I paid just under $800 to have my starter replaced and after I paid, I went out to my car and... it didn't start. I was told the technician and manager weren't available and go call back during the week. (I went yo pick it up Saturday and called Monday) after speaking to the manager, I was told I wouldn't be given any of my money back and the paperwork stated that my car didn't start, just "turned over" .. wouldn't recommend and I plan on contacting a lawyer to see if I have any legal course of action. I was lied to and robbed. Never going there again.

I miss Bryson and Yvonne. I know that when you are new you may make mistakes, but listening to the customer's needs and expectations are critical to avoiding small mistakes which can hold up the repairs of your vehicle. The wrong part was brought for my car because the manager did not take the time to acquaint himself with my car. This causes him to buy the wrong part which extend the time to get my vehicle repaired. A little communication and friendliness could also go a long way as well to make the wait more bearable.
