We were recommended by a coworker who has been going to them for years. So we gave them a try, and they have been extremely fair with their prices. They have been very transparent in what the issues with the cars are, and I never felt like we were trying to be upsold something we didn't need.

Marvin was great in helping me look at a couple cars I was interested in buying. He was quick to tell me the immediate issues with their estimate in cost. He even helped explain the issues to the owner. Not only that but he even referred me to someone that could help me find a vehicle. He was so honest and genuinely wanted to help. I will definitely go back!

The best mechanic shop with reasonable prices and warranty. I had repairs priced at $1200 and Marvin completely fixed everything for me at $300. . this is just a testament to the genuine and reliable service they provide. They will not try to rip you off.. I well NEVER go anywhere else.

Very honest and reasonable. Good communication. I had them check my car out and was very surprised when they did not find any serious problems. Being a woman, many repair shops try to pad the repair bill. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I have been a customer since 1988. They have always had reasonable charges and excellent service. I would not even consider going to any other auto repair location. They are the BEST. They give us ladies honest information and explain what needs to be done and why.

He claimed to have fixed my silverado's problem (it will simply not start randomly) and charged nearly 500.00, for it to do the same again, he took it back and didn't look at it extensively to figure out where the problem came from. Then failed to call for several days to give us some information on how things were going. He simply shruged it off and left it parked for days. We ended up coming to get it since we need it to work. $500.00 after we still deal with not being able to start it sometimes.Failed at communication.Failed at offering a partial refund.Failed at the skills to point out the problem.If you have a similar issue. Do more research before you go for him. Electrical problems may not be his strongest point.

Cromer auto repair are very honest & always helpful.Marvin & Randy Cromer are like doctors to our cars, for the past 20 years & they always perform their duties to par & more!!!Their work is always superior and very prompt and above all their Charges are very reasonable!.

I would not recommend coming here, not professional or helpful in the least. I had trusted Cromers with my 2008 Suzuki Forenza for years. Long story short, they deemed it nothing but scrapable and mediated a bad sale in which the vehicle was never scraped and was repaired. Not only that but I am now incurring/disputing charges of the new owner on this vehicle. Cromers said they would work with me when charges first incurred but I never heard from them. Never did anything to help even though they put me in this situation. I was better off going to Carmax.

Good fair price and service. My only issue was that i dropped off my truck and then had to call them to find out it was done. They never called me. They are pretty busy but take my truck whenever I bring it over.

He does great work at an affordable price and he doesn't take forever to fix your car. He is one of the rare trustworthy car repair shops. He can even work on European cars cuz I have a mini and he's worked on mine
