Truly went above and beyond on my v8 2uz heads I brought in! Prior owner cooked the heads from a coolant pipe leak, took it here and they not only decked both sides (was expecting just the block mating surface), they were cleaned up and even had 3 valve cover gasket bolts I was going to extract myself that were taken out, all for a price that s better than the other shops I followed up with. The suv runs excellent and hasn t leaked or lost a drop of coolant. Definitely recommend you go here!Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Motor building

Amazing guy! Working basically by himself and we needed some bolts drilled out and he said It will be ready laster this afternoon..... I was expecting a day or 2 at the least! But as promised he called a few hours later to come pick up and it was perfect. Got it back on the car with no problems.

Absolutely the best. Amazing quality work at a great price. Scott can repair pieces and engine components that most machine shops could never do. I've experienced this first hand with a cylinder head that three other local machine shops said was "unrepairable", and Scott was able to fix it without a second thought. Great guy and business.

Dropped off a head to get machined and a valve job roughly about February 14th. Kept calling and asking if it was done, got nothing but excuses. At first the surfacing machine was broken, then they'd tell me they were getting it finished the next day. A couple of weeks later they realized they didn't have the valve seals for it. Then when they finally finished the head on April 24th they didn't even bother to call me to let me know it was finished. The shop didn't offer any apology or any discount for it taking over two months. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Surfaced a flywheel while we waited. Did a great job and very knowledgeable about the VG30 engine we're working on. Will use him again for the rest of the engine work.

Dropped a set of heads off to have shaved, checked in 2 weeks, was told they should be done the next Monday. Returned on that day and they had not even started on them. Picked up my heads and left.

he said it would be 3 weeks .. i picked up my parts 7 weeks later not even touched.. I took the parts to ashboro got the the parts back in a week ..wish I could put 0 stars

Best machine shop in the triad area hands down. They might take a moment but it's right and correct and very knowledgeable on correct way to do machine work 1000% recommend.
