Store #04090 is great, and I would return over and over. When I arrived , Landon opened the door for me, immediately greeted me and asked what he could assist me with. I let him know what I was looking for and he took me right over to the aisle and showed me the different versions and told me which one he thought would be best , even asked what color I preferred. Once we selected the item, he promptly checked me out and got me signed out for speed perks. He explained the benefits and let me know exactly how they work. If I ever need anything else, I ll make sure to visit this store!

First and last time I'm going there..employee seemed annoyed I asked for help and once he told me what bulbs I needed he just said they are over there...I was the only customer there

I neglected to get the name of the VERY nice young man who was working in the new Advance Auto (on the corner of N. Main and Lexington Ave. in High Point) on the Friday before Christmas. But he was so helpful when I went there to get antifreeze for my 2000 Toyota 4runner, so here's my shoutout to him and thumbs up for Advance Auto.

MAGNIFICENT customer service! Stopped in to get some wheel covers & not only was I given an awesome deal but the manager, Joe, actually took off my old ones & put on the new ones for me right there in the parking lot!! As a single woman, automotive stores & parts can be confusing, but with employees like him I have nothing to fear any longer. This will be my new home whenever I need something for my car. Thank you so much Joe!!

I purchased brakes from another location and the gentleman sold me the wrong ones. I went to this location as it was closer to my home and they quickly returned the brakes. They sold me the correct ones. There was a price difference, but they didn't make me pay any more money. They gave excellent service!!

Helpful staff let me take my time finding the accessory belt I needed when it was going on a custom setup. Went back to buy a battery a couple days later and once I got home, I realized they sold me a two and a half year old dead battery. Be careful.

Was loyal for 3 years but eased off when prices started changing week to week..but I have found their meats to be fresher than most.

I don't frequent this store but they were the only parts store in the area with a working battery/alternator tester. Their price on the alternator was competitive with my usual store.UPDATE: Paid a guy to put alternator it I'm. Found out the next day it was crap. Went back and got a NEW one and had to pay a second time to get it installed. Just Google AutoZone alternator problems...avoid the hassle of inevitable failure...buy NEW.

The fellas at this location are very professional at what they do and will do their best to get you the right part needed or point you in the right direction "Thomas is the lead associate I Think...pretty good with his hands whenever they are not broke" :)

One employee name Lafeyette was working when I went in. First I called and he told me to come in I went in he scanned my car told me what was wrong and sold me the parts I needed. All with a smile

After a long trip the truck had coded and stopped in to pick up the part and it was in stock. People were nice.

Didn't have in stock a lightbulb yet computer said it was there. Disappointed, especially since most the time they have what I need.
