Highly recommend! All the Gentlemen here were super helpful, attentive and very professional. They helped me pick out rims and tires, which I loveee. They had my rims/tires in without delay. Called me when they were in, and set them up for me while I was at work . I love thier customer service. 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you Brandon ,Mike ,I think Greg /David , techs and anyone else who helped.

Assistant manager Ruben helped install these Moto wheels on a set of Hankook Pathfinder shoes!! And I love it! Great staff, hard work, attention to detail. Go get you some new shoes too!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire! The service was not only quick but also exceptionally professional. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of promptly, as they always have. What impressed me the most was their friendly approach it felt like dealing with a group of people who genuinely care about their customers.

After trying several other tire businesses (I had a nail in a tire) in High Point and getting "1 1/2 hour" to "two hour" wait comments, I was finally referred to Discount Tire right off W. Wendover and Penny Rd. None of the staff at the other places even offered to look at the tire, except Mike at Beeson.Brandon came right out when I pulled up, took one look, pulled out a curved, tiny spike (not even 1/2" long), checked if it actually caused a leak - Nope!, and sent me on my way.That's what I call Excellent Customer Service - Brandon, I am now your biggest fan! And my puppy, Bud, liked you, too Thank you so much!

Service here is top notch. I ordered my tires and made appointment online. Got a call to confirm my tires were there and to confirm my appointment. On the day of my appointment, Martin greeted me at my car, checked me in and said I should be ready in about 45 minutes. Less than 45 minutes later I was notified my car was ready!Excellent Excellent service!!! Keep up the good work everyone.And I am so satisfied with the work performed. Thank you.

Austin did an amazing job fitting us in ten minutes before closing time. We were in desperate need of plugging our tire, and they worked quickly and efficiently and had us back on the road in thirty minutes!

Easy to purchase the tire and book an online. Needs to step up customer service when you walk in. Simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Service Dept was quick and very accommodating. Smooth transaction.

I arrived about 12:55pm on Monday to get some tires. I was at Toyota recently and 1 of my tires was balding, bad! Kenny greeted me when I walked in. He checked my tires and two of them tires at 4/32, 1 at 3/32, and 1 at 2/32. This was slightly different from what Toyota said.Nonetheless, I ended up getting a full get of Roadhugger at $144 each with a 60K mile warranty. Kenny said this was be good because I m a traveler. The total was $831 total after parts and labor. I ended up applying and getting a store credit card are they offered 6 months interest free.Kenny told me I could be out and ready by 3pm. When he rung me up, the current wait time was like an hour. I was told to come back between 2:15-2:30 to have the tires put on. I left and went to my office up the street and came back at 2:20pm. At 2:55pm, my car was still in the same spot I left it. I went to check on status and I was told that my car was next. My car was taken to the bay at 3pm. My car was ready at 3:19pm. I could immediately tell the difference! The next thing I gotta get is brakes. Why is car maintenance so expensive? :(

Martin was absolutely fabulous...he was right on the ball as soon as I pulled in and didn't even wait for me to come in! SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was early for my appointment but they got me right in and out in record time! I have been exceptionally pleased with the service I have received from discount tire and I will continue to use them and brag about them!

Professional, and courteous service.The entire staff knows their business, and does well at their respective positions.That coupled with great tire availability and good prices makes for a good business.I also noticed how they make everyone feel welcome and comfortable, men and women alike.

04/02/2024: Not once have I gone to Discount tire and get a flat repaired; always it's on the side of the tire etc. Well, trying to sell 2 tires is a Big jump; never attempted to see what caused the leaking of air. I will never go again and I Pray that others read this. Shameful!

T provides exceptional customer service! He has the customer's best interest at heart, not sales driven at all. He caught and brought to my attention a shortcoming that the dealership missed and confidently stood his ground when questioned.** I highly recommend T's services!

The staff is very friendly and courteous! I was able to sit in my vehicle and watch the Young men rotate and balance my tires. They did it quickly and also did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and will continue to go to this location!!! Highly satisfied

Highly recommend. I ordered my tires online and had them installed. When I got a flat on my new tires, at the holidays, T got my hooked up with a full size spare while we waited on my new tire to come in (under warranty). They quickly installed once my new tire arrived. Thank you!

