Yesterday's hurry became today's worry. Under my own understanding that White's Tire Service on Springs Road didn't do bearings, I was crunched for time and chose another company to fix them on my front tire. First mistake, I came early on Saturday morning to White's because my tire was now making a steel on steel scraping noise. Second mistake never assume they are too busy to see you.Tony got me right in as well as several others waiting in front of me. This was impressive for Saturday morning after a long work week. Turns out there was a bent part in the repair of my bearings. White's fixed it immediately and now I will always go there first! They were forthright, gave clear direction, and my wait wasn't long at all. Thank you White's for A+ service!! Lesson learned!!Kelly Sanders

I had a flat tire on Feb. 7th not far from White Tire on Springs Road. I was able to make it there and when I walked in the lobby, there were people standing everywhere. Tony was so nice and said they could help if I could wait. I picked my car up a few hours later. Thank you so much for squeezing me in and fixing my tire on such short notice. They are awesome!

First time visiting this location, very nice people. Had an alignment done on a lowered 2019 Mustang GT. Very polite and knowledgeable. I will be back as well as refer friends and family. Thanks for the great work today!

After having many issues with my 2008 Nissan maxima and having a couple of back yard garage mechanics supposedly fixing my car, I continued to have issues. I took my car to this company as a walk in, waited about an hour which I didn t mind at all. The staff at the front desk were very kind and polite, and the team in the garage were amazing. The one particular gentlemen that looked at my vehicle told me what exactly was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed, which were the cv axles, nothing compared to what the back yard guys were telling me. I m so grateful that I took my car here, they asked me to drop my car off the following day to fix my car. they seem very thorough and knowledgeable, I can t wait to get my car back from them to see how much better it s going to drive. Their team seem to be very honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, hard working men that don t take advantage of people, like other people that have taken advantage of me in the past.Thank all of you for your honest hard work!

Finding a spot to take a lowered vehicle for an alignment is a challenge. Furthermore, it s near impossible to find someone with a staff that is careful and meticulous with something like a hobby car. These guys did a fantastic job aligning my Shelby GT500. I ll definitely be back!

I have been taking my cars to White s on Springs Road since I was 16. The faces behind the counter may have changed over the years but the service and values have not. I can always count on them for reasonably priced work and honest diagnostics.

They always do a great job on my car. There's a bit of a wait depending on what you have done to your vehicle, but it's not slow. They usually get us in and out pretty quickly

Called today to inquire about a transmission filter change on my 93 Cherokee they refused the job based on the mileage of my jeep I am not a child I understand there is an inherent risk of a failure but I want it done regardless either the dirty filter can cause a failure or a new fluid can cause a failure I get it and accepted those odds but still refused me now a few months ago they doe a water pump in my jeep flawless work that s why I returned but had a 10 minute discussion with the same guy about wiring my cooling fans on rocker switches he told me I don t have 3 fans I have a clutch and a electric one I said it s been changed he said no you have only 2 fans I just said ok and left photo below can you tell me how many fans you see pleas Tony did refuse the service he said and I quote we probably won t touch it and don t worry Side pipes completed the service for me and for the latest 5 days I have driven to and from and completed the Daniel Boone, byway trail system and my jeep is preformed flawless so your are wrong

Following a negative review, White Tire contacted me almost immediately and sincerely wanted to fix the issue. Got my car back today and I m hopeful all issues have been resolved. They even helped me out on an air conditioning issue that I was having, at a discount

First of all, this place has an in-ground alignment rack. So the car people who read this, just know you re good. (Also, only one of the entrances to the lot is low car friendly) I was referred to this shop by a friend and was not disappointed. The service writer was extremely friendly and gave me all the info I needed for the work I wanted. The mechanic was also well experienced and diligent. 10/10 would recommend

Great prices. Friendly staff. I took my tires in to get them mounted and balanced and in no time they were done and I was able to go see them work on the tires and ask questions.

Absolutely most horrible experience 3 times now with these guys for trying to get an alignment. I made an appointment on a Thursday and was there 20 minutes early to be told they couldn t get it done and to come back early on Saturday. So, I came back that following Saturday at 9 am to wait all day and it was not done or even touched. Finally I came back today at 8:15 to be told the same thing once again that they don t have time for it today but we can make an appointment.

Great people to buy from been doing business with them for years .Have referred many many people to them as customer .Want fine any better service or knowledge tire or Mechanic. Or service personnel around .Check them out at both locations spring rd hickoryAnd Accel tire in Statesville N.C

I have always had high quality, professional, and polite, service here. I've been going here for years. Recently it's gotten busier, and service times are a little longer due to being shorthanded, like most places are now, but the service is still top notch. Definitely worth the wait. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

White tire co is really a great place to go in Catawba County. I had a blowout last night and needed a tire and someone to check my other tires to ensure me they were safe. I called 3 tire places who all gave me a high money # to replace.Called White tire and spoke with Joy. She was a breath of fresh air. Told me to come on over. �ll the staff was curious and kind even tho they were slammed and apologized to me for waiting. I didn't even wait long. Thank you staff of White Tire on Springs Road. You guys are awesome.

Always super friendly and helpful. They don't judge me or treat me differently because I'm female. Fair and great service. They have always done right by my car and the cars in my family. If they can't fix it, they will tell you where you can go so that someone else can.

I've had my oil changed here 3 times now and they did a good job. The price is reasonable compared to some other places, and they get it done pretty quick. I also like that they don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need

We stopped in for some tires for my daughters truck. We were greeted quickly and helped within a few minutes even with them being really busy. Scott gave us several options to choose from and gladly printed off a picture and quote for our tires. We had to order the tires because of the size, but even so they'll be here in a day! This was our first visit to White Tire, but will definitely not be the last!! Highly highly recommend you stop in for all your tire, alignment, mechanical etc work! Great place!!
