I have drove by this place so many times. I thought it was a tire place only. Well I was wrong.. I had to have my car repaired and fast. I called and got a quote for breaks and rotors. Was happy with the quote so I took my car in there on a Thursday afternoon. I asked them to also check a few other things and also to replace my windshield. So they broke everything down to me price wise . I told them to go ahead. There was like 6 things all in depth jobs. So they amazed me with having it done by the time they closed Friday evening at 6 pm!! Not only was it a very reasonable price for all , they worked and got the jobs done so fast !! The owners wife dealt with me. Very nice and explained everything to me. The lady who first answered the phone was also very professional and nice.I am truly grateful for the workers that worked hard to get it done in one day and the price was very reasonable. They definitely went above.. and they definitely got a new customer now for both my future car needs. Thank you again !! Greatly appreciate you all. Car drove wonderful on way home too

Caught a flat not too far from this shop. Let me say they were great with every effort to getting me a tire even tho they didn't have any in stock and went over and beyond to figure something out so I wasn't left stranded. Austin was a great attentive service man and I appreciate your time and efforts. YOU GOT ME RIGHT BACK ON THE ROAD! Thank You to the receptionist as well because you made it happen for me. Absolutely great experience. The customer service from the front desk attendant to the mechanic. As a visitor to the area, I was made to feel like a local. I'm grateful that my brother-in-law referred me to this business. I also loved the waiting area (w/ WiFi) Oftentimes, waiting areas are cramped and unclean. Not Dr. Ron's!! People need doctors and cars do too!!

After getting a horrendous quote of $1200 for only a fuel rail replacement from a nationwide auto shop, I was referred to Dr. Rons for a second opinion. I was able to get the fuel rail AND a whole set (6) of fuel injectors for $300 less than that original quote. The communication was spot on as a lot of shops seem to forget to keep you in touch these days. If that wasn't enough for five stars, it only took them a handful of days to get everything finished. Beyond commendable work and I would recommend Dr. Rons to anyone!

absolutely saved our a$$ minutes before closing. two other shops down the road turned away our service when we are an hour away from home but finally we came in here no hesitation instantly jumps to help.very nice and understanding staff took great care of usif i was ever in the area again i would definitely come back

My husband has brought both of our cars here and we ve been really happy with the service. I m so tired of NTB and the other chains that try to take every penny you ve ever had and hold your car for hours or overnight - it s nice to find a place that seems trust worthy.

The worst experience ever i do not wish that for anyone else. I called before I came for an alignment the lady that I spoke with told me they will check all component on suspension before proceed with doing alignment on my 2013 nissan pathfinder she never advised me I was gonna be charge to check the cause of my previous alignment not to be accurate , she check vehicle over 2 hours and still didn't discover anything that cause the real problem of my vehicle and still charge me 30 dollars for not finding nothing. And try to make me pay for parts the vehicle didn't need. I immediately went somewhere else they change back left tire and tie rod problems solved the issue, Ron tire auto service lack of knowledge and still trying to over charge customers for unwanted parts ..

Didn't ask enough information on vehicle before setting an 8am appointment. Unable to work on duallys.Edit: alignment work. At any rate, I don't like being inconvenienced. They do have a nice waiting room though. Have an extra star for that.

I have visited the shop a few times. I find them to be very courteous and concerned for the proper repair(s) of my car. My Technician, Austin, is one of the most humble Technians I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Had brakes worked on here, when I came to pick up my car the pedal was completely limp and just dropped to the floor. Wow! Made them fix the death trap they made and expected me to drive home.

To make a long story short this place has helped me through my car troubles. I came in because I had my starter go out, while they replaced my started one of my hoses got knocked loose and my car would over heat. I advised Ron about my issue and he was so happy to have me bring it back in so he can take a look. He noticed a clap had been loose and he replaced it for me free of charge. I couldn t be more happy with this place and how they make the customer feel like they are their number one priorityService: General repairs & maintenance

We have had a great expirence here. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star because the last time we had a small issue the guy was willing to fix and another guy that didn't know anything about why I was back was trying to tell me I needed to pay for it and was being rude when I had already spoke to someone and they straight said it was their mistake and they would fix it. He should have minded his business.

I brought my mom s Focus in to have the check engine codes resolved after a failed inspection (and a ticket I had gotten.) I was in a tight spot needing it repaired ASAP but the part we needed was discontinued and would have to be located and shipped to me. Your staff went over and above. I returned once I got the part and they resolved the issue- no more check engine light! I will be back and I will recommend y all to anyone needing affordable and professional car repairs. Great customer service!! Very friendly staff!! Me and my mother came in today and we was in and out in less than two hours. Which is great timing compared to other shops. I would highly recommend this shop out of all the ones in High Point. 10 out of 10. Also great prices!! If you go here tell them I sent you. Brian and Chris were also very friendly and nice. It was a lady in the front that was nice as well, didn t get to get her name. Props to her as well. Service: Wheel alignment

Finally found a shop I can trust and very fair priced. They stand by their work and are very honest about any issues. Got work done to my suspension, axles and differential seals were leaking about a month ago and they got it done all in one day. Other shop's wanted to keep it for a few days but they did it all in a day and I'm definitely satisfied.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Very hospitable and professional. Timely work. Everyone seemed knowledgeable about there jobs. They informed me about all of the work that was being done, they left me with no surprises as to what was being done to the vehicle. I would recommend checking them out if you have auto work needing to be done.

