Larry Walker and Sons did an amazing job on our SUV. The staff are courteous, very knowledgeable and so helpful. The shop is easy to find and very comfortable if you need to wait. They will even arrange rentals for you. We had a great experience and have already referred friends who need body work done. If we ever need this type of work performed in the future (though we hope we won t), we will definitely be back. Thank you Larry Walker and Sons!

I could not ask for better workmanship or customer service. My "Wings" was a mangled mess a few weeks ago after a deer cut us off on Old 49. Terry, at Larry Walker and Sons, made her look like she just came off the showroom floor.In addition to repairing the damage caused by the deer, they tried to buff out some damage to the back bumper that was unrelated to the accident, as a courtesy to me. My car was even cleaned and vacuumed, which was also not accident related.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Well I ll post my review here since they pick an choose what s on their Facebook, they delete comments an block users that says a lot. Their paint an body work looked good but that s all that was good. Our vehicle was left with paint over spray all over it an the paint had buffer trails all over it. It took use a couple time trying to get them to take our complaints seriously. They took it back an it was better but still not right but I don t trust them to fix it. If your someone who is particular about your paint work I d choose a different body shop. Odds are Larry walker will try an delete this review, if you can take criticism on your work do better work! I have pictures to show the quality of your work you have done nothing but make it worse trying to fix the work. Because you are a family business doesn't me you get a pass on subpar work. Lifetime warranty isn t worth anything if your the reason the work is garbage. Your comment shows how childish an immature you are. Glad we seen how poor or work y all do on a small job that we can fix. You can t please them all, some of us have standards an want the quality work not a vehicle that looks like it was purchased from carmax. It s ok Larry Walker not everyone is perfect but there s always room for improvement but y all seem pretty set in your ways. Pictures you y all s amazing family owned business work it s truly outstanding isn t it, but I m just a keyboard warrior spreading lies.Service: Painting

Excellent experience taking my truck to Larry Walker. I had some minor damage on my 2022 GMD Sierra AT4 and they did a wonderful job on the repairs. My truck was ready when promised, they kept me informed throughout the entire process and it was spotless when I picked it up. Everyone I dealt with was professional, and kind and displayed a high level of customer service. I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for good quality work and have about two months to wait for your car to be repaired. Oh yeah, and extra money for rental after the 30 days is up covered by insurance. Then this is the place to go.

I had extensive hail damage to my car. Their work was spectacular! I had many people asking me if I got a brand new car. The only difficulty I had was timing of the car being done. I think getting the parts was an issue so that wasn t all on them. They also handled everything with my insurance and rental car, that alone was worth the longer time they took working on my car.

We recently had our Toyota 4 Runner repaired by the team at Larry Walkers. They did an excellent job! My big shout out is to Dustin Gallimore. He went above and beyond with customer service through the whole process! They deserve 10 Stars Thanks to everyone at LW Body Shop!

I brought my car here to have work completed after someone hit my car. I went to a couple other shops to have estimates done but this one really stuck out. The experience was awesome. They call to follow up with you and make sure things are aligned for you to have a speedy visit. They handled my rental car and I received a phone call shortly after the appointment was confirmed for drop off.Picking up my car I did not need to contact the rental company because they also accommodated to returning the rental for me. Once I took a look at my car I noticed that it was washed and cleaned in the inside ready for me to go. Awesome experience from start to end! Will recommend!

Would not recommend this place. I've taken my car there twice for 2 different incidents.A valet parking mishap and hail damage.The valet parking mishap resulted in them having to replace the door. Upon getting my car back I noticed my window rattled and (more than normal) wind noise. I took the car back, they looked at, test drove it and told me to bring the car back in and drop it off so they could look at it. You would think since it was their workmanship that they would have offered a rental or some form of transportation since he stated they needed several hours to fix it. Being single and living almost an hour away I just couldn't make it there by myself. So then came the hail damage. When the car was taken in for the hail damage,I asked them to fix the door that wasn't right. When I picked the car up from the hail damage repair they stated I was good to go. All seemed OK on the ride home. Then the window started to rattle again and the wind noise was just as bad. 3 days after I get the car back , someone side swiped me in a parking lot. Not being happy with the service I received I went elsewhere. I told the guy what the car had been through and he pointed out that the door/fender were not properly lined up. He stated most likely due to non OE parts, but it should have been fixed during the repair. It's something I really didn't notice , but now can't unsee. I will not now, nor will I ever deal with this business again.

