Come in got gas, spend to much. Didn't know I can't use two payments. They older white lady that was working shout it out to me about that I was not able to do that. I ask to do it over and she got upset and told me that my money not going to be on my account so I sent my money to my card. When I try to do it again she told me this my last time. I told it her job to do it so if I wanted her to do it again she going to do it. I ask for her name and she said none your business. I will never come here again. Very rude and disrespect customer service. This was earlier in the morning at 8:47am. Call the manager and he apologized and told me that how she get and he will talk to her. Give it 0 stars.

My family and I have been going here for years. For all the cars we've had, Brentwood has provided excellent and affordable service. If you want an honest mechanic in the area, look no further.

We got a flat on a road trip. Luckily we pulled right off the highway and landed here! The nice man told us to pull up. He quickly looked at our flat, plugged it, charged us $16, refused a tip, and we were on the road in about 20 minutes. So kind! Life savers!Service: TiresService: Tires

This local gas station provides basic car repair work, used tire sales, and Penske truck rental services. Their prices for auto repair work are competitive when compared to dealerships. However, their selection of used tires is limited to common sizes, so it is recommended to call ahead to confirm availability. It should be noted that due to their partnership with Penske truck rentals, their gas prices are often higher than average. Overall, this is a typical local gas station with a somewhat unpolished appearance.

Yeah they can be rude. But that s not the only issue. Unfortunately that rudeness is a god complex, he will never be wrong about anything. Even when it s a proven fact. Came in for a van pulling to the left. Did an alignment, still pulls to the left. Brought it back in and says they d recheck it. Nothing changed. Come back again and refuses to look at it, says it s fine with an attitude - but it s obviously still pulling. Wouldnt even go for a 5min drive with me to confirm it. What a disgrace. Already cancelled out tire issues and front end components. Brought it to statewide , formerly called Ronnie Beck. They were able to tell me exactly how to align it correctly.Service: Wheel alignment

I take all of my vehicles here for service and I have never had a bad experience. Gary and his crew are some really good people. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else except here. I appreciate the good work and they also stand by their work which is something that definitely makes me feel better and gives me a piece of mind knowing that the job was done right. Give them a chance.

Pulled up to the business this morning second in line behind a young lady get a new tire! Went in to put name on list! (For Valve Stem replacement!) I guess Gary came in with a Attitude this Rainy Saturday morning! Cause I guess he thought he was talking to a TEENAGER! But don t know I m a GRANDPA and paying customers! Went a mile down the road to JUNIOR S #2 TIRE SHOP AND WAS DONE IN 5 minutes! Sad that you not understanding the world and this New world order! Sad to be a business owner and lose customers cause you woke up on the wrong side of the bed! CLOWN!

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanics but when I went to these guys, they was upfront and honest. The pricing is fair and really just like anywhere else you just have to have patience. I have told several people already about them and I will tell more. Thank you for everything you did for my daughter car.

I rented a Penske Truck here recently. Each time I called for information and/or to reserve, I was told to wait for John and waited in excess of 5-10 minutes before having the hang up and call again. Upon arrival, I had to wait an hour for them to bring the truck to the store that was supposed to be there waiting on me first thing in the morning, which caused me to be late to my deadline to pickup my equipment. I politely asked John if he would do anything for me, since I had to wait for an hour to get my vehicle. He got an attitude with me out of no where and walked out saying he just wasn't going to rent the vehicle to me because I was mad at him. I never said I was mad at him, but simply asked if they were planning on doing anything for me for my one hour wait and inconvenience, which actually cost me a few hundred dollars on the deal that I had to arrive to that evening. He finally got over his temper tantrum and rented me my vehicle but was a jerk the entire time. I own 3 companies here in the Triad and pride myself on customer service and promptness. I haven't been spoken down to or treated so disrespectfully in a decade. I highly suggest that unless they terminate John (unless he's the owner...I don't know), that anyone abstain from conducting business with this company. He's an absolute embarrassment to the company.

The people at Brentwood Service are always friendly and helpful. I rent trucks from John and also get my car serviced by Gary. John goes out of his way to get a truck for me at the right price-no matter the time of day. The service department is trustworthy and efficient. You are always in good hands at Brentwood Service. It is a family owned business that treats you like family while you are there.

I highly would NOT recommend this place to anyone.I called to make an appointment and the guy was very very RUDE. He spoke with an angry voice and was snappy saying they don't work on Mini Cooper and hang up. This is what a trash shop is.

These idiotic so-called mechanics actually put a woman's life at risk said they plugged and patched up a tire and they did nothing of the sort. If your business is so strung out and not doing that well when you have to literally take $10 from a woman who's traveling it's pretty sad and I think you should close the doors for good... I would never ever suggest anybody do any type of business with this company it is the worst they are bootleg and they just don't know exactly what they're doing

I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I went while 8 months pregnant to have my truck inspected. After THE OWNER, ANTHONY, lost my paperwork, he proceeded to blame me for the loss and cuss me out. He disrespected me like I have never been before then threatened to lock me in the store and call the cops! I encouraged him to do so and he told me to leave! If I hadn't been 8 months pregnant, ANTHONY would've met his maker that day!! I won't be back for even a half of gallon of gas and will do my happy dance when karma shuts this place down!! People like this don't need to be out in the public!!!!

The service manager Gary is friendly and knowledgeable, you are treated like family when you are there, and there is almost always a follow up call to make sure everything is going well. I will highly recommend Brentwood Service Station's service department and put it up against any other's for quality and price right work.

This is an NC inspection place. That is their bread and butter and tire changes. If its simple then its in and out. Dont expect anything else even though they state they are a full service mechanic. They only have 2 bays and they dont even show up on time to open their own shop.

I called Beamer Tire and they wanted $700 to do the front & rear brake job...Brentwood said they would do it for $260. Take a guess where I went!

I have never seen a worst customer service . very rude that made me change my mind and got out of the shop without let him even look at my car. .. I will never go there again and. I will not recomend. that shop to nobody. sucks .

I took my car down there to get a power steering pump and up getting my cosole light broke by my sun roof they lied and said that they did not do it now it's hard for me to get it fixed because my car is a 2005 Maxima

I like them for their price but they're continously running behind so it's hard to get service without waiting hours And the 'receptionist' doesnt know how to talk to people-At All.And neither do the MAIN mechanic
