I drove 2 hours to get a transmission for 13 accord v6, I called them few times to make sure the right transmission is ready to go when I get there. When I got there the transmission was ready to load up i got the transmission drove back to Va I drop the transmission off at the shop calls me back says is the wrong transmission. I call the AAA auto parts talk to the owner I hope he was the owner he said he was the owner of the AAA. He was very rude idk how is he the owner he s no help at all he s not willing to be professional to help customers is very rude very dishonest. Honestly, if I can put a zero stars for this business, I don t know if this is a business or or what, because they are very disgusting people to work with very unprofessional. I will call BBB and follow a report as well

Looking for a universal 12 volt trailer brake controller and guy that answered was rude and said we don't have one. After many recommendations that they have plenty throughout the yard, guy just didn't want to help.

Doing business with them for over 15 years and never had a problem. Since new parts fail, a used part can do it more. If something happens they solve without so many questions. Dwayne is always helpful and if they don't have the part I'm looking for He tells me where I can find it. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience. The guys were very accommodating. Called in the morning. Told them I would be there during my lunch hour to pick it up. They had it off the other car waiting for me at the front desk. I just needed to pay for it. Saved me a few $100 vs. brand new.

Very rude, each time I been there, told me to go to the back of the lot to find what I was looking for each time. If that ain't some redneck stuff to say to a customer. Crazy part is, each Time I asked for what I was looking for, there was vehicles beside the highway in the fence in plain view. I want be going back, again.

Poor customer service, Dwaine was rude and not professional. Drove over an hour to get a door just to see that the door had damage that Dwaine never mention.....and the worse part of it is that his attitude showed he did not cared that he wasted someone's time. will never work with them again.Service: Part finding & extractingService: Part finding & extracting

I purchased a 17 Inch Dodge rim from AAA Auto Salvage...the customer service was terrible!!!...NOBODY helped me with putting the rim in my car. It was four men at the location at the time and I asked for help and neither one of the four men would help me, the one gentleman I asked told me I can roll the rim out to my car. they all watch me struggle with putting the rim in my car. very disappointed... You would have thought they would help a woman with this task.. Disappointed!!!Service: Part finding & extracting

Called in to purchase a rim. They have it. Dewayne acted like I've given him a hard time over many occasions (1st time calling and last) all I needed was to know who to call with a credit card number. Instead was put on hold for 8 mins which seemed like it was on punishment and he's getting aggravated because of some invoice he is not able/willing to print. OK. Even after waiting on the hold and being treated like I've caused him all the problems. I'm just told in to fax in whatever and he will do something then i got hung up on. Thx Guys! I'll go elsewhere!

Bought a brand new item, and was told I could not get a refund. They stated a sign was in the office, but it's not very visible. It's not printed on the receipt. The lady wasn't very friendly over the phone either. I won't be returning and will not recommend them to anyone. Most new parts come with some warranty, they have no warranty and no return policy!!!

Not a place to buy a transmission, transfer case or engine. All the above mentioned parts are located on the ground out in a mud pit and elements. We bought a transmission for a Jeep Cherokee that had pounds of red clay in the tail shaft. Called to ask about it and they were not as nice as they had been in the sales part of our interaction. They were very nice when we came in but mentioned an issue and you see the true colors come shining through. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone in the future.

Bought 2 "Real" Spare tires here, Got a smokin Deal. The place is an "OL Timey" junkyard...a real dump....But the prices were great and they were nice as pie. RECCOMENDUPDATED REVEW....Came back again 4 years later...needed another tire. I got there at 9 minutes till 5. The guy behind the counter said they probably wouldn't be able to get me a tire today and told one of his guys [a really big tall fellow] to see if they had on in the back room. Well he and one other guy didn't care what time it was...they grabbed a jack [a floor jack, he threw it over his shoulder ] and an impact, hustled out to the yard and yanked a tire off a car for me. What great customer service. Rim had a nice tire on it as well.

My son and I got there a little bit early so we were going to wait. As we got back in the truck the man open the door and ask what we needed. I told him a power steering pump for a 2009 Honda Element he had us to come in and he and he took us to a Honda Element but someone had already taken the it. As we were going back up he found one for a CRV that was exactly the same. We bought it at I believe to be a good deal. It's put on now working great would recommend.

This is a good place to get salvage parts. The day I went I got a bumper support for a Honda civic. Bought it for a good price. Was a easy transaction. Be warned this is North Carolina and we have red mud. That lot has plenty of red mud. So if you can don't plan to go after a big rainstorm.

I've been a mechanic for approximately 10 years. Usually when calling a used parts store, they will tell you if the part is still on a vehicle, or if it has been pulled and is ready on the shelf.I called looking for an AC compressor for a Lexus, was told that it was on the shelf and ready to go.After driving 45 minutes to pick up the part, I am escorted into the back room to match my old part up to theirs. They literally store their most of their AC compressors (and other parts) right on the floor. He essentially tells me it should have 389 written on it implying I am to help literally dig through a pile of compressors right on the floor.Welp, after 8-10 minutes of literally sifting through compressors mixed with steering wheels, ignition coils, and other random parts... No luck. Just a quick *I'm sorry, we don't have it*.If this place stores parts in such an unprofessional manor, the minimum they can do is disclose this or do hard checks for parts when a customer calls.Customers should not be expected to find their own parts, since this is not a U-Pull it type of yard.Service: Vehicle wrecking

I was interested in purchasing an engine for my Mini Cooper for $1,300 and sent them a question through their website and later emailed them and 4 days later still no response. Glad they didn't because after reading the bad reviews hidden below and how they sold a bad engine to someone, I'm glad they didn't respond. Seems to be a shady place especially that they don't say anything about any warranty on their website. Every single salvage yard's website I visited had the warranty information on their website. I wouldn't trust those guys for a $10 purchase

Old school place but the guys here are really helpful and they will pull the parts for you. It is a little hard to find the entrance. When you get to the fenced lot you are actually coming up to the back of the property. Take a right at the 4 way stop sign and go all the way around with the lot to your left to find the entrance.

On there website they had the car I was looking for..then I went there the next day and the guy said they already got rid of them. Earlier this year you really need to update your website so people will not waste thier time driving over an hour

Right parts at the right price. Nearly half the price of some of the other places I called. The guys working there are friendly and knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else again.

If they don't have it in stock. They can do a Tell-a-Type, see if they can find it somewhere else in the State. Nice people. Reasonable prices.
