This is a good place to buy tires and have light service work done on your vehicle they will rotate the tires for free every 5,000 miles I've used them for 30 years.

Fantastic service! Trevor and the guys at this location are fantastic. Super knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and efficient. I get all my inspections, oil changes, tires etc here.10/10 recommend!!!

Wonderful place!!! 5stars easy. The staff is extremely friendly with big smiles and eager to answer all questions regarding your vehicle. They quickly sorted out the problem with my oil leak and offered me a few options. I loved not feeling pressured in any way, and I honestly feel like they genuinely care about their customer and wanting to help. I felt really comfortable and at ease. Can t recommend enough! Great place. Will be back!

Went into the shop on Monday (3/21/22) to make an appointment for oil change. I made an appointment for the next day. They had it completed along with checking the whole truck over for an upcoming trip within 30 minutes. All the guys that I talked to were very nice and professional. I will go back again and I highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job

I woke up to a flat. Ugh! I took the tire to Bethlehem White tire shop and the immediately took the tire back to find the problem and see what they could do. After thoroughly checking everything, overfilling with air, even changing the valve stem, no luck on finding the leak and the tire seemed to hold. They charged me nothing and I went on my way. Next day, tire was low. They were cracked and dried out a bit, so I figured it was just time to change them as the were getting low on tread anyway and we couldn't find a leak. Decided on a new set of Coopers and they took me in, had my size in stock, and changed them all right away with almost no wait time. I couldn't believe it. Best experience I have had at a tire shop. Highly recommend. Everything is balanced and smooth. No issues so far!

Trevor is always very helpful and cordial. I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Thank you for your great customer service. Some retailers have lost their sense of value in that area.

I chose to try White Tire in Bethlehem after having a recent string of lackluster service from a shop I had used for several years. I was extremely pleased with the honest and professional service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing at White Tire. They worked diligently to correct problems with my vehicle, and Trevor kept me informed of the progress throughout my visit. I will most definitely be back!

I had a fairly good experience. The only frustrating part was I wasn't in the computer after speaking with Trevor on two occasions on Friday. I did have the work done, a new right rear tire. Apparently this a good place, because they are busy. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought two new tires in 2020, as well as alignment. Tires only have 11k miles and wearing out! I was told they were 50k mile tires! Tried to get them replaced recently, and the guy said they were only good for 12k miles! Had I known that, I wouldn t have bought them. Anyway, they only offered $50 off two new tires. Will not be doing business here again!!

Excellent customer service! These guys were so quick, yet thorough and helpful. I never once got the feeling that I was being taken for a ride, which was a refreshing change from the norm. I ll make the trip back to Hickory whenever I need anything done on my car - they have made me a customer for life. Highly recommend! :)

Had been trying to get an oil change in Hickory for four weeks at several of my usual places without success...they were repeatedly too busy. As my work schedule during the weeks has allowed little time to arrive before these other businesses close, and my overtime hours on Fridays haven't given any leeway, I became frustrated. Could have gotten in at a drive through service, but was quoted $25 just for tire rotation alone, and an oil change almost double in cost! Thank goodness I decided to try White Tire in Bethlehem, and imagine my surprise when the young gentleman answered phone with a positive reply that they could get to it immediately! Price was great, as they honored my purchase of tires (at a different Whites in town) for a free rotation. This experience made my day, and I will return for my next oil change!

Have gone to this place a few times in the past year and they've been straight forward everytime. They have done a great job with what I needed done on my car. It's nice to know that I've finally found a dependable mechanic in the area.

If you live in Bethlehem or North Hickory area this is the place to go for all your oil changes, inspections, and brakes n tire services. Trevor the manager is fantastic and the technicians at this shop do a great job, are honest and trustworthy, moved here over a 3 years ago and happy we have a reliable shop nearby to trust our all cars to take to. We take the entire families cars here for inspections, oil changes, tires n brakes. Best prices and service in town of Hickory!!!

Trevor was very professional and polite. Needed emissions inspection and oil change. He politely explained that he wasn't licensed to do emissions, but went above and beyond to help me find a place that could. I had my oil changed there and will be returning. Thank you again for you help.

Been here several times now. Employees are friendly and informative, they'll even ask your preferences if applicable. They're upfront about how much anything would cost if asked. They seem to take walk in's but I've found it's usually better to call ahead and set up a time and day to bring your car up.Over the past 2 years I've had my alignment checked on one occasion, rotors and brake pads replaced on another, headlight housings swapped out and burnt out bulbs replaced, and my tires rotated twice now. And I have never had an issue from them, or from my car after bringing it here.

I've been using White Tire in Bethlehem for three years, they are great. I used to have a car that required a certain size tire and they always accommodated by getting it in stock within the day. I also get my oil changed and the prices are very reasonable. Their service is fast and never a disappointment. They are friendly and I highly recommend them.

I just moved to town and checked reviews and found the Bethlehem location near my house. My brakes were making a scraping sound and i needed an oil change. I called ahead and they said they could fit me in that day. They called to say that i has some corrosion on my brakes that was causing the sound and i didn t need to replace the brakes just drive the car a little more often and it would go away. I work for home and had not driven it much, but did a trip the next day and it did correct. They did the oil change and all was well. I was very impressed and am taking my wife s car in for an oil change today. Very impressed, knowledgeable honest and friendly. Since i am new in town it is great to know that finding someone to service our cats can be marked off my list

I have been going to White tire center in Bethlehem for years now and no have had any problem. Very nice, professionals. Never had.to wait long. I highly recommend this place. Except they can't get my name right. I've told them the other day my name is Lisa Childers , not Linda

Went in for a tire rotation and asked if they would check my brake pads. I was told they always do that and that my pads were perfect. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me something that i didn't need. The guy at the counter was very friendly and personable.

My wife gets her oil changed at White tire Bethlehem all the time but was told her car had never been there. They went to rotate her tires and found a staple in a tire that could not be plugged. Was told she couldn t put just one tire on it or it would mess up the all wheel drive. I disagree. If it was a different size they have a point but a tire the same size new with 3 tires with 50% tread shouldn t be a big deal. She bought a new set of tires told them to leave the staple in tire and mark it and she would take the old tires home. They put tires in truck pulled staple out and didn t mark it. Now we have know idea witch one is bad and they charged her $11.74 disposal fee too. The guy just said he didn t make the prices he just wears the shirt and he wasn t going to lose his job for taking it off. This makes me want to go back what about you?

Chris and his guys are truly in my opinion the best, honest, helpful with incredible customer service auto shop I've ever used. I use to only have work done on my Nissan at the Nissan dealership, but after using White Tire in Bethlehem, I stopped going to the dealership. I will continue to be a customer at this place! Thank you Chris for all your help!

It's always friendly service when I go to White tire none of them have ever not known something that I was asking about with a vehicle. Fast, consistent work. They have good prices it's the only place I would ever take my car or recommend anyone else to take theirs.