Highly recommend stopping in and seeing Mike. He's the man for fitment and tire fitment as well. He's been very helpful and so has discount tire there very nice guys there and they'll take care of you. The guys who install the tires and wheels care about the process and they take good care of you. Highly recommend, also Ruben Berrier is awesome too he's very helpful I'll always return to only this location.

The manager LB was very nice, had brought 4 new tires and the next day one was flat, took my car back to discount tires and they replaced right then and there, no questions. He was very helpful.

We needed tires for our small Kia Rio. This location provided excellent service and had an extremely accurate wait time estimate. I think ultimately it was off by 2 minutes. They also price matched with minimal effort on my part. Also, their bathroom was very well maintained. Great job Discount Tire

Super friendly and super fast. Put 4 tires on faster than my chevy dealer does an oil change. No lie. I bought the tires online at their site and made an appointment. Very efficient. If you can do your own research or know what you want, that's the way to do. Saved $100 over going to an actual Goodyear and have all of the warrantees, etc.

I had originally given more stars, but after my last trip, I wish I could give 0, but 1 star is fair because the guys actually working on my vehicle were quick, and did a great job. Especially Austin, super cool dude. Have been using discount/americas tire since I started driving. This one of two bad locations I've been to in the country. Went in for a tire rotation, Ruben came out to my car to greet. Did the normal mileage check and tread depth read. I put windshield wipers on the vehicle 2 weeks before, but he immediately tried to upsell me wipers. I said I just replaced them and won't be buying more and he said "well that is foolish". What? I let it go, then we walk inside and I'm directed to the tread depth chart, where he points and says the 80k tires I put on 11k miles ago and are in the red, and they need to be replaced. I said sure if you guys are doing it for free, we paid for certs and have rotated them 3 times now. He looked at me and said "well, it's your family's safety". I've been buying tires since before he was born, I've been working on vehicles since before he was born, the tires have atleast 75% tread. It was laughable, his poor attempt at upselling. I know corporate won't do anything when I call, so decided to leave another review. This location is the worst, the desk dudes are the most predatory "sales people" I've come across. This location is about as low as used car sales people. I will continue to use discount/americas tire, but I promise I won't be back to this one.

Mike ( highpoint ) is a superstar. I have dealt with Discount in many states for over 20 years. Also the best! one issue they use Synchrony Bank which is an inferior product. Stay away from Synchrony.Update and downgrade to 1 star .. 1/30/2024. ( Kernersville ) Brought in four new tires mounted and balanced. Bill was 166.00. This is insane. When you buy your tires there the same labor costs 88.00. Somebody is getting a poking and it won t be me twice. Employees are super but me thinks management is getting greedy.Update to update. Mavis Tire in Walkertown charges 67.00. Discount charged me 166.00. I won t be back. 22 year customer. Poof

Amazing experience from the moment we walked in. We were greeted multiple times and was seen by Robert. Robert was awesome and got me in some great tires for our budget he even suggested a place for us to get a bite to eat while we waited and the food was great; by the time we returned the car was ready way before the estimated time!!! Overall a wonderful experience.

I went in to get a tire plugged and they tried to upsell and overcharge me, claiming that I need 4 new tires for $600. My tires have plenty of tread left. I would avoid this location.

Don't have great expectations! First off my car is by no means in immaculate condition, its a 2002. But when the technician goes to chipping the paint on multiple wheels by prying the lug nut cover off, can't place the lug nut cover on three of the wheels correctly, doesn't follow directions on the work order stating "back right tire is the spare, original tire is in the trunk". Luckily I was paying attention and had them give me my spare tire back mounted and balanced. Then after the tech is done with it he rolls it to the door to the waiting room and then walks off making me wait even longer for someone else to get the tire.Somethings I can overlook, but you could easily look at three of the lug nut covers and easily tell that they were not installed in the correct orientation and therefor were not flush with the rest of the wheel.
