They were really busy and they were waiting on people that had problems and didnt know information to fix their problem. The two guys at the counter were trying to help multiple customers at the same time. They were so nice. People not even know the year of their automobile would drive me crazy. They did a great job.

I bought a battery less than 1 year ago, and the battery died 3 times within a 2-week period. It was the Duracell gold with a 3-year warranty. I didn't realize they do not place batteries in some cars due to the computer needs to be reset. I think it's probably a good idea to buy t h r battery at a place where they're able to replace it if it needs to be replaced. Also, I was told they usually don't remove anything in the trunk in order to remove the battery. The battery is in the trunk under the spare tire and is bolted down. I understand it is more work to reach the battery, but I wish I knew that it would be a problem with replacement if needed.

GO TO THOMASVILLE they will not accept a warranty on anything electrical when it says it covers even abuse had to go to another AutoZone to get my battery returned that i bought two days prior when i have a year warranty(also ive had a friend that was getting a CRX starter got a new starter and wouldn't take it back under warranty and got rid of the original core when specifically asked not to) Dollar General employees even have 5 times more IQ than any of these people who work here

I am writing this review as honest as i can be, my father has been a loyal customer for 15 years. I would have never expected the treatment my PREGNANT sister received there today. My sister went in to change a part under warranty, she was told by Georgiette A sales person who knows our family business and know s how our mechanic business is.She claimed she was not able to sell anything to us since our family business has been closed for 6months she states she was told not to sell anything to us, when asked who? She stated the news told her not to sell anything. I honestly feel as if she disrespected our business and did not care about losing a costumer. Our business has been up and running for 7 years, just because we have not PURCHASED any parts from Autozone does not mean we are closed. She states there drivers drove around our business to see if we were opened, why is there concern if we are opened or not? Again, just because we DO NOT order parts or use Autozone as our primary source for parts, means we aren t in business. I am highly unsatisfied with the customer service and will not continue to support this Autozone. We have always had problems with this specific Autozone and today was the last straw. I definitely do NOT recommend ordering parts, or even step foot in the door.Corporate is aware of this situation.

Why work at a car parts store if you do not know anything about cars or car if I have to stand there for 30 minutes and wait for you to search on Google for an answer I'm asking you I could have just saved my gas my time and my sanity and looked it up at home I would never be back to AutoZone if anybody gets my business it will be O'Reilly's

Honestly I'm usually waiting in the car for my husband to get out of this place but he loves it I mean he says it's the cheapest place to get tools and he loves the fact that the people are bilingual there because he is Puerto Rican he speaks English in Spanish but you know he tends to prefer Spanish because that's his first language and he really loves his place I mean I don't really mess with tools so I don't really I did get a really cute tag decoration for my scooter which I thought was cool

My colleague had a very terrible experience with customer service at this particular store and I am very disappointed that we spend our money at these establishments and we don't get the service that we pay for. You should greet your customers with a pleasant smile and enthusiasm and this was so not the case. We need people that pride themselves in customer satisfaction because after all the customer is a priority.

This particular Autozone is one of the better ones I have been to. They are capable of keeping a line moving, and are quick to show or tell you where things are. Maybe it's the management, but these guys have always been concise and fast when it comes to shopping here. Too many auto stores have employees that move like they are stuck on 1/4 speed. Yall know what I mean. This is not one of those places. Their inventory is always neat and orderly. I have never seen things laying on the floor or categories of products be mixed up on the racks. People don't often realize that it takes effort to keep your shelves in that condition. Customers come in and do a number on the product displays. Nice job guys, keep up the good work.

Five Star Plus rating I've always loved AutoZone ever since they came to this area. They're one of my number one auto parts stores sometimes they have things other stores don't have I've always had an excellent excellent customer service work with you and forget what the part you need in a timely manner and never had to wait too long. Course I do understand sometimes you have to wait names of how busy they are. But they have been a outstanding company and store to deal with made a lot of great friends with him and they care they show that they care have a great attitude very positive attitude I will return the AutoZone soon. Thank you AutoZone you been great. I'm part of the AutoZone family.

I went into this particular autozone towards the later half of the evening with a slightly abnormal request and the lady at the front counter who seemed to be a [on duty] manager appeared to have some sort of mental block where if she could not simply look up a part number it just simply wasn t gonna happen, along with a not so nice attitude. However, a young man by the name of Zachary came out from the back and as soon as I spoke to him he asked how he could be of assistance. Together, and with his can do it attitude, we were able to find the part and solve my problem within 5 minutes. He was very polite and did not make me feel like a burden like the manager did, and I would highly recommend asking for him if you go in there. I guess what I m trying to say is, autozone needs more outside the box thinkers like Zachary, and less unhelpfully rude people like the on duty manager.

Went to get battery checked, I saw 2 employees with red shirts on and 3 with grey shirts assuming they were managers ,more employees than customers ,only one person in front of me ,took like 20 minutes to get waited on ,then someone named Leonard followed me to my car attempted to check the battery, don't think he knew how to operate the machine , mumbled something and walked off went back in store nobody knew anything or could find Leonard waited another ten minutes, still nothing decided to go to Oreilly's to get a battery and decent service, I'm done with you AutoZone. Thank Leonard AutoZone........
