car. Deem was exceptional and helped us out with the tire change. He did an amazing job and did a huge service to us by dropping our wait time. Highly recommend this shop and Deem! Thank you!

Alex and his team at the South Main location, are seriously awesome! I was very impressed with how they went above and beyond. I've had bad experiences with tire companies before, but this couldn't be further from what happened at Mavis. I would absolutely highly recommend them. Amazing above and beyond service, at a great price. Can't get better than that.

Customer service was awesome and professional. I had no problems with them. Everybody was welcoming And up front on everything. Tyler the manager did a awesome job, y'all should come up here for all of your car service needs.

I recommended Mavis Tires and Brakes on South Main Street!! When I tell y'all they helped me get 4 brand new tires on Sunday. Most tires places are close but they are open. We was in and out with no problems if you need oil change, tires, alignment, etc. go over to them. They are on South Main Street, High Point, NC. Deem got us straight and back on the road and got my mother in law s tire patch up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Their customer service is the best. I had a flat tire in the rain and stop there. I was not even a customer and they went out of their way to help me. They remove my spare and put it on for me then also showed me where the problem was on the tire and tried to help me find another tire. This was also at closing time. They are a great group of guys and will forever get my business.I even went back for them to put the new tire on. If you are looking for great customer service along with making sure your care is safe Mavis is the place to go.

Amazing experience today at Mavis. I want to give special thanks to Patrick, he made me feel like family, made sure everything was explained in detail and made sure to give me any discounts where he could. I drove an hour to come here and I ll be back!

I came by Mavis tires today because i had a flat tire and they found the nail immediately, wasted no time getting it patched I definitely reccommend Mavis for all of your needs. Angel and Kadeem are amazing the service efficient ill be back !!!

I caught a flat tire on the highway and Mavis was the only place open on Sunday I m amazed at how fast and friendly they were aspen is really cool and Deem was helpful I would recommend to anybody looking for tires or anything related!

This was my first time here and the young gentleman at the counter patiently guided me through all my options answered every question I had under the sun and that level of customer service isn t very common these days I value the time he took to help me so I really have to applaud these guys I would recommend Mavis to anyone I know & I just scheduled my dad a reservation for tomorrow we will most definitely be back Thanks you guys!!

Amazing experience, kind and polite, flexible on pricing, and does not push you to get needed work done. The work was fast, and accurate. Definitely will come back. Also, comfortable waiting room, so you don t have to worry about that.

I was very pleased with the service, my car battery died and was running late, they said to not worry and they would be here for me when I could get there. I like how they call and make sure they can proceed with other issues that may arise. Very pleased.

Went on the website and set an appt for later that day to have a tire looked at. Received a phone call shortly thereafter saying I could come at the appt time or I could come now, as they were pretty open. I appreciated that call and went on up. Within minutes they had the issue figured out and fixed. The tech who fixed it was super friendly and showed me the exact issue. The front desk worker (who also had called) was super friendly and efficient too. The repair on the tire was $33, which appears to be about the going rate these days. They were fast, friendly, affordable, efficient. You can't beat that.

Kadeem was super helpful even though they couldn t work on my tire. I have aftermarket rims and he recommended a performance shop. I ll definitely be taking my car back to Mavis for any routine maintenance that s within their scope.

I was running around trying to find somewhere to get and alignment after having new tires put on last minute for a trip from Archdale to Raleigh to pickup my daughter. It was literally about 10 minutes to 5 on a Saturday and everywhere closes at 5 for some reason. I had called around and someone had said they thought Mavis was open until 6. This was obviously incorrect and the person at the counter informed me they actually closed at 5 and an alignment takes longer. I believe he said his name was Angel, and the irony is apparent, but I told him what I was going to be doing and he opted to go ahead grab my keys and run my vehicle up himself as to not inconvenience anyone else and he performed the alignment himself. I was also given a military discount once he found out I was prior service. It turned out to be a busy day in traffic along with heavy rain so the alignment ended up being a lifesaver. Never been to Mavis previously but I would recommend them to anyone needing any wheel or alignment services. Greatly appreciated.

PLEASE FOLKS DONT GET NOTHING DONE HERE FOR YOUR CAR I REALLY DONT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE 1 STAR FRFR. One of their workers ran my Battery out, while working on my car. The First time I ever went then they didn't want to take responsibility for it. Came out and insisted I need to buy a New Battery because it's dead and it's a bad battery like I don't know my own car . Then the second time they put my brakes on wrong and messed up my Roter's crazy right, now the GM did cover everything and get me to the right place to get the job done, but still what if i Didnt Catch it and didnt know my car Yeah Nothing to play With And I got word That they have Crack heads working on the cars, there at SOUTH MAIN MAVIS IN High Point, wit professional Pricing. Its A BIG NO IF YOU ASK ME THIS JUST HAPPEN MARCH 15TH 2024 LIKE ARE THEY SERIOUS YALLL STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAVIS GO TO THE ONE across from the walgreens NBT period. I FEEL LIKE THEY OWE ME more for Time , damage and just maken it hard mentally for me to trust my car wit places like this , from the start.