I cannot say enough about Larry Walker and Sons. My car was hit on a Friday afternoon the day before we were to leave for the beach. They took care of everything and got my car to their shop to repair. I didn't have to worry about anything. I received phone calls from Paul with updates as well as from the front office. They were so friendly and helpful. It was such a stress free experience and my car looks amazing! I picked it up and it was shiny and clean. I will never take my car to anyone else.

From the second I walked in to get my quote until my work was completed I was completely satisfied with their service and professionalism! They kept me updated daily on the progress of my car whether it was a text or a phone call. Once my car was finished and I came to pick it up it looked brand new. They cleaned my car up too! I highly recommend!!

I am so pleased with the work they have done for my car. They keep you updated step by step of the process and have you back in your vehicle in a timely fashion. If you want the best this is the place! I highly recommend Larry walker & son's.

So glad this place was on my preferred list for my insurance, because they were incredible. They got me in quickly for an estimate, and the repairs were scheduled promptly after that. They had my car back to me efficiently and it was SPOTLESS. My car's never been so clean! And the repairs were perfect. They were so professional, explained everything about the process well, and communicated great during the process.They were the best part of a crummy situation with my accident, and finding them was the silver lining! I'll never take my car elsewhere! Don't hesitate to bring your car here, they'll take care of it.

Outstanding service! Very professional, Justin was super cool to work with. The team makes you feel right at home with the whole process. The ladies at the front desk are all super friendly, the shop did an amazing job on fixing my truck bedside, I couldn t believe it. Brian and his crew are simply amazing. I live 45 minutes away and if I have any work that needs to be done on vehicles this is the only place they go. They are very unprofessional, they have my car and they keep saying this week will be ready, this week will be ready and nothing. They keep saying some part didn't fit we have to order a new oneis going to be ready next week. DON'T take your cars there!

Very professional!! The office is clean and neat, the office staff is phenomenal, and the mechanic taking care of my car is awesome. My husband and I both received service there and we have zero complaints. Thy call to give you updates on your car. I thank them so much for their service!

Since the very first moment I opened the door, I felt welcomed. The service provided was awesome and fast! Everybody was very friendly and efficient. My car was fixed rapidly and was cleaned and washed as if the car was theirs. I also got a great rental while the car being fixed. They are wonderful company and they have an amazing staff. They kept us informed with what was going on and they took great pride in fixing my vehicles. Just got my car back from having larry walker and sons repair it where someone had hit the back end. They went above and beyond. Everything was fixed perfectly, they explained exactly what would be done and were finished with my car in the time frame given. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was a super nice surprise! Larry Walker and Sons has repaired 2 cars for us. They are professional and kept us informed as to progress. Both cars look great, you couldn't tell there was ever a problem! I definitely will use them again if needed.

Wow! If you need body work, Larry Walker & Sons knocks it out of the park. Not only do our cars look brand new when we get them back, but the customer service is outstanding. We had our Highlander in for some body work when someone backed up into it on the side. As soon as we got the ball rolling, those girls in the front were on it. I didn t have to do a thing. They did it all. The guy who came out to look at the damage was very nice and informative. The one who came out and answered my silly question at pick up was just as nice. He didn t act like it was silly or that he didn t have time to think about a sticker. He treated it like it was the most important question I had. I love getting the updates from them as well. If customer service has a hall of fame, this place needs to be at the top. So much could be learned from them. If you need body work, I promise you will not be disappointed. I will use them each and every time (but let s hope I don t have any more incidents ).Services: Painting, Body & Trim
