I love Beamer auto! I've been to both Greensboro and High point locations and they're very professional, friendly and competent in what they do.High point has comfy chairs and a computer workstation.They even offer a veterans discount of 10% which I really appreciate.

UPDATE: 5 months after my first review, I continue to be impressed with Beamer Tire & Auto. The (newer) owner is personable and fair, always knowledgeable about the repairs being made to my truck, and I never feel rushed when I ask him the many questions I usually have. The rest of the guys there, whether at the front desk or the mechanics, are all courteous, knowledgeable, and explain related issues in an understandable way. Thanks Beamer Tire & Auto!New to the area, and thrilled to have found my next new reliable auto mechanic company, Beamer Tire & Auto. A skilled, reasonable, trustworthy mechanic is a treasure, and the guys at Beamer are just that. Many thanks and much appreciation for your dedication to being top-notch!

I can always trust Beamer to take care of my vehicles. I have used them since 2012 and never had a single issue or problem with them. Professional and trustworthy and they really care for their customers. Thanks again guys

First time experience using Beamer to make a couple of repairs, fluid changes, and inspection. Because of the extent of the work it took 3 business days to complete. When I picked up my vehicle and drove it home I noticed a burnt oil smell and smoke from under the hood. Upon inspection under the vehicle one of the valve cover gaskets they replaced was leaking. I had to take my vehicle back and leave it again another day to be fixed. They took care of the issue at no extra charge and so far everything seems OK. Not sure what protocol is but I feel that. if I caught this issue after driving less than 3 miles it probably wasn t drove sufficient enough after the repair to make sure it was correct . Mistakes happen but I d recommend a longer test drive on a similar repair because this was one was easy to detect. Overall, I would probably use them again if needed.

David and his Team are Amazing. They are all professional, personable, knowledgeable, and honest. I take all my vehicles here and they range from my work vans to my foreign cars. The App that they use to explain what you need for your vehicle is perfect. If you don t understand the language on the App. Just call and they will gladly walk you through what you need in a language you can understand. They never try to add ok unnecessary services to your bill, just take care of what you ask for and specify what else maybe urgent. Love doing business with this Team and Organization!Once again David and his Team have Exceptional Service!! Had some smoking going on with my Daughters BMW X5. I called the day before to see when they could look at it? They said have it here by 7:45 am and we will take care of you. Michael was there as promised remembering the phone call and I was out with in five minutes. They had the issue diagnosed by 8:15 am and gave a price that was reasonable. They also explained it detail what it was, what issues it was causing, and what the best course of action to correct. We picked the car up by the end of day. Another Outstanding job by the Team and they will always have my business as well as my recommendation..I had a 3pm appointment on 12/21/23 and was running a few minutes late due to prior appointment. Called to speak with Mike and he stated no problem we will be waiting. I pulled up they took my vehicle in immediately. They took care of my oil change and inspection along with a few bulbs that were out in a timely manner. While I was there another customer came in with an issues and was very concerned. Mike and the Team were eased her mind of her concern. The management and employees are polite, listen, and record problems with your vehicle. Prompt service and any issues that arise are taken care of in a timely manner. Fairness and honesty describe their business practice.9 November: I appreciate the updates on work being performed and someone is always available to answer questions. Did a good job fixing my wheel and brakes. Brakes don t leak and car drives solid and straight. Seems more sturdy and tighter on the steering wheel.

I had a wonderful experience this morning! I took my van in to get my oil changed. It was quick! They started on time and kept me informed about the progress. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating. Stop by and give them a try!

David was great. He and his staff were very accommodating to my overwhelming schedule. The price was exactly as estimated and fair. Everything was also well explained as well as the immediacy or lack thereof for repairs. This was my third time using Beamer and it will not be my last. My only disappointment is my tire pressure light came on leaving the shop. Overall a great, ethical, knowledgeable, LOCAL business. Thanks, team!

I was greeted in a professional manner, with a review of service requested. I explained an additional problem I wanted repaired. After checking the problem, I was advised it could be repaired. The expected cost was revealed prior to beginning service. Final bill was less than expected. Total time was less than an hour. I had yet to visit this establishment after moving to the area not too long ago. After having a few issues with our Scion I called around and nobody could fit us in on the time frame needed. Michael took the time to get me in and address all the issues we were having. Not only was the service exceptional, it was extremely reasonable given what most auto shops charge these days.Michael's professionalism and overall care for the situation sold me to make this our new one stop shop for everything automotive.Also, the main reason I called them was I was talking to a friend at work about the issues I was having getting in a shop in such a small window timeframe wise and he said, verbatim, "your first mistake was that you haven't called Beamer on Parris Ave."Not a plug, not coerced, just plainly saying this is one of the best experiences I've had in dealing with a mechanic

Easy to get ahold of, set realistic expectations and do exactly as they say. Was able to have my truck diagnosed and fixed within the same day. More serious problems may take longer but they know what they're doing and I definitely saw improvement after I picked my vehicle back up. my brake pedal went almost all the way to the floor when i was-going to my job this morning. I was close to Beamers so I pulled in there to see if they could check my brake fluid level.He did check that and tried the brake pedal. Fluid was fine but they didnt want me to drive it.Got daughter in law to drop me off on her way to work. Beemers called me after checking it and told me the problem in plain language and the cost. By 2:30 they called. the car was ready with a major brake repair completed. They were so nice. with no appointment they were able to get my car fixed the same day and with everything that needed replaced i was sure the cost was reasonable.They also gained a new customer.

I was stuck with 2 flat tires on Labor Day and had my car towed to Beamer. The next morning (before 9) I had already been contacted about an estimate. Just from that conversation, I had already felt comfortable with who was going to be taking care of my car. When I went to pick up my car, I received attentive and courageous customer care. Overall a 10/10 experience! Thank you Beamer Tire HP!

High Point Beamer Tire and Auto has been my go-to place for the last eight years. I love their honesty and ethics. Recently I was in to have my brakes checked just to be sure . I easily could have been told that I needed new brakes but was reassured that my brakes are still well within the safe measurement. I have found over the years that the folks at this location are good people and will continue to be my car care team!Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations

I was extremely surprised on the customer service and communication I received. There were several issues going on with my car and David and the technician continued to keep me informed on progress and cost. I can't remember the last time I felt like I received proper diagnosis and fair pricing on labor and parts. This was my first time but it will not be my last. Always has great service at Beamer s. After getting a tire patch that failed from another tire dealer, I made sure we went to Beamer s to buy new ones. A plugged or patched tire has never failed me from them.Service: TiresService: Tires
