Maaco in High Point on Westover Dr. did an awesome paint job on my 2002 Ford Taurus!!!! I could not be happier...I feel like I have a brand new car right off the showroom floor!!! Shane and Phil were so nice, and Shane went out of his way to make sure I got just the right color I wanted after I called them when I got home and informed them that I wanted metallic added to my color choice. I had a blue car and wanted it painted burgundy. It also costed only a third of what I expected it to!!!! I totally recommend Maaco to anyone that needs a really nice paint job on their vehicle!!! Brought my truck in with rust on roof and orange peel on the hood. Great body work and great job blending the color with the rest of the truck.Looks like a new truck!

They were good at honoring the work that was previously done, even though the previous owner did some shady stuff with my paper work. I do understand new ownership takes time to get back in good standing with the community. Phillip and Shane were professional and understanding of my circumstances. They corrected the issue as soon as it was brought to their attention. If there is an area of constructive "influence", I would recommend to do a thorough walk through of all their work before releasing it back to the customers. Also communication among each other needs improvement. Won't go into details because this isn't a session for that. All in all, they did a great job with rectifying the issue. If you as will I refer and/or if they can do business with me again? "I ABSOLUTE WOULD!" Keep up the good wok guys and will see ya'll soon.

The staff was very friendly but they had to go through Allstate so it took over a month to finish. I understand Allstate only allows them to do so much with what they send in but the first time I went to pick it up they didn t paint the back door so I had to leave it there again and when I came to pick it up the second time the doors look like two different colors (pic below) I noticed the fender scraps the door when the door is being opened and so it now makes a sound when you open the door. Last thing I noticed was the windshield has over spay on it from the left side being painted so makes the glass foggy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Maaco during the recent repairs to my vehicle. Despite a prolonged two-month period and a substantial insurance investment of 6-8 thousand dollars, the issues with my vehicle persist.Regrettably, the front camera, sensors, and a persistent check engine light were not addressed during the supposed completion of repairs. Furthermore, the front emblem, which was visibly peeling off when I was informed that the vehicle was "ready" for pick-up, was not rectified as promised.Although the hood was replaced and painted, the craftsmanship fell short of expectations, leaving a noticeable paint drip that compromises the overall aesthetic appeal. This oversight reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control on Maaco's part.Considering the substantial investment made and the unfulfilled promises of comprehensive repairs, I am compelled to express my disappointment. This experience has eroded my confidence in Maaco, and I will not entrust my vehicle to their care in the future. It is my sincere hope that this feedback prompts improvements in your service standards for the benefit of future customers.

Very good job on my 2001 Chevy Z71 was very fast got it back in a week and a half I would Recommend Maaco to anyone!

Frank is a straight shooter. I paid for an $800 paint job and that s what I got. No more, no less. My expectations were low with every bad rumor I ve heard about Maaco. But frank and his crew knocked it out of the park. My trucks paint was absolutely terrible! They sanded the fire out of this thing and cleaned it up nice. Very nice job done here on my S10. I m not saying there isn t some over spray or some orange peel but again, it s an $800 paint job. It looks magnificent to me for what it is. If you want to freshen up your ride, then see frank. If you want something that looks like it came out of the next fast and furious movie, then go spend 3k with someone else. Or pay frank 3k haha. Appreciate the help on this Maaco in high point. Definitely was worth my money.Service: Painting

I love my little Honda Fit, but even from the factory, it has never been the brilliant, bright white that I love. It was taffeta white, which has more of a vanilla/yellow undertone. After 13 years, it progressively looked more dingy and dull. Shane went over the color swatches with me in detail and we chose the very brightest white. I picked my car up today and I'm in love! Not only is the paint work very well done, but the whole car just looks brand new to me. I chose base coat with a separate clear coat for my purchase, and Shane and Frank completely exceeded my expectations. 12/10 would use again!!Service: Painting

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I got into an accident and my fender was completely ruined and the mirror needed to be replaced. i m in college and was VERY worried about the time and money it would take to fix my car... but they were able to replace the parts AND match the paint perfectly in just two days. I ve never been more thankful...the work these people do here and the kindness they showed me is unparalleled and I am very appreciative. There isn t a single body shop you should trust your car with besides Maaco in high point. They exceeded my expectations with the time it took to fix my car, the price they charged for the work, and the quality with which it was completed. They even went above and beyond to fix low coolant levels and touch up the rim paint. I owe them everything- they re good people and you shouldn t take your car anywhere else!! before and after pics below.

I want to thank the entire staff for their professionalism and excellent work. I was treated fairly and felt very comfortable with the office staff and the shop personnel. They needed the truck 2 weeks; on Monday of the second week they promised would be done Friday. On Friday of second week truck not ready excuse was we were backed up by the hurricane.... there was some afternoon rains, hurricane was out in Atlantic got truck on the afternoon of Tuesday 3rd week (had been painted that morning. Had forgotten to do the pinstripes. Work was OK but should have been for 2K+!Service: Painting

Brought in my 1987 Ford F150 with all sorts of different old paint conditions all over it, and Frank and his team did an awesome job making it look new. I went with the basic single-stage paint job since it's an older truck. I know it won't last as long as the higher quality paint jobs, but it will look great for a while and be a lot more protected from rust than it would've been. I was really happy with the customer service and the whole process. These guys are really on the level and want to do their best. The edges and evenness look great on this thing. Will paint the inside of the bed myself with liner; it's looks unpainted in the photo cuz it is.There was no upselling or anything like that. Just honesty. Frank even let me use his air tank to fill up my flat (old) tire, after hours, too.

I took them a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban the clear coat was coming off the roof and hood. They repainted it. It matched very well. Great price. It didn t take long at all. I got my car painted here and I'll never use them again for any repaints or future jobs. Got my 96 mustang painted here and they got white over spray all over my new black wheels. They told me to bring them the wheels and they would have them redone for me so we did that but my wheels are not gloss black like they were when I bought them. They are now flat black. I said screw it it's whatever but now not even 1 year and a half later I can't even wash my car without giant parts of paint coming off. They were professional, quick and work was spectacular. I would definitely use them again if needed. JB has great interpersonal skills and doesn't push unneeded repairs on you. Vehicle was ready when promised & looks good as new. I am a happy satisfied customer......

Not quite what I expected white paint on the black trim, white paint mist inside the vehicle, did not paint around the front bumper, thick paint edges around the door handles that will undoubtedly chip and peel, thick paint drip I had higher hopes. Awful, went in twice. 1st time he didn't want to touch it cause he said it would cost me to much. He recommended sanding it myself and then bringing it back. Did that and he again denied wanting to work on it cause the primer wasn't sprayed on right. So I asked how much for you to do the whole thing right. He said he won't guarantee the work or paint. I said you have everything you asked me to do and more as jobs you do and offer on your board starting from $499 to $2,500+ I said. Ok give me the quote anyways. His name was Frank and I believe that I was bothering him with my paint problem. Don't waste your time unless it's an insurance job. Again Awful experience and terrible customer service.

Maaco has a scattered reputation, but i m here to tell anyone who decides to go here that they do the BEST paint jobs in the 336 area. I ve gotten 2 paint jobs done on 2 different cars here and they turned out amazing. yes there was a TINY bit of overspray but, so what. I was quoted at $1300 with door jambs and $900 without them for one of their highest packages, both great prices for the quality. take care of your paintjobs, they will last you a lifetime if you take care of it. High point maaco is the best one out of them all, only come to this business. Frank is also a great guy who has helped me a lot throughout my whole history here, he s honest, smart and knows what he s doing. 100% recommend Service: Painting