They went above and beyond for me when my car died. I knew it was going to be time to get another car. After troubleshooting and trying everything possible I learned from them Dodge darts are poorly made and they showed and explained everything in great detail to me about the dead dart. I'm grateful that he did everything possible & like most repair shops would charge you an arm and a leg, they did not. I could afford to pay for the work and then I got another vehicle. Now I go to Dr Ron's for any reason I have to get checked. They are honest, trustworthy and they make sure you car is in tip top shape and safe before you leave the shop. Super friendly service, beautiful inside waiting area. I felt like I was at home. Good people and God bless them for all they do.

Great experience!! I have taken my car here several times and each time the job is done properly. The customer service is amazing and most of all they are very knowledgeable and directly communicate what's going on with your car. My husband took my car to Dr. Ron's after making $3000 in previous repairs, to fix the air, the final repair needed to make this my primary means of transportation. My car was totaled while in Dr. Ron's care. Dr. Ron promised he could put the car back together better than it was before to make this right. We took him at his word, OUR MISTAKE. He had the car almost 2 months, he did a very cheep repair and paint job, only painting the front end of the car returning it to me 3 different colors of yellow. Who only paints 1/2 a car after an accident??? No this is not a new car, it is a 1999 Bettle but it was mine, paid for and one color of "faded" yellow when my husband dropped it off for air conditioning repairs. This is not the first car per Dr. Ron that has been totaled in his care. Don't trust him, customer service is not his first priority and it should be as a small business owner!Sincerely,A very angry X customer

It was actually really disappointing experience because of the great reviews. I just needed back breaks on my mustang, was quoted $170 w/out rotors and servicing. If you use a credit card it's a 10% fee and the ATM machine was down. My mother used their services, It's $60 just for them to look at the car. They gave us a two hour time frame. It turned into over five hours , and that was just to find out what was wrong. They need to improve their customer service, no phone call saying that they needed extra time to find out what's wrong with car. Expensive and long wait time with no communication, will go elsewhere next time.In response to owner:Like I stated in my review,I was told $170 NOT including rotors, services or taxes that's why I didn't get the service done. It seems someone at the shop quoted me incorrectly.If you need more time working on a vehicle, CALL your customers.Lack of communication and quoted price(s) is the reason for the review.

CUSTOMER BEWARE ! !They damaged the latch for my hood latch. The hood release had been smooth as butter before entering this shop. After the so-called "repair" I now have to pull extremely hard on the hood release just to get it to open, Also now I have to "Hulk" slam the hood to get it to Securely close and because of that fact they knew they'd damaged it when they had to close it. So why not fix it before releasing it to me.Since I picked it up after hours, had been using my other vehicle and trusted the integrity of this shop I didn't check it out for a couple of days ,which is my fault.NEVER AGAIN !!...back to the Guys on Ward Street.

I sent my truck to pick up products in High Point from our store in Asheville. My driver noticed the engine was running hot and found Dr Ron's Tire and Auto. They were able to take us in, diagnose that a water pump was needed and were able to replace and repair by the next morning. Amazing service!! I highly recommend and will use them in the future if we have any truck issues..Service: General repairs & maintenance

They are high and over overpricing how can a radiator be $1,000 brand new for a 2013. I took my car to get a water pump put on they told me the water pump was fine it was a pipe that was loose . They charged me $100 to tighten a pipe they also told me that I need a left axle said okay cuz I don't need a water pump I'll just use that money to get the axle fixed $500 3 weeks later I get to work I got water everywhere I'll check the pipe the pipe no leaks the water pump gone. I called back and told themthey going to tell me it'll be $585 to get the water put on which I asked them to do in the beginning.

Never go back to this place. I changed tires at this place, instead of offering me alignment after tires change they returned me twice saying they cannot do alignment coz their alignment machine has a truck sitting there. I requested tires changed and alignment in the beginning. They should know alignment needs to be done after tire change. waste of money.Service: Tires

I m very disappointed. I never thought I would have to submit a negative reiew but I m that bothered. Before Dr. Ron moved to this new location he was very friendly and caring about his customers. My husband was there on a Friday was told his vehicle will be ready before they closed. He sat in the lobby waiting. Dr. Ron walk pass him 3 times and did not bother to speak. No value of my husband s presence or appreciative of his business. Car wasn t fixed as promised, there was no offer to give him a ride home bcuz I was out of town. Hubby uber home $18 of course associates called on Saturday stating vehicle will not be ready and more repairs needed our vehicle was worked on less than two weeks ago why did they see what the issues were.
