AMAZING customer service loved how quick and professional the environment is!!! Got helped by an extraordinary worker his name was Brian L amazing customer service and always had a smile on his face. Definitely recommend him for any car problems or questions!!!

Amazing customer service. I had a flat tire and many problems occurred while attempting to fix it and the employees did everything in their power to get me back on my way and were very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Could not have asked for better help during an unfortunate time.

They sold me the wrong spark plugs after I specifically told him my model three times. Now I m here at the repair shop looking clueless and out 73$ more dollars

I stopped by there to order brake pusher/ accelerator.I asked a guy to help me to repair it. He willing and helped. I thanked him for his limited and gentleman!! He did it in 10 mins.. I am happy with his service!

I called and needed a water outlet for a 2010 Ford Escape 2.5L. Mark said the computer said they had one on hand, he double checked the shelf and they had it. I told him I was 5 minutes away and he had it waiting on the counter for me. Great parts and awesome service.

The customer service here is superb!!! These two young men went above and beyond..The associates were extremely helpful and patient in terms of explaining what parts I should buy for my car. He was also helpful in recommendations for where I could take my car as I am new to this area, I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Will and Yahir!

Updated went back in to get help on a part & Georgette was the greatest helper I had in years. I appreciate her to the fullest. Good help hard to find but when I get it I must share my experience. Also Kareem was Really nice, knowledgeable had good customer service skills, very helpful. I like to give my money to this type of business.

This deserves a 10 star review! I have had a pretty rough day with car trouble. I was finally able to get my van started and came to Autozone to have them test the battery. I was assisted by Mark at the store. He was incredibly patient, he went above and beyond, and discovered the issue right away. My van is running smooth but I was super impressed with how easy Mark made the whole situation. We need more Mark s in customer service.

Thanks to AutoZone on N. Main St., again! Omarr helped find the battery I needed and recommended that the only one they had might be a high price. I took some time to look around and found nothing better so I went back in to purchase the one they had. Many thanks to him and Kareem for removing the old battery and replacing with the new one quickly. Always great service from this store!

Let me tell you how amazing my experience was with the staff at this location. I came in Friday morning, 03/08/2019, in a frazzled panic because my car had broken down due to a dead battery and both windshield wipers had given up on me. There were snow flurries outside and i was (very) late for work..obviously not a great start to the weekend, but William came forward and asked how he could help me. I needed the battery tested and sure enough, I needed a new battery. Not only did this awesome guy do his job by selling the battery, he also put it in the car for me, because i had NO idea what to do. He educated me along the way and even helped me put on new wiper blades....IN THE SNOW... It completely changed my day knowing that someone who could've just let me figure it out somewhere else, instead took the time to help me out. I was so impressed that i just had to jump on and write a review. This guy deserves a promotion...a raise..BOTH..just keep him on staff, because he is clearly an asset to the company! If you need a good parts store.Check out this Auto Zone on north main. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable...they are friendly and trustworthy and genuinely just want to help folks out! I will be recommending this location going forward!

Went here looking for door visors/rain guards for the truck - they had 1 set in stock which was good but when my husband asked the guy if he would install them he said "for 500 bucks"

My Mom's car had been hesitating startingfor a week or so, well on Monday morning I had to call AAA for a jump, and to then a few hours later had to get another jump. I called AutoZone to ask about the battery I purchased a few years ago, to see if it was still under warranty. And it wasn't. I got a jump from my neighbor went to AutoZone on N. Main Street in High Point, NC, I received awesome service from Steve E.,he was friendly, courteous and made Us feel like we were the only customers that counted. He made my 83y/o mom feel at ease about spending her $$$ and NOT feeling pressured. He Installed the battery He thanked us for being a customer we thanked him for his great customer service when we were on our way.One Very Satisfied Customer

The best experience I have ever had at any auto shop.Before even entering the store Kareem and Nautica were holding the door and asking how they can help my fianc� and I.The service and help given from them both was that of owner status and should be recognized. Thank you for the great experience, I will be back for any auto needs from our experience tonight.

Kareem and Nautica... literally one of the best customer service experiences ever. Walked in looking for some replacement windshield wipers and left with a lesson in how to change them myself. Kareem got me covered right as I walked in the door How can I help you today? And then asked all the right questions and even helped me figure out what model my car was. He explained the difference between the different price tiers and helped me pick the right one for me. Then my guy Nautica came outside and showed me how to detach the old wiper and install the new one and then walked me through changing the other one. The professionalism, communication skills and customer service was above and beyond what I expected coming in. Will definitely come back if I ever have any auto projects in the future!

Came to get a diagnosis on my 2015 Kia Forte per the signal lights assuming an issue. Everything checked out fine, except for my bad battery. Thankfully Kareem pointed me in the right direction for several battery options, from least expensive to most also explaining in detail the difference between each. I didn t feel any pressure in making my decision nor with how long it took me too! He was patient, didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. Ask for Kareem on your next visit!!

The staff at this location are wonderful! So helpful and knowledgeable. They were very quick in helping me with a battery issue I was having with my car to get the problem resolved. I will be coming back to this location!

Service can be a little slow, but that's because the employees help each customer, giving them individual attention that suits their needs. I've typically been able to find the answers that I need, and it's nice to have a secondary resource when my 8-5 mechanic isn't available.

I bought a new battery for my company car and they installed it for free. The install took some time as it was hard to get to. They had to remove some things but did it no charge. Good over all experience.

We travel all over the country and have been to at least 10 auto parts stores in the past month. This Autozone and its employees have gone above and beyond our expectations! Great selection, quick ordering of parts, clean store, and helpful workers!

This is my fav autostore. This specific location. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. They are patient when trying to help you figure out your needs. They always go above and beyond to help out and offer great tips and suggestions.

Exceptional auto parts and service company. I warranty product went bad, very prematurely, which I just knew was going to be a Hassel to get corrected. Was I ever wrong!!!!! In and out, no issues, was I impressed? Absolutely!! Thank you AutoZone for being there!!
